D.Rider: 'When you give chakra to an rpc without using it to obtain a technique, that is raw chakra. You're given that rpc plain chakra and not giving them a technique. This can be done however much one desires. Any method of gaining chakra can have the chakra used in this way. - Shinobi Handbook' -- This is what it says about Raw Chakra. I adds straight to your CP without gaining any techniques for it. If I see Reaver using his to buy techs, then I'd guess you could get techs, but Raw = Pure CP in most cases. Also what is this about free rolls? You only get 1 roll less you hit one of the Reroll parts.
So...as it is my birthday gift, does that mean I can just take a straight up [8]? Would anyone be displeased with this outcome?

NO!
You must roll a 6, then a 9, then you can just have a straight up 8, as long as you answer any and all of DRider's further questions about the roll, or chakra usage. xd
Because I still haven't figured out why he think everyone gets like... 3 rolls.
Maybe I read the announcement wrong? eek
EDIT* As far as raw chakra ---> Rewards.
I've always chosen techniques with any chakra based reward. I don't like the concept of just adding pure chakra to my characters, if I'm going to add chakra, I want a technique to be filing that chakra up!
