Camwen Joe - I'm glad Shar is doing better. I hope she has a swift recovery. You are so sweet to delay your return to be with her! 3nodding heart Lamb - your new siggy is nightmare inducing. lol Yay my siggy causes nightmares!!! Well it must be... cause I had a weird dream.. that this weird monster chick attacked our town... it could fly.. but it had like these arms comeing off her back and there was 8 of them and they had sharp blades on the end of them... Just say she killed me in my dream... I woke up and was like WOW cool! and tried to pass back out to continue it.. but it was a no go lol

Bitter melon is easy to find in Asian markets. Remove the insides, cut into strips and stir fry well. Serve with rice. mrgreen
There's a Mexican place here that has great Nopalitos (Cactus) tacos and burritos.
