*As the energy disappeared, Nana began to feel better. Hopefully now Tyrsias would begin to feel better and properly heal. In the mean time Nana would listen to Relinth talk about his past as a teacher. His past seemed to be a sad one, all his comrades dead and gone or rotting away somewhere. Which brought back the man named Albert, which Relinth said he had with him right now that Tyrsias wanted back*
" I'm sorry. "
*Nana would sigh a little when Relinth began talking about demons. There were pleanty enough in the area as it was. Also when he mentioned falling, being beautiful but then being horribly corrupted. Was that what was in store for Nana as well? She still held her poise and appearance, her mental faculties and her grace, but was all that to fade into a deep corruption like no other? The thought made her crestfallen, she didn't want that to happen to her*
" ... "
*So Relinth was once a demon lord? Frightening, and he was just a few feet from her now. Not to mention Tyrsias before her, whom has dubious from the get go*

Relinth would grab a chair and sit down he put his head in his hands and slowly brushed his hair back out of his eyes. He was clearly distressed talking about he subject now that he had more time to think about what he had said somewhat casually before.
"No need to be sorry Miss Nana. I've lived a full life. Not many can say they've fallen to the lowest possible point they can imagine only to come back and accomplish so much. I never sought redemption from the heavens. I suppose I'm still a bit bitter. My only wish is that I knew for sure what happened to all those I loved. I went out to fight the leader of an invading force known to me only as "The Void". Formless creatures which seemed to share an intelligence and awareness. All they wanted was chaos and destruction. I killed their strongest entity but not without being so wounded I fell into a coma. When I was woken by the human knights who had saved me and healed me... it was all over. Half their kingdom in ruins and my entire Order a cindering heap of wreckage. I suppose I left there cause I couldn't stand to be around it anymore. Guess that's why I'm here... I want to take care of a few things before I let myself fade away."
He looked up after a pause only now taking note of how Nana had reacted to his previous conversation. He frowned slightly realizing something he had said bothered her.
"You alright? Seems like something I said is getting to you. Don't be afraid to ask me anything, I'm not ashamed of my past. If I can help answer some questions for you then it's even more I've done before I'm gone."

" ...I'm sorry. "
*Through their short conversations, Nana had brought out something that hurt Relinth deeply. As such she would apologise, she hadn't meant to make him feel that way. Even though Relinth told her not to be sorry, she was. It was hard not knowing what happened to those he cared for. It was sad to think that this being was going to simply let itself disappear. All beings should fight for their right to live and exist, even if in vain*
" The Void? "
*Nana would lightly wave her hand to Relinth. She didn't need anything answered, her answers would come in time. For now, Relinth and Tyrsias were the ones that mattered. Nana's own curiosity could wait, her concerns were unimportant in the grand scheme of things*
" I'm all right. "

Relinth took the time to sit back and relax for the moment. He was clearly trying to ignore the thoughts running through his head but was doing his best to hide that it was bothering him. He would smile a Nana when she apologized the second time and spoke a bit more softly.
"Certainly isn't your fault all this happened. No need to be sorry I promise you. Yes they called themselves Void or referred to themselves as the Void. I'm not sure what they truly were or if that's even their proper name. So far as I could tell they had only a very basic understand of language. They communicated in a fashion unfamiliar to me. No impulses, no telepathy, it's simply as if they all were one. Like a plague they spread across Kyo. At first we held them at bay but quickly their numbers surged and I knew I had to take action. Maybe if I had been a bit stronger I could have made it back to help... well it's not just me that lost so many. As I said the people of Kyo lost nearly half their kingdom. Suppose I stopped them from over-running the rest of the kingdom atleast. I'm not sure what happened to those creatures... they appeared sporadically but never in great numbers again. I never found the source of them or why they had come. I suppose I should take it as a blessing they are gone. Still it worries me to think creatures of such malice exist. Even demons have motivations and goals. These things simply wished to see everything suffer before they engulfed and destroyed it."
He sighed after speaking about the battle and rubbed his right arm instinctively if Nana were too look there would be a large darkly colored scar in the area he was currently rubbing. Probably something left over from the battle he spoke of.
"Well if you are sure it's no big deal to ask me a question you know? Tyr will be fine in a few hours. I can already sense his powers returning. All we can do now is wait I suppose"

*Nana couldn't help but feel that it really was her fault but she'd relent if it made Relinth feel more at ease. Listening to the tale of the Void, Nana couldn't help but feel for Relinth and his past. Those he protected, destroyed or nearly dead. This, "Kyo" was much the same and his kin. Hopefully such creatures would never appear in the Black Company, it would be just as devastating even if their numbers were far fewer*
" Truly such creatures are terrifying. May you never run into them again. "
*Nana would take note of Relinth rubbing at his old wound and make a sad expression once again. She'd made him remember his pain once again; Nana was failing as a hostess, which made her feel even worse. It was no wonder she didn't do this type of thing more often. This encounter might discourage future interactivity; Nana was rapidly loosing confidence in her ability to speak to others again*
" ... "
*Again, Nana would wave her hand. She needed to questions answered*
" ...You wish to stay until he awakes? "

