A premade.
Something simple but good enough for anyone to use to allow faster joining. I don't feel like going through a whole RPC creation just to do a test trial.

I understand what you are saying, but this isn't so much a trial, you are given the full experience. If you don't want to go through the process of getting started like everyone else, then I am afraid this guild might not be for you. Filling out applications is a vital part of many RP guilds to keep god-modding/power-playing at the barest minimum. But as I said, there is no time limit on making a profile, you are free to do so whenever. If you are still interested, might I suggest maybe you would fill out a small portion of the application each day....it would take longer, but maybe it wouldn't feel like work.

I don't honestly understand why people say anything is power-playing or god-moding.. There is really no such thing in a general concept of things.
Just windows of opportunity.
J/S..
But I'll leave that at that. I might as well make a profile or something instead of just loitering about like some bum off the street at a convenient store.
Annnnd, that donation should help with the guild for any other sub forums or what not that may or may not be needed.

Acting like you're made of air and can dodge everything, or pretending you're so buffed out that it'll take a dump truck at full tilt to give you a bruise. Stuff like that. What I'm saying is... make it believable. Get hit, take damage. Makes the fight more exciting.

It's not exactly fitting with this guild's style but the rules still hold important information. [T1 Rules] People need to realize that even with super speed or super strength you still need to take hits. RPers today don't even understand what an autohit or autograpple is. You can't even pull someone or push them without first getting a conformation from the opponent. If I want to go for a grapple, I have to first land the grab, and then perform the grapple afterwards. All while my opponent is getting the chance to counter or escape. Nowadays people just grapple and do whatever. Ugh... Anyways, I'll end my old timey T1 combatant rant.

But yes, Hugin, that is what I'm talking about as well.
It's just, I'm saying there is no such thing as godmoding or power-playing.
It's just windows of opportunity that present themselves, because there is always an end to one action and a beginning to another, find it, break the chain of events that were to happen.
Auto-hitting, there is such a thing, and it's retarded, it's putting a past-future tense post into a present tense, and making it so things happen.
RP is supposed to be a "were" to happen type play.
I.E.
He threw the ball, and soon it was soaring in the direction of the batter.
^ This is an example of proper format.
Bad example:
He threw the ball, and it hit the batter.
^ Auto-hit, it is bad.
Okay....so now my rant is done. ILY.

Fighter 1: "Here's my move, I'm coming, get ready."
Fighter 2: "Oh look, there's an opening in that move, or I can dodge it, let me respond to that."
Fighter 1: "Shoot, it missed! Okay, lemme re-adjust and try again..."
Like I said, common sense. Sooner or later, someone is going to get hit, and the one that gets hit either got their attack interrupted, fell for a feint, or left out a detail. Don't be the guy that gets hit because you left out a detail.
