@Oni: What about pouring acid onto Mikyo's metal? Acid+Metal-->Salt+Hydrogen.
If all else fails...then water manipulation and manipulate the water and oxygen in the air to rust the metal.
AHA I CAN ARGUE ABOUT THIS FOR THE WHOLE DAY!! ACID OR RUST WILL WORK!!

Also if all my bone was destroyed the village would die anyways due to that large of a substance simply disappearing >:3 I have planned this for a year now, I know what I'm doing.

but hen what about covering the bone with black metal, stopping you, then open hole in the metal and pour acid into it....

When you open a hole for that I could simply pour the bone out of that hole and around the metal to crush it into itself as if making a small cube of black metal that is compressed by thousands of tons of pressure.
EDUT: Even if you can't break something you can always crush it into itself.

Meh then you will just create a giant sinkhole when you open that hole and acid all the bone and all the earth would sink into it. Anyways imagine your metal as aluminum that couldn't be destroyed. It can still be bent.

Blarg what about just sending a powerful current through your body that leaves you immobilize through one of your many bones going through the village, since bone is able to conduct electricity, just send enough to burn your insides?

Blarg, I know a way to destroy your bone that you absolutely cannot argue with.
Get another Kaguya and get him to generate large amounts of osteoclast, then input it into the village you put your bone into. This would stimulate tumour osteolysis...which means that your bone would be reabsorbed. AHA. And the village won't die...because when you inputted the bone, you had to take something OUT of the ground to be able to put bone in. So when you take the bone out, we put those "stuff" back in. I WIN!!!
