*Cora nearly knocks Maggie off balance, but she smiles gently and hugs her back* Aye, 'tis been a while. I am very glad te see ye again.
*but she glances over Cora's shoulder at Luke as they're talking. There's a sinking feeling building in her stomach, and her eyes show her concern as they meet his.*

oh Maggie... are you alright, is everything alright? :::She began checking to see that Maggie wasn't injured anywhere before even explaining her concerns. She didn't even have to think about it, instantly she just wanted to know that her friends were alright:::

*Luke watches Cora worry over Maggie, and in his thoughts he realizes that he can't go through telling another person again, when...(That's what he wants.) When he can't even think straight. Or at least not at this very moment. Maggie deserved to know. She -needed- to know. If not for her sake than for Will's but...*
*But there's no way in hell, he can tell her right now. Cora would tell her... He looks like a train wreck, and chances are they'd talk about it.... And if she didn't.... He'd work something out.*
*But he needs to get out of here, and Luke can think of no better reason to leave than for a...*
Hey, Cora. Could I use your shower?
*Luke meets Maggie's eyes for a second and he looks away.*

Thanks. *Luke's not thinking about operating a shower from a thousand years into the future. He's thinking about getting out of there.*
*Luke looks at Maggie one more time. He squeezes her shoulder as he passes. He grabs his key and Cora's key and leaves to clear his mind out.*

*Maggie inclines her head toward Luke and then watches him as he leaves. If there's one thing she's learned about him, it's that he's not one to talk about what's troubling him until he's good and ready, and not a moment sooner.*
*She waits until he's gone and then turns back to her friend* Cora . . . what of ye? How are ye?

Janani fades in, looking a bit disoriented. She appears to be sprawled on the floor reading a map, of Terra it would appear. Her white Cat Plushie is rested over it, somewhat, facing a certain state.
((If ya'll don't mind, that is sweatdrop If it's not a good time, me = gone ninja ))

*Maggie pales, her eyes widening* Again . . ! *she turns her head back down the hallway. He hadn't look injured, but the look in his eyes . . . *
God in Heaven ... *she swallows and grips Cora's hand.* What . . ?
*She pauses as Janani fades in, and takes a breath to settle herself. She exchanges a brief glance with Cora before greeting the tall woman*

Hearing Maggie's greating, Janani blinks. She's drawn from her map-reading, for the moment. She meeps, slightly, when she realizes where she is. She looks at the map and meeps again. The city where Luana lives is circled there. This just before she 'crushes' the ends together in a pre-emptive fold. As she's about to respond...she hears Cora. To say her skin went pale would be an understatement. This is the second time it's been mentioned...or was it the third?, that the Seraphim meant to harm those who came to the Brink...
Bu...
She still didn't know how she could accept it. She is, afterall, a Celestial, one below Angels such as the Serahim.
Why would they...?
Janani shakes her head, violently. She has to listen. Maybe it would help her research in that area. Maybe... No! There is no point in assuming anything. Guesses meant nothing. Still, her head turns down, scared what this might mean.
Okay... Okay, Cora.
