" Human blood? ...I don't think we have that. Though we may have something you can use as a substitute. Let me go and see if we have something you can use. "
*If there was any human blood, it would have to be very old and no longer in good enough condition for use in this situation. Saline solution wouldn't do either, but maybe animal blood? It would be accessible via left overs from the cafeteria which would normally be incinerated or thrown away as waste. Stepping away and calling up a small screen, Relinth would only be able to see Nana moving her hands about a small lit-up panel in the air. The contents would be obscured from his view, but a minute or two later a small container of blood would be teleported to them*
" It isn't human, but it's the best I think we can do on short notice. As for his coffin... I'm not exactly sure where he's been staying, but I can try locating it. "
*Relinth might note that at least for a moment or two, the woman's stuttering streak had stopped. When things were serious, it looked like she would snap out of it. Of course, as quickly as the stuttering disappeared, it would re-appear again*
" ....Well--, I wouldn't say this place is devoid of short tempters, but I digress. Hnn... It looks much better than it did when I got here. I want to make it beautiful again. T-thank you, you're too kind. Nn... Sorr-- ah- hnn~ Nn, yes Thanatos is a good boy, though he's become a little rough around the edges as he's grown. "
*Nana would place a curled finger upon her lips in thought, when talking about Thanatos. He had changed considerably, but Nana loved him all the same and wished he didn't feel so awkward when ever she tried to hug him, but then again perhaps this was his rebellious stage? All children went through that on their way to adulthood. The events surrounding his short life thus far were indeed unthinkable and ones no child should endure, but he endured them all*

Relinth would reach forward and grab the container of blood. He examined it for a moment moving it around inspecting both the bottle and the contents equally.
"Hmm... well it's not exactly what I was hoping for but it might do the trick. With some modifications. I should be able to reorganize this too something more usable to the vampire."
He closed the vial in his hand and closed his eyes. He would begin to channel some sort of energy that was unfamiliar to Nana. All she could see would be a dull silver glow around his hand as the blood seemed to change color.
"We should be able to locate his coffin without to much trouble. Vampires like their lairs in cold secluded areas. Far from the sight of others. I imagine somewhere deep within the ruins of the city if I know him as well as I think I do. I should be able to find it."
He was obviously stressing himself doing whatever he was doing as beads of sweat would start to appear on his forehead and arms. He tried to continue on as if nothing were happening though.
"Well I'm glad you're trying to rebuild the place. So many people once they see something broken just wish to discard it and start anew. I wouldn't worry so much about Than, I had a daughter. She wasn't always easy to deal with as she grew older but she always remained a good person at heart. Perhaps he's just coming to terms with who he is. We aren't always comfortable with ourselves, god knows it took me centuries to finally be at peace."
He would open his eyes after a moment and sit the vial of blood down on the table taking the moment to brace himself up with the other hand.

" ah-ahh... "
*Standing back a little, Nana would watch Relinth go about re-working the blood into something usable. There was a sense of curiosity about the ordeal, just what was the man doing? How was he changing the blood?*
" ... "
*He should be able to find it? Did the man expect to roam about the Citadel freely? No-- a robot could find the coffin and bring it to them. The man didn't have to leave the medical building*
" I know he's a good boy. I just hope he can find peace with himself sooner than later. He's experienced a lot in his short life. "
*With a sense of concern, Nana would look on as Relinth braced himself up. He seemed to be struggling, if ever so slightly. Once Tyrsias had started healing, Relinth would need to be looked after too*
" ..are you... alright? "

He continued to lean on the table for a few minutes as he simply smiled back up at Nana. At least he appeared calm if not in the best of shape.
"It's nothing to worry about I'm just a little tired. I can manipulate material on the subatomic level. I call the magic I use Axial magic. I can reorder things if you will. I simply tried to make this a bit more... fitting for the vampire. I guess I've just been taking it to hard on myself without much of a break."
He chuckled slightly when she reaffirmed that Thanatos was a good boy. It wasn't exactly how he had meant the comment to come across.
"He is who he is, and I have faith he'll always been a fine man. I'm just saying... we all have things we wish we could forget. Our pasts haunt the vast majority of us. Judging by your response to my talk of the heavens earlier I'd think you would concur"

