Relinth nodded to Nana. She seemed to grasp the idea much better the he did at first he put his hand back on Tyr's head as the vampire swallowed he showed some worry as it went down and the vampire settled back down. Tyr's eyes opened slightly and looked around the room without any appraent target.

"Urhh... see what I mean? He's like this because of me? I guess I don't mean just his injuries. Did Tyr ever tell you much of himself? I guess I don't know much of anything you've been told."

He would help to put Tyr calmly back to the table trying to restrain him from fighting against the forces he didn't have the energy to waste against. He pressed his hand up against Tyr's forehead pushing him gently against the table.

"God... please old friend try to relax. I know we aren't what we used to be but if I let you die I'll never be able to live with myself. I know more or less where his coffin is... I can read some of his thoughts. To the southeast. There is a 3 story building, there is an AI protecting it. It needs a DNA read on someone to go inside. You are actually the most likely to have the highest clearance."

Charles noted the robots, gaze affixed to him. But he gave no care as he stepped forward between the old man and the giant. His stumbling knocking the old man about as he reached his hand out toward the shining barrier that lay before him, impenetrable. But this did not deter him, in a moment of clarity and control Charles pushed through his outstretched hand a bolt of lightening. With no success, "I'll just have to go around." he said out loud with a slurred voice.

After being knocked over by the rude drunkard the old man slowly pulls himself back up, placing both hands upon his cane while facing Charles. "Excuse me young man, but you know the polite thing to do is to apologize promptly after," he says with clear agitation in his voice. He turns his head over to Valatar and gives him a simple nod.
Valatar understands the command given to him completely. He stops on the ground 3 times as multiple hands, small than his but bigger than humans, start to grasp at the ground below it. They pull themselves up quicker, revealing 3 more elementals of at least 7 feet tall. After they are unearthed from their slumber one of them heads toward Charles while the other two heads towards the robots. The one that went towards Charles wasn't going to attack unless he struck first while the two going to the robots stand there in attempts to obscure most of their view of Valatar, Charles, and the old man.
"So I suggest you apologize to me young man for I've seen things and can do things that would sicken even the most of mere mortals." He says as he pulls out his tome with the blackened hand. Now the old man knew this man would recognize an ancient tome of magic such as this, but the true question is if he would realize how dangerous it was. It wasn't just any old magic tome, but one of great power and significance in many magic users, It was the old mans most prized possession since it took years to gather the flesh of countless demons, angels, and humans to graft such a delightful tome back together.

" N-no, not much of anything actually. I... I just know that he is a vampire, and that he has a space here somewhere. What he does there, I don't know at all. We haven't really interacted all that much honestly. "

*Aside from having nearly every gun in the Citadel pointed at Tyrsias, and the odd conversation here and there, not too much was known about the vampire, but Mastema was letting him stay. Meanwhile on the table infront of them, Tyrsias didn't appear to be-- happy with his current state. Nana would show signs of surprise upon learning that she should have access to Tyr's lair*

" W-what? Why me? I, I don't understand. "

*Why would it need a DNA read on Nana? Immediately she began to feel awkward. Tyrsias had made mention to her before that he wanted a blood sample or some sort of DNA from Nana. For what purpose she was never told, and thusly she declined. Now he would try the same thing again just so he could get his coffin? Nana didn't like it at all. Tyrsias was being sneaky and underhanded to get what he wanted and she didn't like it at all. After the initial surprise, Nana's expression seemed to be one of disappointment towards Tyrsias*

Relinth would relax slightly as Tyr seemed to slip back into his comatose state. He walked around the table toward Nana. For now there was little more he could do for the vampire without other items.

"Hmm... well I'm not sure Tyr would have told you much of his past anyway. I knew him when he was human and after he was turned. Can't say I'm proud of him anymore but he served under me for a period of time."

Relinth paused not and clearly thought before continuing to talk about the subject any further he would look down the back at Nana just starting to take note that she had made a strange expression.

