The ninth largest city in the country, Dallas and its surrounding area is home to many landmark locations, such as the first Six Flags theme park, the Ball Park at Arlington, Reunion Tower, The University of Texas at Dallas, and The University of North Texas. Breaking the stereotype of boots, spurs, and horses, Dallas was a thriving metropolitan area up until the great war. The combined forces of The Strategist II, Katran, and Zephyr freed the city from Positron's grip, but much of the city was destroyed in the process. Now with the population lower than ever, the city's plans for rebuilding have been put on hiatus until the day comes when the League of Tactical Heroes can push back Positron's forces for good, getting Dallas off the list of borderline cities.

Strategist and Katran appeared in two flashes of light due to the teleportation systems that they used. Strategist surveyed the scene with the sensor equipment in his visor as he decided what to do to handle the situation at hand. It looked somewhat like that scene from Lord of the Rings when the Ents decided enough was enough and decided to tear Saruman a new one.

He gestured towards Katran who nodded as she sat down on the ground in a meditative pose to begin concentrating her energies. It would be a challenging fight to manage this fight.

Strategist nodded to himself with a small frown realizing that he didn't have anything linked to the storage in his belt that would deal with a massive plant invasion. The freeze cannon would be somewhat effective if it wasn't for its design being more suited for use against human sized opponents. He could overcharge the device but then it would only be good for one shot before breaking and it would only handle a small proportion of the plants at best.

A large humanoid figure made out of black energy suddenly came into being in front of Katran. It was feminine in shape but fairly undetailed. Behind it its creator was still in her meditative pose maintaining the energy construct as it slammed its foot down between Strategist and the attack from the alien.

Strategist retreated slightly from the fight and went to cover Katran. The energy avatar would be their main offense for the time being but he knew Katran had problems concentrating to such a high degree. She couldn't afford to be distracted by defending herself.

The energy construct swung its leg at Hippie almost as if it was going to punt a football. Given the size of the avatar that was fairly accurate.
