Shioris was "Earth Release: Manifest" in which she drew parts of the earth and land around her to herself forming into a giant stone colossus. Mein Cannibals was called "Blood Frenzy" Shes constantly surrounded by a fog or haze of blood. Her final ability was to inhale all of that blood. Being the cannibal she is the smell of all that blood would send her into an uncontrollable feeding frenzy causing her to attempt to kill and eat any living thing in sight.

I'd choose Stone Guardian over nether storm due to the lack of earth element users and the originality of the technique. Nether Storm wold be my second choice
