I do understand Camwen. It iced here last night. I was like snow only tiny pieces of ice they seemed to fuse to the road and each other as soon as they touched. It made driving fun. Naturally I was running errands when it started and got caught in it. Yick. Not fun, not fun at all. Can't I move to Texas with Lamb and Joe? Or maybe California with Ken? I just want to be warm again!

It is finally cool and rainy here. Then dad beats on me and turns the heater up, desicating the air in the house and causing my nose and other soft tissues to crack and bleed. Heh, such is my lot in life. I would love some snow or rain or sleet. A nice thunderstorm or hurricane. Heh, everyone wants to move down to warmer places right now, but aside from my want to go to Florida, I would like some actual winter.

I don't mind the cold. I actually like snow. The problem with a lot of snow here though is that since it's rare, we really don't have the infrastructure to handle it. Roads stay hazardous for a long time and schools and businesses close down. This kind of weather in Fargo, ND would be business as usual. lol Of course they got hammered with a much worse blizzard recently too.

So I wake up this morning out of curiousity to see if the funeral home put up my gpa's obituary and well they did. Needless to say I started to cry like a little baby. But here is the link if any of you want to sign it. Just all I ask is plz if you use my name. Put Darik. Gpa's Obituary

So today and tomorrow are my true test. The viewing/wake whatever you want to call it.... is today! and burial tomorrow... aslong as I got my GF by my side I am golden.

Hi guys! Sorry I haven't been around lately. I've been working long days and since my work trip is so long, I usually just head straight to bed when I get home.
We've had some snow as well! It was so much fun! ... Then it melted away and after few weeks it snowed again... and then that melted away too. We are having rather moody winter, but at least it's snowing every now and then. It's improvement to the last winter when we got the snow in january and rest of the winter it just rained water.
@Lamb: *gives a hug* I'm sure you'll be fine. You'll have your loved ones around you.
