Sigil, the Plane of Races

You have just either entered or stumbled into the city of Sigil where there are many Taanari, Elves, Humans, you name it. There are thieves wandering around every corner, magi practicing magic in certified and concealed training areas, and many fighters chopping off the heads of dummies preparing for their next bar fight. Sigil is a very dangerous place, smack dab in the middle of a war. Though one can find a portal out of here to almost any plane some areas in Sigil are safer then the outside worlds some areas are worse then the nine levels of hell which they are currently fighting.

No one really knows the ruler of Sigil, all they know is that the ruler is a horrible taste for blood and war. If one's ever to request a confrontation with him and they are granted it, they never are heard from again. The second in command is the only one that has ever made it back alive. If one would call it that.

The second in command has a gruesome sword that eats the magic out of anything. Thinking it's making him almost invincible to anyone besides his master and a god he walks around town with the sword unsheathed gobbling up magic within a 100 foot radius. Almost everyone around Sibil despises him, but they know he is what is making them win this war against the hells.

As you enter Sigil they ask you to fill out a form for the information of the draft for the Blood wars which has been going on for over 300 years. If one was to stay here for over one month they are eligible for drafting into the wars. Some have been known to disappear sooner then that because they have been too much too loose should they disappear before the one month draft.

After handing you this worksheet, you are basically shoved at a table with many others who have either come here willingly or stumble onto the miraculous or quite rude plane.

Rules and Regulations:

1. If one is to stumble into Sigil, or walk in gracefully. They shall meet their match with the King or his right hand man. There is not "God-ing" here. Other-wise there will be banning from this certain part of the guild. AKA No trying to take over the city or destroy it unless with a group. For god's sake people, be friends, find out what the people want, find quests. Do something, no god-ing the king and his right hand man ALONE.
2. No killing of the other RP-ers. If there is, it doesn't matter, there are many clerics in Sigil. they can just come back and stab you in the back. I just don't want an on-going fued like that.
3. If there is a love tie, make sure it's both ways. If there's a love triangle, make sure to have a battle.

Have you gone to war? Yes
What are your past experiances? Fought against demon hordes in the great war. Narrowly escaped capture as my squadron was being tortured in a enemy encampment. Marching back into my home town after a successful raid.
What are you best at? I excel at sneaking, laying/disarming traps, melee combat, and skulduggery.
How old are you? 23
Do you want to meet the ruler of Sigil? No, I personally don't feel like waisting my time.
What is your home plane? Unknown
Why did you come here? To see what I could accomplish.

Grasping the worksheet Lupiness scrawled down her name in a very old authentic Elven.

What Race Are you? Elven, with a little bit of surprises here and there should you check.
Have you gone to war? With my own people. Should they find me here I would think you should find a clean up crew right away
What are your past experiences? I've fought, I've survived. Countless number of times. Think of how long an Elf lives.
What are you best at? Armies.
How old are you? About-(As Lupines started to scrawl down how old she was a wave of confusion washed over her.) Unknown
Do you want to meet the ruler of Sigil? I do not wish to meet certain doom.
What is your home plane? What does it matter. If any should be my home plane now it should be the ninth layer of hell.
Why did you come here? To hide.

Tossing the sheet at the guard Lupiness took off towards some old place that many people were afraid to go because it was crawling with street urchins.

Grasping her pack she examined the urchins carefully as if looking for one in particular.
Quickly grabbing one by the scruff she shook the coins free into her hand and then placed him on the ground in front of her. Not letting go she stared a the boy, examining him.
"Thieves guild, each one of these coins judged by the safest, yet more 'away from the guards' route you get me there."
"y-you d-don'-" He stumbled yet was interrupted by the young elf.
"And You, don't look like you should be a street urchin." She pointed out. "Any one of these boys, girls, doppelgängers can do it. I picked you because you looked like you should be some place else."
He smiled and started to take her there. She already knew very well where it was yet they had a debt to her that went as deep as anything could go, she liked to pick. Pick who would be going into this city and be the best, so that debt would soon drill in further each time they thought it was getting looser.
Standing at the doorway she grabbed the young boy and bit him. Not enough to turn him, just enough to harm.
"Ask for assistance. Tell them Lupiness, sent you. If they don't believe you. Give them this." She handed the boy a shining egg.
"THAS MINE! MASTER SUPPOSE TO FERTILIZE THAT!" a small dragon barked.
"They'll take care of it." she said before walking off. The dragon was still barking back at him as the door was opened in a wide cheer.

CB wasn't sure what he wanted to or needed to do here, but he did know that to get things done he needed money. He walked along the large city's streets, he had entered what seemed to be a bazaar of some sorts. There were stands selling everything from chickens and meat, to odd artifacts such as shrunken heads and mysterious herbs. He waded through the crowd purposely bumping into many people to steal their hard earned money. After a brief period of time, he knew it was time to get out of the area before his actions were discovered.

Lupiness glanced back quickly at the person who just slit her money pouch. Or what seemed to be a pouch full of clanking coins. Her pouch was in a more secure location that only the mightiest of the thieves' guild could figure out.

She grabbed the person's wrist and dragged him towards a darkened corner. "I don't think you want that." She hissed as she reached for her pouch back. The small dragon's eyes glinted as she noticed which pouch it seemed to be.

CB was actually surprised he was caught, he wasn't really trying to conceal his actions, but none the less he was still caught. "You have a sharp eye, and because of this I will gladly return your pouch. Now if you don;t mind I think I will be going..." CB tried to pull away but for some reason he just couldn't. He really wasn't in the mood for confrontation, he never really was.


(Sorry I didn't post reccently, I have only little time to et on, and I use that time to Rp as Nox. But now I'm having more free time to Rp with you.) biggrin

Lupiness' eyes glinted as an idea rose within her mind as the pouch reached her other palm.
"As your act of kindness deserves yet one in return I shall give you one of my coins."
She handed the pouch to the dragon who obligingly pulled out a coin and spat it into his hand. "Be careful on what you spend it on though." she said warning him and letting go. "Money can be worth more then it seems."
Taking off towards the spell tower Lupiness counted how many exploding rune coins she had left. "I'm going to have to make more at the tower this coming morning." She said to herself.
