How many points would I get to spend on upgrades at 60 intelligence? Lol.
Looked at upgrading jutsu thread.
Sharingan would go to level 20, but the accuracy/buff things, considering they take points to use.

If I remember correctly, you get an upgrade every twenty intelligence.
That would be three upgrades.

upgrades work thusly:
20 int = lvl 5 or lower upgrade- 5 pts
40 int= lvl 10 or lower upgrade- 5 pts
60 int= lvl 15 or lower upgrade- 5 pts
every upgrade gives you 5pts to use on x level or lower x following the same scale I posted here. unless that has changed recently and i missed it. = w=b
so you would be able to use your level 15 upgrade on your sharingan at this time which would bump it up to level 20 in cost and power giving you 5 more points to spend.

Ah, so five points for each level. Gotcha.
So, 60 intelligence would bring Sharingan up to lvl. 20, giving me five points there.
Then 80 intelligence gives me chance to upgrade Sharingan to level 25, giving me another five points to spend on upgrading it?

Just wondering, since at level 5, the accuracy would only be level 5, but could I upgrade my own Sharingan? From 5 to 10, then from 10 to 15? Since my intelligence is already 40?

I was confused by the effect thing.
Since it's just a Sharingan, and the Sharingan can invoke a genjutsu with just its contact.
