Janani tilts her head.
Daughter?
Then she, finally, has a good look at Mystina.
You've given birth!
Now she seems, genuinly, out of the slump she was in a few moments ago. She just...hadn't noticed. Whatever the case, she's happy for her, and her smile is bright and warm. Still, she doesn't know what it's like to be born without wings. Only her brother would.
Well...Terrace and I stand out among our people because of our stature and wings.

*Mystina nodded and smiled* A while back, actually... She's about 6 months old now! She was born perfectly healthy, too!

Janani is glad to hear about Mystina's daughter. The next comment makes her blush, though, and she looks down with a fidget.

She anime-style sweatdrops for a moment before trying to get to talk about the baby.
It would be so great to see her! She sounds sweet!

*Mystina didn't mean to make Janani uncomfortable, and when the conversation turned back to Aerie, she giggled* One day I'll have to bring you to Faerie, so that you could meet her and my soon-to-be Husband. We just never got around to the getting married bit.

Having a child outside of wedlock? It's not something her people would ever recognize, but it's something she knows many Terrans have done. Some marry later, but others do not. It's strange, really, but it's something she'd seen many times in her hundreds of years.
That would be interesting.

I could even blend so the Fae might not be afraid of my...size.

*Mystina smiled* No, they wouldn't be. There are many people where I come from, all sizes, all shapes. You wouldn't be out of place at all in my land. We're not afraid of the giants, or the dragon's that live there, because, your size, and looks, are not what make you, you.

Janani tilts her head. It was her size, hair color, and wing span that stood her out when she was younger, under her first century mark. The people in the Brink were always put off by her sheer size, even calling her giant when they didn't know or couldn't recall her name.
I always have to alter my size and shape on Terra... I guess if I don't have to...it'll be fine.

*Mystina nodded* You wouldn't need to, the only reason I'd see for it is if you felt more comfortable in one form than another. I don't see why anyone would be afraid of you... but supposedly some humans are afraid of the fae, because they're not used to seeing them. They even called my Grandfather a...demon. *She shuddered* I suppose they just don't understand what you look like doesn't make what you are. In what I've seen of the humans, it is not the one who looks different that you should fear, but, the ones who don't.

No. I hide because that's what Guardian Angels do. They blend in...

We have guardian spirits where I'm from, but I don't know if there are actual angels that watch over my people....

Not yet. I'm not a millenia old, so I don't really have that much power to defend Terrans. In a couple hundred years, maybe...
Then she looks at Mystina.
I don't really know... Even I would not recognize a true Angel trying to blend in...

Janani giggles nevously, not sure how she'd answer this.
I'm not sure I can actually answer that... I won't know until I go through...I think it's called a Quickening.
She kinda just sweatdrops again. It's a lousy explaination.
I know I'll become much, much stronger, though...