"Why would you think it so strange you'd be one of the few let in? You live here right? Seems like you think there is something else to that... It wouldn't be unlike him to have some sort of scheme. I'll be happy to go with you but I'll doubt his AI will want me coming inside his abode."
PostPosted: Thu Dec 15, 2011 10:34 pm

*Nana's hands would be held under her chest once again, as her head turned to face Relinth as he wandered around the table towards her. So the vampire had worked for this character. No wonder they seemed-- at least kind of close. Enough that Relinth called him friend if anything*

" He... served under you? "

*Relinth didn't know about Tyrsias' advances, trying to get samples of Nana for-- lord only knew what. She had declined him, and would do so again. There was no reason for her to agree any more then, than now. It was certainly a scheme all right, and Nana didn't like it one bit*

" ...because there's no reason for it to be me. No... No, you won't be going, and neither will I. "

*So-- they weren't going to get the coffin? Or maybe there was another plan in mind? Either way, Nana didn't seem all that cheerful; she'd look down at Tyrsias with worry and confusion. There had to be another way to get the coffin other than her DNA, a way that was acceptable to both parties. Maybe they could just-- bring Tyrsias back to his lair or something. The AI would let it's own master in, right? He'd be a lot closer to his coffin too, even if it did require a move. Then again Relinth had said it made him heal faster, meaning without it he would still heal, just at a much slower rate. There was that possibility too, though it was a more painful road most likely*

Relinth was puzzled but not clearly not altogether surprised by Nana's response. He would simply look back at Tyr and then back to Nana.

"I understand your apprehension. He was trained to... to do many horrible things. So no doubt without anyone above him to keep him in check he's been worse the last I remember. Atleast then he had 9-Lives whom he loved to... keep him from causing to much trouble."

Relinth would sigh and look around for a moment he looked toward the nearest chair and took a seat putting both hands on his head.

"I'm fairly certain without his coffin I can't repair most of the damage done unless you wish to keep feeding me animal blood and seeing how long I can manipulate it with an infusion of some sort of life energy. I usually use my garden... but in a metropolis like this it can be more difficult for me to meditate and absorb the ambient energy."

He thought about what she first said and decided at the least she deserved the truth.

"Yes... and I'm the one who ordered his sire to turn him into a vampire... I'm not sure our past is the best way for you get an impression of me. I'm simply saying I'm trying to atone for what wrongs I have caused."
PostPosted: Fri Dec 16, 2011 11:09 pm

*Well-- at least Tyrsias had the capacity to love, that was important. Not so much in this situation, but important none the less. When Relinth mentioned his garden and life infusion, Nana would become curious*

" An infusion of life energy from your garden? "

*Now there was a thought; did he mean to absorb plant energy? If that is what Relinth required, then Nana could help him there. She did afterall, have the only large scale green space in the Citadel. More then enough plants to draw energy from. As long as he didn't kill them, Relinth was free to use them as needed*

" ...I may be able to help you there. ...? ...! "

*So Relinth was in essence Tyrsias' creator, having him bitten and turned. But why? She could ask that in a moment or two, but first his response to her potential help. Nana would look a little sad again when Relinth mentioned that he was atoning. Perhaps her own atonement wasn't going as well? Either way she looked crestfallen again*

" .......Atonement...... "

Relinth would nod to Nana when she said life energy. He also seemed relieved that she had a area that might suit his needs.

"Yes when I had first fallen I learned quickly that I could absorb life energy from other living things. Lets just say plants weren't always my first choice. Now I just take enough energy from those in my garden to regenerate myself. The plants themselves hardly seem to mind... though my garden is fairly sizable so it's a very small amount of energy from each. In return I take care of them. Plus it gives me a nice place to meditate."

He'd smile at Nana when she started to look so down and would speak in a softer reassuring tone.

"We can't undo the past but from what I've seen you're a wonderful woman. Helpful, caring, and just simply lovely. Try not to let the past haunt you too much... I've seen that do terrible things to good people."