Relinth continued to rub his hand for a moment and after a few seconds of thinking he clenched it into a fist. The thought of encountering those beasts again clearly atleast made him feel as if he had some purpose left.
"If I ever find those creatures... I'll slaughter every last one I can until I fall. They won't find a corner of any plane to hide from me. I'll make them wish they had picked some place else to use as their twisted playground."
He realized he was favoring the old wound after a second and shook his hand out for a moment. He also took note that his last sentence came out oozing with hatred for those creatures which had taken so much from him. He would chuckle at himself.
"Look at me... rubbing an old scar that to this day still itches when I think about it. Only joy I have left in life is hunting down something which probably doesn't care about losses. Guess you can see why I've been trying to close out these last few loose ends. I think I've just lost to much to be of any good in the future."
He would look over to Tyr whom was beginning to show signs of movement. Maybe not completely come back to consciousness but the vampire was clearly stirring now.
"Yes... I would like to stay. I need to talk with him about returning his weapons and his sire to him. It was wrong of me to take the old vampire but I think I've found out what little bit I needed. Hopefully I can help heal some of Tyr's old mental wounds so he won't spend the rest of his existence as a monster. I'm sorry for being so negative, suppose I don't have much positive to talk about in my life. I can see it makes you a little uneasy. I assure you it's not you... I'm just a broken husk of a man. Lets change subjects though. Did you know Tyr here is quite the artist?"

*Listening to Relinth talk about slaughtering the bunch of them, he was a true warlord. She could only wonder what horrors would occur, should Relinth had attacked them in that state of being some time ago. Devastating no doubt. Taking note of Tyrsias moving now was a good sign, it put Nana slightly at ease. Were Relinth's words truth though? Was he just going to talk to Tyrsias, give his weapons and his sire back to him? Or would he wait until the beast was aware again, then stab him where he lye?*
" N-no... I didn't. "
*An artist? So many things Nana was unaware of. Those living under the same room as her, they all had a talent or two no doubt. But again, Nana wasn't too social, so it was impossible for her to know, how could she?*

Relinth would lean back against the wall and speak in a more soft tone now remembering the distant past. He thought back to the times when he had just begun to know Tyr.
"Quite a brilliant one really. I was never much for drawing or painting like him but he would sit up at night even after he was turned and paint portraits of a beautiful human he had seen that day, or a landscape that had struck him as he stalked around the night. Used it to soothe the torment that comes with the duality of being a dark creature I think. Some last bastion of his humanity clinging on. It's why now I've never given up hope he can be restored or at least refocused in a better direction."
Relinth would look around the room for a while before looking back at Nana.
"Come now surely you have some hidden talent you keep away? I'm a decent musician myself. Just enough to play a song of battles and scars past. I used to sing to my daughter. She always did love hearing tales of my adventures. Girl could never accept the fact I was truly a dark beast grasping for some bit of my humanity back but I suppose that's the truly wonderful thing of a child's love. They'll always see you as something better then you are..."

" Hnn. "
*Nana wouldn't have imagined that Tyrsias was an artist, it was a surprise. When asked about a hidden talent, Nana couldn't think of one. She never considered her talents to be hidden, she tried to use them all. It was also a surprise to hear about Relinth having a daughter. He could be compared to Mastema in that sense. Knowing or not, Mastema was considered a dark and at times very evil being, and yet he had those that loved him, saw him in a different light than others. They got to see other sides of him that no one else did, and so their take on him was completely different than those of others*
" N-no, not really. "

Relinth shifted around for a moment. He had been trying to avoid the particular subject as he was sure somehow the conversation wouldn't go all that well. His curiosity at this point had been getting the better of him waiting on Tyr.
"So... this is Mastema's home. How do you know him? You really don't seem like any of the past associates of his I've heard of or met."
He did look over to Tyr as the vampire was starting to move about slightly. It was more like Tyr was having a dream then that he was awake but one couldn't be sure if he was coming around or not.

