Valentine Valtieri Elinoi Valentine Valtieri That number Koga rolled is the number of enemies in a given area, correct? If so, I'll be rushing to assist you with your 900+ as soon as I finish my 300+ in the courtyard. Gotta work together, right? Correct, you then roll 5 twenty-sided dice to determine how many you will kill. The next post being the "response" to the number rolled.
And yeah, it helps to work together. ^ ^ You get through the masses faster. I just went to the one that would be closest to where my character was at >w<;
Does Koga respond at all, or is it all just me doing appropriate damage and taking appropriate hits? He won't respond unless the demons are retreating or if more come or something like that. So you will have free reign over what happens in your battles. c:

Lord Edegaru Elinoi I'm not going to argue about this.. anymore.
How are you going to shake the bee hive and not expect the bees? My friend, the "bees" aren't the issue.
We are talking about completely different types of games. There are so many different ways to do a story. I, personally, include "lore" as part of the story telling- you're words suggest you do not. Thus that impacts what you see as part of the story.
Some of the games you've mentioned are among the best in the industry in means of story telling- and completely different kind of game than the type I went into discussing a bit- MMO's. Which notoriously have lack luster story because your character CAN'T be the ONLY one to save the world. It is just impossible when there are thousands of players. Yet, there are reasons people keep playing. And it isn't always because of bonds forged- those come and go. There is usually a passion about the game, steaming from story, combat, lore, pretty pixels. Whatever.
A guild with the potential to have many "main characters" Imo is best compared to a MMO, rather than a single player story line which has MUCH greater potential to build up the depth of story than a MMO will ever have.
If we are to continue discussing this. Its probably better left for pm's... ;(

You know sometimes I come into chatterbox and find it that there is no way to please everyone. The original run of the guild was pretty much for the story, but there was an issue with how characters were basically doing the impossible along with a few other issues that brought for the update to the guild to incorporate a statistic system in order to put limitations on characters, removing most of the ability for actual free will and a distortion of reality. I can't make this place perfect. It's impossible. My brain is fried, between classes, work, and then finally coming here put in at least five hours at the bare minimum to create, modify, and then test a system out. I don't really like to have this feeling that people are now upset they lack the time to obtain the power in which they want in order to do the things they once could do. Sorry that's not going to happen. I'm sorry you feel left behind. But I'm constantly adding and changing things in the guild, updating profiles, approving new members, and recruiting members, as well as answering messages, and doing my small skilled PS images for an upgraded look. Yet, I still manage to find time to rp. If you have a formal complaint about something, I don't mind hearing you out, but I'm not going to make things easier because it would make people feel better. I will award people by activity. If I feel activity was at a high I might award extra points for the hell of it. If I'm busy or leave town because of a school project, and I can't rp, and I check the guild from my phone, I might say "hey, the guild is doing well and active, here's some extra points." but I'm not going to reward people just because they aren't keeping up with their characters.
There was an additional points every coming up, but now I'm thinking about canceling it. I don't know, maybe once I'm no longer frustrated I'll think about posting it again, but for now, I'm canceling it.

You know what, you know what? I got nothing but <3 for you, girl. @Koga: To be honest, I always hated the Qi/stat point double earning. I think your right for cancelling it. And if anyone hasn't said it today, we appreciate your hard work at making this guild #1!

He has to have either 3 pieces of equipment or a rune; otherwise looks pretty good.

Technically you shouldn't be out of the ruins yet Ed. If you go look at your Mission File and check the mobility amount needed to switch between threads, you don't have enough for only 2 posts.

No, but it's okay. It was an easy mistake. Don't worry about it this time.
