There are a couple clans that tinker with the thought of Extrasensory Perception. Be it from enhanced senses or divination [<-- Hidden Shrine Exclusive I believe] Though that would be an interesting mix... Hyuuga with that one Blind clan xD Though only the Branch members are blind at birth.

But I still think there should be a caveat to that... One that allows two people of the same clan to do it... there's no reason two Uchiha can't pop out a kid >> It'd just make another Uchiha...
