*Eclipse, Teldra, and Vlad drew their swords. Jarus began some simple stretching as he was walking.*
"And I guess that's the shield..."
*There was a white, veil-like translucent shield between the room they were in and the next.*
"Well, let's go."
*On the other side of the veil... Hundreds of mindless demons milling about, waiting for their prey to step beyond the boundary of the white veil...*

Samael looked a little insulted. "These monsters shall fry." He frowned, he didn't like demons like these at all.

"Poor fools... Twisted beyond thought... I shall free you from your prison!" *Lucifer was the first one to charge in, slicing through demons like they were butter, ending their existence completely. Once the Devil has killed a demon, that demon does not come back. The others charged in after him, quickly taking to their task of crushing the demented beings.*

Samshel was pretty rapid with his job, too. Hit the vitals and move on. Sachiel was using his bow, he seemed to be the only one. Ryudo charged with the others, sword drawn.

*The demons were falling quickly and with an incredible ease. It was almost to easy... And that's when Lucifer realized... It was. He sensed something else... Something stronger. Hundreds and hundreds of times stronger than these twisted, damaged beings. He continued to wipe out the demons, but he had to say something.*
"Guys, this isn't the best there is... I have a feeling... oh no... HE'S HERE?!?!? Guys, remember that Devil that I told you about before? The guy that drove these things to insanity in the first place? He's here too! I don't know how I missed it before, but he's here!"
"Oh yeah... Him... Crap... I forgot about him..."
"Vlad, how can you forget about fighting the essence of evil?"
"... Hey, I had fogotten my entire past. You can't expect me to remember everything all at once."

Cleaning up after his mess was difficult even so far after his reign as I came in. However, I DID manage to sort it out about seven hundred years ago. By the way, I took the job about twelve hundred years ago."