" Axial... ? "
*Nana would seem curious about the magic being used by Relinth. It was one she hadn't run across in the library yet, if it existed there at all. The power to rearrange things on a subatomic level? That was quite a feet. Aside from blood, what else could the stranger do with this-- Axial? Also, how was it now more fitting for Tyrsias? How was animal blood and human blood so drastically different that one could give him life while the other did not? It was something to think about while Relinth continued his work*
" ... "
*Again, Nana would remain pensive and still, when Relinth brought up the past and Heaven. She was thinking something over in her mind, and after a moment or two, she would speak up a little if only to say this, on her part*
" Some things....... we shouldn't forget. "
*Though her expression seemed one of sadness, it was also full of thought. She didn't want to forget. Perhaps that made her different, or maybe it didn't. Nana could only speak for herself, she had no idea how it was for anyone else. Maybe she wasn't the only one who thought that way, but she hadn't met anyone like that just yet*

The old man wanders outside the cities barrier, clutching his walking cane tightly while drifting in and out of his own thoughts from various aspects of his life, his mind never truly his own since it's long been taken by memories of past. While walking his face wrinkles in deep thought, but it's hardly seen by those passersby due to the rags he wear, as he thinks of his years as a young adult. As soon as those memories flooded his mind his body began to shift as little blue arcs of lightning danced across his skin. His skin began rejuvenating at a steady pace, his hair regaining a lush blonde color, his nail receding to a proper length, until he was fully a young adult again. When the process finished he still clung to his walking cane, proceeding to walk the length of the barrier. "Heh heh heh," he cackles to himself. It never gets old to him, the constant shift of age and impulses due to this curse forced upon him. Forever cursed to drift through the world, never to die, but forever to age and constantly shifting through various ages of his life. It was this curse that brought him to the city, but whether or not he could find what he was looking for would only be told in time.

With the memory of his younger years still fresh on his mind he retained his appearance of a young adult male. Cloaked in his rages he doubt it'd make a difference to those who ran the city behind the barrier. After a bit more of walking around the initial barrier with only his thoughts to entertain him, he decides it times to actually draw attention to himself. He channels some simple arcane magic into his cane, letting a blue lightning dance around the bottom of it. Finally he raises his cane up to the barrier and starts sharply jabbing it, letting the arcane magic burst slightly each time it came in contact with the barrier itself. He knew that his arcane magic, albeit a severely weak spell, would grab the attention of whoever was in charge of the cities defenses. Patiently continuing his tapping against the barrier he looks around and yells, "Will you youngins hurry up! It becomes tiring for an old man to exert this much effort just to get a warm welcome!" And as soon as those words let loose from his lips the magic that transformed him into his youth grabbed hold of him again. Slowly he started to hunch over, his hair fading from it's lush blonde back to a sickly grey, his face becoming wrinkled beyond most mere mortal creatures, and his eyes taking a grey tint to them. He returned to the time he is in, back to his true age so that least whoever welcomes him will remain unaware of the secrets that he had.

*From elsewhere in the Citadel, robots would be dispatched and sent to tend with the old man. A few seconds after he finished yelling, a small hand full of the robotic constructs would appear from opposite sides of the barrier from the man. They would face him, and they were armed. It was quite the welcoming party for some old guy. The robots would stare at the man, perhaps waiting for instructions from the lord of the Citadel, or a response from the man himself. Either way things were no longer... comfortable to say the least*

With the sudden emergence of the tiny robots he quickly stops his slow prodding of the barrier with his cane. Withdrawing the arcane magic from his cane he slowly settles it down, back into a position he would hope they didn't find threatening. "Heh heh heh bout time they sent something to welcome me," he says as he eyeballs the robots curiously. "I mean no harm little creatures of metal, I merely wish to enter this city and figured what I did was the best way to draw attention." He brought his other hand out of his rags, it was completely blackened and withered, but had lines of arcane darting across it with no control for they weren't his to rule. Now he clasped his cane with both hands now very tightly, preparing himself for the worse of what these mechanized creations could possible release. "So if you could please let me it, possibly even direct me to where some people are, because it would greatly be appreciated."

*Tiny was in the eye of the beholder, since the robots were all at least 6ft. tall. Once the cane was gone and the old man stood waiting for something to happen-- nothing. The robots were just... staring at him? Perhaps they didn't understand him, or they were still waiting for instructions. Maybe Mastema was thinking it over? Either way, a cold blank robotic stare was all the old timer would receive for now. Barely a sound would be heard from them, aside from the odd clink of gun to armor*

Charles came stumbling from the forest, the fire still burning brightly behind him. But in the distance a bright light hits him square in the eyes. With flinching or blinking he heads straight for the light, his feet finding ground only by chance as he takes long loud sips from his flask now light as a feather in his hands.

