Does, uh, anyone here know how to make rainbow-colored lineart? I can only turn it one color or a rainbow that is totally nothing like the rainbow'd lineart I've seen elsewhere.

You know, I've never done that before Ekqo D: It's a channels thing isn't it?
lpd; Early on the weekends? You mean cuz of school now? That still wouldn't make a whole lot of sense other than to get you back in routine XD;;

It might just be different blending modes? Lemme scan in something and then I'll fiddle around and see if I can figure it out :3

>digitalduckie< Thanks for helping. I've been meaning to ask someone lately. smile I'm coloring a couple pics that are colored like this [of course I had to change 'em to black but that was easy. Go gradient map!] so it reminded me of wanting to learn how.
>lolly< school~ heart ! biggrin I'm starting college off with two art classes, an english class, and a psychology class. xD How's that for an oddball class? [I'm a total nerd. I love school [[well, mostly]]. ]

Oh yea Ekqo. It's super easy. 3nodding Just put a new layer over the art... fill it with the gradient you want. Then change the blending mode to overlay. That's what I figured it was XD
Edit to add: It seems to work best when your lines are at a midtone? My solid blacks for this one piece don't pick it up as much but one of my pencil only sketches did it perfectly. sweatdrop

>digital< Ahaaaaaaa. It worked. xd I tried it out on a sketch I'm working on. The sketch was red and it worked alright...I think I can use this method to fix a lighting error on one of those pics I'm coloring, too. Thanks a bunch. xd
