Arc- I actually did know that. (Came about from doing research for Tamao's First Tsurugi sword. The FF Wikia is a pretty decent site, had all sorts of fun stuff.)
As far as Teufel being out of your league, I'll leave that up to you. But between her and Tamao, I would bet money on Tamao winning almost every time. Feel free to try to recruit Teufel, she might join. (Just expect a betrayal later. She is a Demon, after all...) Tamao almost certainly would not join, she only joined the Seven because she got the Sword, and because they haven't asked her to do anything. She would defend their base, same as Nano, though.
Drago- Which one? Annie with an Omega Titan, or with special swords for her flight gear?
And since nobody commented on it before:
How does everyone feel on giving the mods their own bonus day(s) since they had to work through most of Ryu's birthday gift to the guild?

Teufel should be right around 80k right now, she only just made it to Jounin in Hare's exams a few weeks back. (She had to drop out the last time due to posting frequency.) As for the size of the post, that's because of offliners, since I don't get online for long each day. Tamao's posts are usually the same way; check the last page or so of Nano if you want.

It would be corrupt to expect compensation when we miss a day of RP, I would figure.