Charles took one swig from his flask before turning slowly, "Young? I'm damn near 60!" Charles replied, his voice slurred, "But thank you for the compliment." he continued as he took a long look at the elemental before him and back toward the old man and the tome in his hands. Without second thought Charles raised his right hand and aimed it toward the Elemental, "I'm sorry to say to you, I don't apologize." Charles snapped his fingers and a loud crack emitted from his hand as a large flash flooded forth.

v///v

" Khnn... "

*Nana would nod lightly to Relinth, she took his words as a compliment. A bit of color would appear on her cheeks as well. Relinth should be happy to see that if anything. Nana's eyes were closed lightly, a calm had over taken her again. She would offer up the Peace in order to help heal Tyrsias*

" There is a garden here. You may use it to replenish your energy, in order to help Tyrsias. It is large enough to accommodate your needs, I believe. "

*The Peace was a little ways away from where they were now. Robots would remain behind with Tyrsias while Relinth regained himself. Nana would accompany Relinth to her garden. An attachment of robots would of course accompany them as well*

" It's this way, when you're ready. "

Relinth took a moment to look back to Tyr and then turned back to Nana. He was clearly ready to get going.

"Well I won't sit around and babble on anymore... might as well make myself useful."

Relinth would nod and try to make his way down the hall's using his hand to trace along it as he clearly wasn't fully stable on his feet still. As they reached the doorway he looked up to the sky and stopped for a moment. He would close his eyes.

"Nothing like it... it never fails to rise. No matter if I know it didn't always exist or that one day it will be gone it's quite the symbol don't you think? No matter what, it's always here the next day."

He would push off of the wall after a moment and slowly but steadily follow Nana through the streetways toward the peace. He looked around a bit still examining the city.

"I wonder... did you ever get to interact with the mortals much? Amazing creatures humans are. Truly to have so little in terms of supernatural gifts yet they achieve so much in their short life-spans. I envy them."

" Nn. "

*A lite nod would follow Relinth's statement about there always being a next day. It was true, the sun would rise the day would come, pass and end. Nana would notice Relinth was a little tipsy and would offer a word and an arm if he required it. She wasn't heartless after all, Relinth told her so himself*

" If you need assistance-- "

*Nana had never really interacted per see with the humans. It was her job to watch, not to interfere. But Relinth was right, they were amazing and terrifying creatures, god had made them so. Envy was something Nana tried not to do, she had after all sinned enough for her liking*

" ...No. That was never really my function. "
PostPosted: Wed Dec 21, 2011 9:02 pm

Relinth would look down as he noticed he wasn't quite moving correctly after her offer of assistance. He would smile softly at her but raised his hand to shake her off.

"I'm tough enough to walk a few miles. Besides you're already doing so much to help I wouldn't want to seem helpless."

He would continue to walk now trying to instead walk next to her and hide the fact that he was favoring a wound to his right leg. Relinth would sigh slightly when he thought about the last word Nana had spoken.

"Function... what a cold word to use to describe oneself. I suppose you're right though. Seems more and more like I'm just a out-dated piece of technology with no purpose left. Seems like everything or everyone around me that I cared about is gone. Atleast the humans don't live long enough to watch it all crumble. They rebuild because the scars of the past died with their long dead kin. It's a simple life."

" ...If you're sure. "

*Relinth's limp would not go unnoticed, but the man was stuborn and his pride as a warrior kept him at arms length for now. It would take some time to make it to their destination, but when they did, what awaited them was a tall staircase of white and overflowing plant life. The Peace was a little slice of utopia, full of grass, trees and flowers, and various other plants and it was beautiful. There would be more than enough abundant life here for Relinth to regain his strength in order to help Tyrsias recover*

" I was not describing myself so much you know. The things I did simply didn't allow for interaction with the humans. That wasn't what I was to do. Hnm, yes... We eventually become out-dated don't we? "

*Nana would look to her feet briefly, when talking about being out-dated. Her kind was not out-dated, but she specifically like Relinth no longer had purpose. At least not the same purpose she once had, she was still finding herself again and giving her own life new meaning. Much like the humans, she was picking up, rebuilding and living a simple life*
