So... my mother decide to go homicidal on a bunch of frogs. She killed 4 in the door and attacked a 5th... Now the poor thing had 2 broken legs and is just in bad shape... What should I go? I have the poor thing in a box... I can't let it suffer, but I don't know how to kill it either... DX

Is there a reptile / amphibian rescue branch your city? If so call them and they usually take decent care of them or if it's too late then put it down.
Although if you want to keep it then I suggest a tank, lamp (Not a heat one, just a regular is fine) , a little water ( Damp paper towel and a tiny dish) , meely worms, flightless fruit flies, ect. Anything but crickets as haunting for those guys will probably cause damage to the leg.
