Joker took over Leaf from the Hokage but then the village was taken back by Lar's people. So now it's a matter of if she is still Kage even after that all happened. As such that would be up to Lars, Chisa, Hare, and possibly Drago. However, since the fight in Mist is against Lar's people, it would be up to whoever is victor. Therefore Drago responded just not with a yes she is still Hokage or no she isn't because Hidden Leaf is still under someone else's influences at the moment. So as far as responding to Chisa, I've summed things up that Drago said. I will say that the subject needs to be discussed with the aforementioned people to see what is supposed to be going on with that.


Drago | That sounds lovely. I'm pretty sure Hedoro is going to go on the attack if I do though, but that's what Damnation wants to do. So hopefully the fight gets interesting or else I'm not going to be able to focus on the game for king because I'll be fighting Hedoro in order to blow up Mist.

In technical terms. She isn't. So You know. Thanks for your input. But it wasn't needed. biggrin

In guild since...Once you lose a fight. You lose your ranking if it is Kage or Higher, Your Armors, Demons, Etc Etc. Since she didn't finish her fight or show up? I forget which one it is. She forfeited her rights to be Kage.

And then even more technical sense.

She's not even the most powerful member of the village. So she still wouldn't be kage. So like you know. IF you want to get technical at least know your technicalities.

I'm not sure where your thinking is.
But as far as it's concerned to be Kage you have to:
A) Be of Jounin Rank.
B) Be the Strongest, OR be the strongest WILLING to be Kage.

So if you're the third strongest, but the second strongest wants to be Kage and the first doesn't give a s**t.
The second gets the spot.
If you then defeat the second, you become Kage.

If a village is taken over by ANYONE the Kage has been forfeited. Since there would be no Kage while someone else is in charge. Therefore her character would be considered a Jounin. Unless she wants to jump in and ruin post order, and make things more complicated in Mist by battling ALL of us.
OR
Wait for Mist to be done, and then challenge the winning party/request for her kage ship and ownership of the village back in RP.

Has this guild done something to you personally that you enjoy making our jobs just a bit harder? Or like do you just like being the kid that just likes to create chaos for no reason? Reaver: part one of your answer is kinda what I was getting at, meaning that unless someone else was /willing/ to be Kage in Leaf, then saying she isn't Kage just because others got stronger than her while she was away isn't a valid point :/

I don't 'bullshit' anywhere, whatever that is supposed to mean.

As for the guild, if you don't really count the demons/angels and s**t, the extra villages and clans are just custom things that would have been arguably added into an AU of the Naruto-verse and I find them very creative truthfully. Only times the guild annoys me a bit is when something from cannon is used inaccurately, like the ten tails for example or a few clan restricted techniques than aren't really clan only, like basic kaaton and some others -shrug-

and I'm not 'stirring' any pot and I am very chill, you are the one getting worked up over my rather simple comments to be honest. :/

I haven't seen anything of a person from Leaf stating they wanted to be Kage that was stronger than her. Hence the whole part of that post directed at you .-.

Right now, it's a bunch of outsiders fighting in a village nowhere near Leaf at the moment to decide who's in charge and as you said before, she has every right to step into that if she /really/ wanted to or just wait til it ends before showing up.

All I'm going to say on this.
And I would prefer that it be the end of it, since this roundabout nonsense is really not getting anyone anywhere.

Chelsea you were Kage.
You vanished.
Your village got taken over. Not once, but TWICE, while you were gone.

If anything, in the eyes of NPC and fellow villagers alone. You're not the best Kage. but we cant control NPC in that sense.

Either way, the two forces that took over your village, one still holds it as theirs. (That being Lars' group).

The fight in mist is Lars' group trying to 'take back' Mist like they 'took back' Leaf. From Joker.

So either way, you can "Be Kage" But your words will hold no say, and the act of Kage will LITERALLY be in title only. And that's just barely.

Honestly I don't care. If you desperately need to be Kage to a village you don't even own. Get 3 mods to agree to approve the title being granted to you. [/shrug]