" Hnn? "
*Nana's tone perked up a bit when Mastema was mentioned. This was indeed his home, and hers too. And somewhere deep within-- Tyrsias' lair existed as well. Nana still wasn't clear on its location but for now that didn't matter much. Tyrsias was recovering and rather well at that. It shouldn't be too long now before he awoke. If what Relinth said was true, then Tyrsias would not be happy to see him. Hopefully he wouldn't do anything too rash, but then again...*
" Yes, it is. "
*Given that most beings in the area still didn't really-- like Mastema all that much, and given that Nana had been kidnapped and poisoned at least once simply because she was Mastema's wife, she would try being vague just in case Relinth was a potential hostile entity. She didn't want to go through all that again. She could do so while still being truthful, which was probably a rare in this day and age*
" His past associates? I'm afraid I don't really know much about them. As for how I know him, we met at an old church. It was a bone chillingly cold there, and he'd been the first person to appear there in months. "
*It really was how they first met. Their exchange lasted a few days, while they were kept indoors by a heavy snow storm. After Mastema had blasted it away, the skies were clear for a short while. Long enough at least to begin anew in a new place, a new life, and with a new love. Their association was on-going, and hopefully until the end of their existance*

Tyr's left hand would slowly clench onto the medical table as the two were talking. He became very still more intent to listen for a few seconds while collecting himself then taking any actions at the moment. At first it was that both voices seem familiar yet he knew he wasn't in a place he had last been. The injuries and time out was a bit disorienting for him. His eyes would open once Nana paused talking for a moment and he took the chance to speak in a calm collected voice that would seemed out of character for him given the situation.
"Lady Nana... I'm going to assume I'm somewhere in the Citadel. Why is this impudent reject of an angel staining our fair shared residence?"
He sat up and looked directly at Relinth clearly none to pleased to see him but didn't make any hostile movements. He instead took the time to inspect himself and and his wounds. After a few seconds he seemingly satisfied with his condition he would continue to verbally abuse Rel.
"So you fallen piece of filth. First you can't make it as a toy for your maker, then you can't make it as an evil demon, now you couldn't even make it as a reclusive monk who let all his loved one's died and you're here chatting with Mastema's associates. I'm looking forward to painting the hallways of this building with your blood."

Rel had been listening to Nana before Tyr began to come back around. As soon as the vampire started to move Rel was quick to move back against a wall. He stared at Tyr as he spoke yet for the first bit of his outburst didn't say anything not wishing to provoke a fight in a place he was a guest. He clenched a fist when Tyr continued to the verbal onslaught however. He would take one step off the toward the vampire.
"Enough Tyr. What gives you any right to judge me? You lost 9-Lives through your own inaction. Hell I took more action to protect the woman you loved then you did coward. If I am a failure at least I won't rot away in my unlife knowing that I didn't have the spine to act. What else do you have to say you godless blood sucking worm? Get it all out now."
He paused to look at Nana whom by now would no doubt be uncomfortable with the whole situation. He sighed slightly and would attempt to speak more calmly as to not spook her any further.
"Don't worry Miss Nana. I have no intention to fighting him here or causing trouble in your home. I'll leave the room and wait in the next one over if you think it best... or want to try to get something useful out of him other then a litany of threats and insults."

o.o || !
*When Tyrsias began to move, Nana would look directly at him. She was in no danger at the moment really. Tyrsias appeared to have all of his faculties and he was focused on Relinth. When Tyrsias began to speak, Nana would reciprocate in kind*
" ...Yes, you are. You were badly injured. You're in a local medical building, that's still standing and usable. *
*A short pause would follow before Nana answered Tyrsias, in reguards to Relinth*
" He brought you here. At least be thankful to him that much. "
*At least Tyrsias was going along with the 'associate' part for now. He had helped Nana the one time she had been wandering about, with no memory of-- well much of anything really. Since she had no real memory of the day either, she had not yet properly thanked Tyrsias*
" ! "
*When the two began to berate each other, Nana would take a step back. The tension in the air was quickly thickening to uncomfortable levels. Spooking Nana was the least of their worries. This was the Citadel afterall. Any number of things could pop out of the woodwork at any time and cause a scene. In the meantime, Nana would think over Relinth's words*
" If...... If you think that Tyrsias is well off enough at this point... It may be best to retreat from this place for now. "
*No one said that Relinth couldn't come back, and as long as he and Tyrsias didn't get into a scuffle there would be no issues in him doing so. Relinth wanted to tie up loose ends, and he was going to give Tyrsias back his sire. Nana could relay that information to Tyrsias after Relinth left the Citadel. Nana would of course make sure Relinth made it out of the barrier with no trouble, then he would get his weapons back as well*

Tyrsais was not at all in the thankful mood in regards to Relinth. He moved off the table standing to his feet and taking a few steps toward Rel clearly looking to provoke some sort of negative response. He would smirk when he began to speak.
"Oh I'm thankful. Thankful I'll never become the filth this wingless, vile, bottom-feeding, excuses laden, and ultimately alone waste of matter is. So thank you you pitiful disgrace. I'm always happy to see just how utterly devoid of any use to anyone you are. So no I'm not done with you Relinth. I have a great deal of things I wish to do with you. Starting with severing your head from your shoulders."
He would only then look back to Nana and take a small step back from his nemesis gesturing toward the door.
"As we have company; company I don't like to upset to much especially on your account, you will be leaving. Don't bother coming back you just send Albert on with my weapons and I may consider not burning any remnant of your putrid life to the ground."
