::Orias' voice didn't create a response at all as it just seemed to echo off the walls of the area. The small ball of ice would also find it's path to the door unencumbered, it would glide with ease into it creating a smashing sound and a slight movement in the doors. After a moment the runes would seem to fade out and a small puff of black energy would slowly move out from the doors back toward Orias, it's movement was slow and unthreatening however. A slight thickness in the air might start to become apparent if Orais was to pay close attention however.::

::Because the energy was so slow moving Orias' backward motion would delay it's coming anywhere close to him enough for him to toss a few good peices of ice at it. The first one would go through it causing it to move as if it were effected by the wind changing it's shape and causing it to swirl outward slightly, the next few would have the same effect causing it to expand in area but slow it's movement. The rest of the area was now noticeably darker and a very moist feeling would accompany this unusual darkness however no real response could be noted::

::Orias could indeed walk through the black energy with ease it would simply move around him like a cloud of smoke. The wetness in the air would increase the closer he got to the door and as he began to beat on him he would notice that almost all the darkness was now gone. Unfortunately for him it was collecting behind him and he would have only a second to react as Tyrsais would materialize behind him. The vampire would attempt to grab his compatriot by the back of the head and neck throwing him with a rather unfriendly amount of force into the door face first. Whatever the reason for the reaction it seemed the vampire had been watching the whole time::

::Orias was indeed quicker then Tyrsais had given him credit for however he had learned to expect this opponent to put up more of a fight then expected. As soon as his arm was grabbed he would focus for a moment flashing into a burst of black energy being thrown into the wall materializing again leaping off the wall at Orias flashing a sword past his face clearly out of range but it was meant to make a statement. He would land a few feet away from the demon and look up at him::

You are lucky I don't kill you where you stand...

::Tyrsais would land spinning the blade around once before moving it into it's sheath. He would stand up exposing his arms which had a slightly maroon tint to the viens flowing through them now. If Orais cared to look closely at the weapon he would notice it too was more red then it had been before in hue. He looked at Orias with a slight smile on his face::

Because you weren't paying attention boy... You're lucky all I wanted to do was get your attention.

Sho groaned lightly to himself when the screen closed. "God knows if I don't go Than'll come find me and tell me to give him another ten Rekkuzans ~_~ This is why I don't have kids....."

After being zonked out for an entire evening, night, and most of the morning, Than was muc rejuvenated from his hard training with Sho the previous day. He was still asleep, though much more lightly so. Nana had placed Micha beside him the previous night, the Than's arm was loosely curled around the boy. Trilla and Eecheb had been undisturbed in the night.

Of the current people in the citadel, Proto was the most alert and the most concerned. Proto had dedicated Zio to using its scanners to go as far as they possibly could without use of the satellites, which were only focused on observing the planet. It would take some time for scanners to return anything from such long distances as Proto had made. However, while he was waiting, he'd detected an anomoly with a droid in the east side of the citadel. Something had caused one of the droids to stop transmitting its signal to Zio. Proto was now on his way to this section to determine why.

Slowly, though steadily, the army of KB and his mecha would move. They were withdrawing, not via means of teleportation, but rather ponderous marching. Crushing over the forest and raping the earth with ease they plowed onwards. Drones and Tegral units cleared away any obstacles, the powerful weapons platforms rolling along behind them. A few ONION class units were in the mix as well to compliment their heavier BG counterparts.

From further outside of the surrounding area broke in a new force, aiming to group up with the main army. A mixture of heavy mech types plowed out of the forest there, details dropped from the Cradle recently. These units had yet to be on display in KB's ranks, obviously new and certainly lethal. Though they didn't number as many as the Drones and Tegrals, their force was substantial.

Naturally all that remained was for the aerial force to make it's arrival as well as for Sai's creations and the vampiric afflicted to show en masse. An essential battle camp was soon forged outside of the Citadel, some 70 miles away and to the south.
