Elias, Cymarron just tried to kill Nelphean's youngest daughter. What would Elias do if it was Esmeralda that Cymarron tried to maul?
The spell in Gargoyles worded it "As long as one of them lives, so to does the other." So I am guessing you have to kill all three of you at once.

Unfortunately Elias would be at odds at that point, he would be angered at Cymarron for trying to kill his daugher, but his code of conduct dictates that the only way Elias can kill his bother is if he has slain another member of the family, but yeah he might just bind the beast, into another dimension and there is no telling what that would do, since the beast if a physical manifestion of a part of Cymarron's own emotions

See how Cymarron got off light?
Nelphean had the power to do many, many horrible things to him, but I decided that this would be the best course of action.
It gives Cymarron a way to atone for his 'short-coming' and a way fro Nelphean to feel sucure that 'the beast' is no longer a problem.
And what is wrong with making Cymarron do some silly things for entertainment value... (even though Nelphean is a clown, I think he would take this very seriously, I am just joking around about the power I have... mwahahahaha.)

yes I understand that Cymarron got off easy I was never arguing that point, but what kind of honor would Nelphean have if he made Cymarron do things merely for the sake of his own entertainment? I don't think that such behavior would sit well with Elias who has always tought that the elves were a rather noble race.

On a whole, elves are a noble race. Nelphean on the other hand, represents that small number of elves who are not exactly noble. I am joking about making Cymarron do stupid things for my personal pleasure, not because Nelphean will ever consider it... though, he will also joke about it.
"Cymarron, the salt isn't putting itself on my food. Now, cut my milk." He'd neve do that. Ever. Even for him, he would not find that funny.... But I do!

see the really funny thing is, Cymarron probably would cut the milk. he'd stick a claw ion there, write one of his warding runes, and make a ward that would split the milk into two halves. and be quite pleased with it lol

Actually, that would be funny. Nelphean would love that. But, we wont find out. Nelphean's new conscience (Caliburn) is helping him to be a better elf.
