Let me reword, Im not sure how I want this RPC to run. Like in HV I have my sword wielding power hungry dumbass, this one i'm not sure how I want to have him be. I think it might be a sword wielding friendly protecting kind of guy XD

To answer your question, you can RP as if you have them, but systematically you would have to buy your tantos from the country (Market) in order for them to be used in fights. All bullshit aside. Rain is actively looking for new members. Were trying to keep all the villages populated. (I am actually going to be moving my RPC to rain because of this.) I am the zone mod for Rain Village. We will rp together like one big happy village.
