Appearance/Description: Neon green eyes(not like byakugan), Tall(6'1)skinny, short black spiked hair, Island tan, black fish net short sleeve shirt, black mist head band on his left arm, black long baggy pants with 8 pockets, right leg holster.

Biography: Born in Kiri a.k.a. Mist village Water country. He is tenth generation ninja in the Aoikon family. The Aoikon family branches off into monks and ninjas. Shahal is an expert with kunai and is a specialist in fighting at a distance. He likes to spend most of his time on the beach to do all the things he likes. The beach is one of his favorite places to escape to. His favorite thing to eat is egg rolls with soy sauce.
He was the student of Yoshasa Hibiky(male), his team mates were Onata Tyugnay(male) and Sesly Sessharou(Girl). He was the only one of the four who survived a ambush that killed Hibiky and Tyugnay, Sessharou went into a coma. Shahal was untouched but is forever haunted by the memmories of his first B rank mission at the age of 12, He vows to never be close to anyone for realy only as a game so he will never be sad again. He still visits her in the hospital, He will spend hours there. He accomplished alot in there names.

Ninjutsu

A Rank:

1.) Sumi Bunshin no Jutsu - Ink Clone Technique: The nin utilizes ink to create a Bunshin clone. If the Sumi Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural ink state. (Ink needed)

2.) Meisai Gakure no Jutsu - Camouflage Concealment Technique: the nin can grant themself near invisibility. So far only the Sharingan eye and its revelation abilities has been shown to pierce the veil and see the hidden ninja. It is unknown if the Byakugan can penetrate the jutsu and see the user's chakra circulatory system.

3.) Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique: the nin uses Kage Bunshin to create multiple physical clone copies from one thrown shuriken, kunai or Senbon.

4.)Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Multiple Shadow Clone Technique: A advanced variation of the Kage Bunshin Ninjutsu technique. Instead of creating several clones, several hundred clones are created. Like normal Kage Bunshin a ninja's chakra is split evenly among the clones when created. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

B Rank:

1.) Mizu no Muchi - Whip of Water: The nin utilizes water to create a whip. The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion of a leather whip.(Water needed)

2.) Suiryuudan no Jutsu - Water Dragon Projectile Technique: The ninja causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike their target.(Water needed)

3.) Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique: The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. 4.) Shoushagan no Jutsu - Vanishing Facial Copy A technique used for spying. A dark technique, the jutsu involves the removal of the face of the person to be impersonated. By wearing their face and clothing, the ninja can impersonate the original without others being aware.(Need to cut a face off the use)

5.) Suna Bunshin no Jutsu - Sand Clone Technique: The clone functions like a normal Bunshin, except it is made out of sand. When a ninja goes to attack the Bunshin, the malleability of the sand allows the blow to sink into the sand, which can then wrap itself around the limb to constrain the attackers limb.(10 B rank points needed)

6.) Tau No Jutsu - Heavy Rain Technique: When storm clouds are in the skies a nin can force it to rain. This will help a nin hide and use water techniques.(Storm needed)

C Rank:

1.) Daisan no Me - The Third Eye: Created out of sand, the Eye allows the nin to view an opponent when he needs to be able to see his opponent's actions when he has no clear line of sight with his own eyes.(Sand needed and must close one eye to use)

2.) Dochuu Eigyo - Underground Fish Projection: the nin hide within the earth. From the shadows, the actual ninja can then attack their target.

3.) Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu - Water Clone Technique: a water created a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out only water attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited however, it can not travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will usually revert back into its natural water state.(Water needed)

4.) Kawara Shuriken - Roof Tile Shuriken: The ninja uses their chakra to levitate nearby roof. Once levitated, the tile are hurled with deadly force towards the target similar to a shuriken.

5.) Sutoomu No Jutsu - Storm Technique: This technique lets a nin call fourth a storm. Clouds gather togeather and darken the sky with storm clouds. The ninja can control the speed they come togeather.

D Rank

1.) Kirigakure no Jutsu - Hidden Mist Technique: The ninja causes the area surrounding their target to be covered in fog. The low visibility allows the ninja to silently and secretly assassinate their target.(Little water needed but still needed)

2.) Shunshin no Jutsu - Body Flicker Technique: The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance.(water, sand, grass, dirt or leaves needed)

3.) Utsusemi no Jutsu - Empty Cicada Shell Technique: A nin will project his voice to different area to hide his location and the number of allies at his side.

4.) Suna Shuriken - Sand Shuriken: The ninja uses their chakra to levitate nearby Sand. Once levitated, the Sand is hurled with harmful force towards the target similar to a shuriken.

E Rank

1.) Bikou Ninjutsu - Shadowing Stealth Technique: Used to follow their targets covertly. The manner in which the ninja shadows their target can differ, from the basic hiding under a nearby object, to using a jutsu to turn oneself invisible.

2.) Bunshin no Jutsu - Clone Technique: The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

3.) Henge no Jutsu - Transformation Technique: Henge allows the ninja to tranform themself into any person or object. This allows the ninja to move with stealth or to trick their opponents.

