Agent Code Monkey Drago_the_Blackrose doubt Rlrl can freeze my cacti since I am like Double his characters strength but whatevaaaaa. I need him to finish that post. I see where you're coming from on that one. since the rulebook says that rank does apply, and if anything, there would be a bigger difference between sannin and jounin, vs jounin and kage But from where im reading it appears he's freezing the water on the catci, causing the freeze of course rather than just attempting to freeze them w/o water. on the other hand the made up states that if anything stronger goes against it will be overpowered, along with anything defensive wise that's stronger will overpower the ice. I think from here If anything that' clearly destructive and powerful offensive(besides summoning catuars(free taco for reference)) and defensive wise goes against the ice tech it should be overpowered, just like the made-up rule states. as a technique though, that's up to the mods to alter of course. Trying to be fair as the ref. I didn't read any of this but Free Tacos caught my eyes... damn. I am fat.

Ryu Gekkou The fun part about this...is I hate Ronan. To the core. I have no reason to like him, and yet it scares me how well I can RP him, and how much I like RPing him. As for Ridel...One can not blame her with the s**t that he did to her. Well I figure if I actually tried I could probably get her trained up bit and then kill him... but that's about 1k in stats to harvest so... meh.
