With the danger of the mountain lion out of mind as it lay dead from the poison, both of them knew that medical attention was urgent at this point, especially with the lack of resources found in the village it was all time at this point sice the severity of their wounds wernt sure of with Haruka looking the worse not responding to everything and Everest being a chikd could get overwelmed by the shock of being attack causing more of a problem. Both Senente and Raiku rushed back home where everyone else was woken awake from the slammed door and shouts of hurry to get a few materials, it didnt take long for the rest of the house to wake up and see the terror that had happen and asked Senente to help in any way possible.
Though help was being provided Senente was stern to her words as she went inti medical training mode and knew that the paitients had to be stabilized to the poing healing could be done, panicking wasnt going to do anything but cause more of a problem and the risk if losing one or both of them would increase. She tend to each cut and scrape carefully letting Raiku take care of any needed stiches with how she would get a little nervous close to needles leaving him to take on that task, while she went on to mixing rose bark, yarrow, and calenudula oil to control the bleeding and platain and elm leaves for the cuts, literally mixing severval plants fast as possible and smearing the paste into the girls' wounds till the bleeding wasnt as heavy but the pain was still there as Haruka moaned quietly while Everest cried not liking the treatments too well as the elm leaves burn on her skin as its oils tried to work.
Naruto and Saskue were calm keeping Nasagah at bay since he wanted to be there and help his sister scared out of his mind that he was being restrained unable to do a thing, he was close to his other sister just like with baby Yuki but Everest was still his little sister and to him, it was his job to be the older brother and not have anything happen to his younger siblings....but in his mind he woshed he had came with Everest when the lion attacked then he wouldve been able to protect. All he wanted to do was feel the guilt but he was given a friendly lecture that it wasnt his fault and there would be times that something would happen that he couldnt control and that he had no need to hit himself for a common mistake his sister had made. Senente was hard at work but switching a few times over to Raiku placing some paste on his arms where he was attacked by the lion's claws.

It was a night of horror of trying to keep death away from the house however with Senente's quick thinking and ways of medicine, everyone was alright and the critical time was set at stablized for the healing process could start. Though Senente had a rough time around blood she knew that beyond the fear she managed to control the situation with Raiku's help of assurance and the ability to make her calm around her phobia. The rest of the night was quiet with no whines or moans of pain from either room as senente's herbal paste had took effect along with the small amounts of sleeping herbs burning in their rooms as a mild anistetic so they would be able to sleep a little soundly as their wounds cleared up. At first everyone wanted for what happened in the night to have just been a nightmare but in reality it had happened and it was an occasion that happened in the village when people didnt obey by the rules and not take the forbidden trails for their own sakes of being caught paths with the carnivorous animals high up the mountain, Raiku knew about them from the farmers but didnt have to deal with them as much but only to see them lurking on peaks on their own time.

He looked at the beautiful stallion and was very impressed how he looked since it would make herding a little easier to go around the large fields chassing down the most stubborn of the cattle, to his surprise was Senente had found such a nice looking horse at a place like that but then again a gift from her is always special. With a few circle turns Raiku was very pleased with the stallion on his condition.
"This is a very nice horse, I love how shiny his coat is and looks like a good companion...thank you Sen its a very nice gift its wonderful."
Before he had another chance to keep up with the thank yous and affection Raiku decided to give the horse a try by trying to get close to his back but the horse had plans of his own as he looked to Raiku for just a minute before going on his back legs neighing loudly, this scared Raiku enough to back away and scurry off by Senente. He didnt expect that much from the horse as it neighed for a little bit before coming over by him making it look like the horse was going to run Raiku over but instead bit to his collar and fling him on his back riding with him.

