or you could be smart about it and cover the ground in sticky napalm, oil, gass, and plastic explosives. so when she dose you just send a electrical curent to light everything off and then BOOM. no more neko. blaugh

But you can't see her when she's at top speed. She's running to fast for the eye to see. So the napalm idea doesn't work. And Koriko would ahve some toruble killing a demon who can squash him with one paw.