"Well since you seem to refuse to let me I mine as well conjure up a friend," he says as he pulls his blackened right hand back into his robes. A mere second later he pulls out an ancient tome bound together in a foreign material, it barely looks like it's able to withstand be open, but oddly it holds up just fine as he opens it. To anyone looking into the book while he reads would see ancient runes, languages forgotten by humanity, and words that hasn't been spoken in ages. After flipping through several dozen pages he finds what he's looking for and slowly starts chanting the spell before him. The wind around him seems to swirl and be sucked inward around as his chanting increases, becoming increasingly strong with the louder and quicker he reads. After a bit of chanting the ground starts to slightly quake right in front of him and the robots that lay before him. Two hands of monstrous proportions burst forth from the ground of a being made up of earth and various natural materials. It grips the ground before them and starts to pull itself from the ground, slowly revealing a head and the rest of a body. After the creature ceases it struggle to free itself from the ground what stands before people is an elemental, an earth elemental of old to be exact, that is least 12 feet tall.
"What do you want old man? It's been ages since you last beckoned me from my slumber so it better be good." The Elemental bellows at the old man, it wasn't particularly happy to be brought out of his slumber, let alone brought up to face this old man again.
"Heh heh heh be nice to an old man Valatar it's been ages since we last spoken. I was simply wondering what you have been up to in these last 50 years." The old man and the Elemental sat down proceed to chat about the past years that they've missed with each other, simply oblivious to the robots now, but every so often the old man would point to the robots and laugh with the Valatal each time he did. Even though Valatar was annoyed to be awakened so early in his sleep he was actually becoming happy to see his old friend.

"Axial magic is really rather simple. Just not a term that people are used too. Many people use aspects of it without being aware of it. It's simply bringing order or forcing a new order upon something. The term was chosen by a monk I meet in Kyo whom helped me when I was a younger man. The called themselves the Order of the Iron Fist. They had some silly spell they used to learn where they could turn their skin into iron when punching something. A parlor trick really... but a good test to see whether or not someone has the self control not to damage themselves or someone else. Problem with the magic is you have to touch or have an intimate knowledge of whatever you're attempting to manipulate. Even more difficult is playing with the forces that animate life. Personally... I'd never attempt to use the magic anything organic beside myself. Far to unpredictable, if you could even do anything. Something about living things makes them inherently wish to stay as they are. Well... maybe I should say animated things. Even Tyr here has his own energy. Maybe I could create a shell but I couldn't create the energy that animates him. If that makes any sense..."
He paused thinking that he might have once again be rambling on about things that Nana didn't care about. He looked down at Tyr and considered what he had been talking about and found that it seemed relevant to the current situation as well.
"You see Tyr's body can absorb most any sort of blood you can feed it. It just seems that vampire's have always been more powerful when feeding upon humans. I simply changed a similar object to a more fitting one. I just tried to replicate human blood I had come in contact with. Far easier when the object is similar to the desired outcome. Surely you've heard of people turning lead into gold? Another parlor trick... still same idea."
He would move his hands up to the vampires mouth and slowly pour the vial of blood into his mouth waiting to see if there was any reaction to it. After a moment when Tyr swallowed he sighed lightly.
"Well... atleast I haven't yet killed him. You're right our past makes us who we are. We can never and should never forget how we got to where we are. Doesn't mean I don't wish I could forget it sometimes."

In the distance Charles spies a large monstrous form come crashing through the Earth. His eyes snap in reflex at the sight of the figure, a giant of 12 feet he estimates quickly as his foggy minds quickly sobers. With one quick flick of his right hand a loud pop emits and around him forms a quick glimmering and sparking shield of electricity. Then, as quickly as it appeared, it was gone, hidden from view.
Without missing a step Charles pushed on, his drunken state now in full force as he pushes on. "A light." is all that goes through his mind.

*The arrival of the giant earth elemental was of some concern. Initially the robots had reacted to take a defensive posture, but when it sat down and started talking with the old man, they would arm down. This wasn't the first time strange beings would talk to random things outside of one of Mastema's homes. Meanwhile, two of the other robots had spotted Charles wandering towards the group, and would turn to face him. It looked like a lively night outside of the Citadel today*
Meanwhile elsewhere in the Citadel...
" So, it's like... transmogrification then? Just changing one form into another. ....to put it in basic terms. "
*The basics of what Relinth was talking about were understandable. Whether it was flesh to iron, lead to gold... water into wine, it just had to do with subatomic particle manipulation and reforming them into what ever it is you wanted them to be. In this case a vial of animal's blood into something closer to that of a human. It wasn't that Nana didn't care, more that it was a subject she wasn't enlightened on. There was a slight look of relief on Nana's face when Tyrsias showed signs of life*
" ...I'll have someone search for his coffin, they should have it here soon. "
*Another small screen would open for Nana, and she would input some sort of commands. Surly the location of Tyrsias' lair wasn't unknown entirely, so the coffin would be nabbed and brought to the building to help speed up the vampire's recovery*