It took a few more tries for both Raiku and the horse to realize that they have to live and work with eachother to make things a little more easier, though the first attempt went with him scurring around scared stiff he started to get the hang of things as with caution placed the reigns onto the horse's head without much trouble. Once it was on Raiku took his time to hop onto his back and....without much issues he was on and riding around the house yard, Senente was pleased that things were looking great with the choice she made.
Raiku took some time getting used the horse and with how the speed of the horse was he figure out a good name though it was close to his own and figure the next thing close to it.
"Sen I've decided to come up with the name 'Ikazuchi' or Thunder in japanese....it fits pretty well with his speed and everything."
With that said both Raiku and Ikazuchi took time to get use to the moutainous terrain going on the cliffs and ledges and going as far as jumping the canyon spaces that were not too big. Things looked much better as Sen was lecturing the children on their basic herb talk but got surprised seeing Raiku rush by the window at a high speed as he came in happy with his gift.

The days were just ticking down and before any of the two would know it they would be bound for enternity, which they have said to eachother for a long time but this would become an official title than to just have a paper from the court telling them they were together but this would make it feel more ceremonial like any other girl in the world would want. Though they were happy like everyone else was suppose to be there was still some nervousness amongs the future couple but it wasnt going to go to the point of making one of the two run off scared since ever since they met eachother and admit that their love was strong, a simple thing like nerves were not going to get in the way. Most of the adults were hard of work and admiring the set up leaving the children to look on in excitment and such especially little Yuki looking at the crystal dangling close by and taking much attention since they shined a lot, without the others looking she waddled by clutching to a low tied one and rolling with it, chewing on the piece in curiousity.

The gems were just as he had seen them in his thoughts and thought that to see them in person made things more special, when the day came that he would be the one to slip it on Senente's finger would made her eyes shine as bright as the gems themselves.
"These are just as I picture them in my mind....they are more than perfect but not as perfect as that angel in the other room."
Raiku says to himself looking around the corner watching Senente read to the children from the lesson book and all that was going in his mind was the fact he would be with her forever and the excitement was in his body that even Marcus knew from the expressions of seeing so many other people prep for their wedding and the happiness the grooms have for the rings for their future wives and at times couldnt keep it to themselves much. Luckly in this case Raiku was keeping his posture at a nice level not to just keep quiet but not let his excitement get the best of him as Marcus talked to him a little more about the last minute touches on the plans and before he knew it Marcus was out scrambling to get his work done with the clothing out of the way that took the most time.
Just as things were getting close to done for awhile the children were starting to feel the effects of being taought by a teacher they knew well that Hiroshi tried all he could to stay awake but ended up drifting to sleep on his book.

Raiku himself was starting to wake from the movement on the other side but expect to see Senente pretty as a blossem, and happy to see him but this time saw a sickly girl laying in her bed and that was a high red flag. He was shaking her to wake but it didnt make things any better and started to grow more concerned as he tried to wake her up. There were some ideas in his head like she had probably caught a case of severe nervous wedding nerves or it was probably that time once again sincee the signs looked like them, but he wasnt sure and the only thing now was to take her down to the city below the mountain to the hospital there since Senente was the main healer to the villagers and she was the one in their place and she needed to be help fast. Getting clothes on him and her Raiku dashed about the house finding Ikazuchi's bridle and calmly carried her to the horse and without much hesitation rode off with her hoping it wasnt something serious, it may had the feeling he was in sheer panic but seeking help was the only thing on his mind as he held to the reigns while keeping Senente secured on Ikazuchi's back.

Breathing a great sigh of relief Raiku finally knew that it wasnt something life threatening and would be gone just in time for the ceremony, however it was his job to figure out how things were going to work out for those few days, he couldnt stop herding since he was needed for those few times of the day and without those watches it would be trouble if an animal was to sneek past the fence and grab a small calf of lamb.
That was when an idea sprouted in his head...he had taken Nasagah on the mountain several times and he was close to the age that he could do a few simple tasks like watch, the owner had watched him bring his son and show the ropes and thought about that option since it would only be for a couple days till Senente was well again.
Raiku figured it out and called Nasagah down to tell him what was happening and what had to be done, he simply nods to the instructions and without much word prep, grabbed a couple riceballs and jumped onto Ikazuchi up to the ranch while Raiku kepts the girls at a distance as he went back to tending to Senente while the medicine did its thing to relieve the chills.