4.) Kawarimi no Jutsu - Change of Body Stance Technique: When in danger the ninja will quickly substitute themself with another nearby object. This can be a block of wood or even another person. This allows the ninja to quickly flee and hide while the original object takes the brunt of their opponents attack.

5.) Nawanuke no Jutsu - Escaping Skill: a very basic Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to escape from rope binds.

1.) Kokohi no Jutsu - False Place Technique: changes the appearance of a nearby object.

1.) Kasumi Juusha no Jutsu - Mist Servant Technique: The nin creates false attackers to delay and confuse the enemy. Though these servants are not real, the actual ninja is able to remain hidden and throw kunai and shuriken matching the movements of the servants. This makes it appear the false servants are capable of attacking. When the enemy attempts to attack the servant, they will merely disrupt the servants illusion body but not destroy it.

Taijutsu

C rank

1.) Goshi Ibukuro Jabu - Five Fingers Stomach Jab: The nin uses a open hand and will fab them into the stomach, though it wont kill it leaves to opponent with a stinging pain.

2.) Hayabusa Otoshi - Peregrine Falcon Drop: While at an elevated position, A nin will grab his opponent from behind. Firmly locking themself to their back, the nin will lock their ankles to their neck to get their body rigid. He will then plant them head first into the ground. Essentially a belly to back piledriver, the move can provide a great concussion to his opponent's head.

Aoikon Taijutsu Style

Rank: B

1.) Chikemuri-Spray of Blood: Secret technique only pasted down through Aoikon clan. The style uses fists, elbows and knees. The moves send chakra through an opponent pushing blood out of the opposite side. This move dosen't have much effect unless the opponent has a cut on the opposite side the Aoikon hits. The amount witch comes out of a good scratch is 1/3 cup at least.

1.) Doton no Jutsu - Earth Release Technique: allows the ninja to change their chakra into earth. This allows the ninja to go into the earth and hide from his opponents.

1.) Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing: It teaches the ninja how to run up trees and walk on vertical walls. The training helps the ninja learn how to focus just the right amount of chakra to a particular part of their body. The amount needed to climb is small but it must be precise. The feet are regarded as the hardest location to master chakra focusing.

2.) Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking: the art of water surface walking allows a ninja to walk on water as if it was a solid surface. Focusing an even amount of chakra out of the soles of their feet, they can balance themselves on the very surface of the water.

Fuuinjutsu

1.) Infuuin • Kai - Secret Mark Seal • Release: Over a period of time, A nin will focus and build up chakra in the seal mark. The release command will disperse the seal and allow the stored chakra to pump back into the body.(+1 to S, A, B rank points and dose not use and chakra points)

Tools and Equipment

File: A file is normally hidden within the clothing of the ninja, if captured, the file can be withdrawn from its secret location to file and cut through metal.

Wire: Wire can be used in several situations. It can allow the ninja to create trip wire explosive traps, it can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent.

Weapons

Exploding Note: The exploding note is a piece of parchment paper which has script on it that serves to faciltate its explosive properties. The ninja can attach the note to another object such as a kunai or log. When the note is set it begins a slow burn which results in a large explosion.

Exploding Smoke Grenade: When the pin is pulled on this grenade, the result is a large explosion and the release of smoke. This allows the ninja to carry out their manuevers in secret.

Serrated kunai - Like a normal kunai but with a serrated blade so that it can do a little more damage went it is pulled out.

Makibishi: This weapon is primarily used during escape, numerous makibishi are thrown on the ground and enemy soldiers will have a difficult time pursuing because the spiked metal can penetrate the sole of the shoe wear.

Scrolls: Scrolls remain one of the most important pieces of equipment in a ninja's arsenal. Because of their size, multiple scrolls can be carried into battle in the front pouches of a flak jacket or in a pouch. This will save space and not sacrifice a much needed piece of equipment which may be required later. The scroll allows the ninja to summon creatures, people and items to their aid.

Appearance or Pictures: Isara's species is blue catfish, unlike a normal blue cat fish he is the size of a foot ball feild. Isara wears a mist head band on his forhead, has snake bite pircings, mud brown skin, four long wiskers and slick skin.

Background/History: Taken care of by the first Aoikon munk and used by the best Aoikon nin. Isara was the pet of the first monk and protector of the best Aoikon nin Shahal.

Baku Suishouha - Bursting Water Collision Waves: A technique utilizing the Water Element. Isara will expel water from his gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. He can control the water by riding in the waves.

Daibakufu no Jutsu - Grand Waterfall Technique: A Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. A column of water will circle the Isara and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as is pulls them away.

Taijutsu

Hien - Flying Swallow: Feeding his chakra into his fins, Isara will extend the length of his fins. An extra extension of invisible chakra will create a sharp edge that functions like the normal blade itself. Seeing his fins his opponent may misjudge how far they need to move to avoid an incoming strike. Even if they manage to avoid the fin portion, the chakra portion may cut into them.
