What Raiku had been doing behind close doors was helping with the wedding plans so that it didnt take a huge tollon Senente and get her in the rageful way most brides end up doing when its close to tieing the knot time, this was better on everyone and things would be more of a surprise for her that he actually planned something for once than just lying around his normal ways. The planner was calm and quiet and to his surprise was very clear with her language speaking Japanese for Raiku for better understanding.
"Yes, it has taken some time but I've made a few studying piles and came up with just the right flowers, she loves to have a mix of whites and pastel blues to match with the theme were goinng with, almost like a starry night atmosphere. As well I definatly want to see while lillies and roses in the mix to represent purity and innocence as well as a few more that you would think would be a great blend."
He went on to the planner with everything as she continued to type it all up till everything started to look alright, the flowers were the main talk for a good hour or so as the two of them went on planning further of the wedding plans.
Back in the village Senente was sitting on the couch sewing a few new clothes for the children while dinner was being stewed in the kitchen ready soon, the children were in thir rooms being careful to play quietly while Yuki took her nap that was a bit of a challenge for a couple hours since her infamous stuffed fox Kurai, loved to mess with her by tickling her nose as she squirmed to fall asleep again.
He knew it was annoying but Senente had tried once before to remove him but each time she tried he made a squeeling noise loud enough to have Yuki stir. Besides that everything was looking fine and dandy as the sun started to set behind the mountains.

As soon as he decided to call up they popped their heads out of their rooms like little prarie dags and raced eachother to get to the stairway, normally Raiku would normally try and most of the time beat the other two but he had Yuki inhis arms squirming a little being awake partially but babbling away as they headed downstairs. Senente had just had the plates and cups set on the tables as the pitter patter of Everest and Nasagah came down already sitting with Raiku right behind placing Yuki in her high chair, she was at the age of weaning off the milk and start to eat baby mush like the rest of the family only Senente didnt believe in buying premade food and made it herself knowing what is in there. Raiku was given her dish and spoon and almost hesitated to try with her since Yuki was still irritated for not being able to drink the milk and started her own rebal phase for being just a baby, carefully he placed the spoon in her mouth to his surprise she took it and thought she actually liked the mashed carrots.
"Well looks like we can add carrots to the list of foods she'll eat."
That was what he thought before he turned to have it sent back at him with a small giggle afterwards.

It was a definate first thing to see Senente be around on sugar since she really wasnt one to have sweets as a child, however when it came to sugar and the sudden jolt it would bring it was a little hard to settle her down. Raiku tried to make her sit still but the caffinated feeling she was having made it almost impossible as she figited in her seat during dinner as the choldren watched how their mother was reacting and qwasnt sure what to think of it. It was after dinner that Senente continued to walk about the house pacing and going on a hyper streak till it was time it was getting out of hand and Raiku had to do a few drastic measure to insure she was going to remain where she stood.Taking some rope he pull the imfamous behind approach tying her in a chair as she continued to move about till the sugar started to wind down, seeing how she reacted to sugar made it clear that having the stuff around was a bad idea let alone have soda in the house, since this was the ending result if when Senente would be on a super hyper mode.
"Well from we all had just seen tonight, were going to have sugary thing down to a minimum in the house....at least till we know what it'll do to your mother."
Nasagah felt a little bad for even bringing it in the house but Raiku assured him that he didnt mean to bring the things in because even he didnt know that this was an outcome.
"I'm sorry dad, next time I'll make sure to keep them hidden or have around when I'm at school or in the village."
With a simple pat on the head Nasagah knew he wasnt in trouble and let it knock get the best of him giving a smile heading off with his foraging bag to help Raiku with the last herd watch to get a decent lesson on how to be more responisible in the house, since as well he was the oldest son of the Hatchi and had to step up to help around more with help from his father. Raiku untied Senente as she started to calm down and gave the schedualed kiss on the cheek and telling of he will be back soon only this time bring Nasagah along and have the girls stay home with the few minutes of leisure and herbal making, squeezing in some study if there was extra time.

It was bit of an off question but then again Everst had not been to a wedding and didnt really know how they were function, what she didnt know was that in a basic wedding ceremony it was the bride that wore long dresses since it was her that was to be wed and the rest of the girls in the honor court would wear dresses in the bride's color theme and be a little shorter not just on the design but as well for a child Everest's age it was the right length to make sure she wouldnt trip heading down the alter with the rest of the honor court. Senete gave a slight explination on the length thing and as well as that it wasnt the dress that made the girl pretty but how she looked and personality that made her pretty no matter what she wore or walked that made Everest feel a little better as she looked in the mirror smiling and twiling how it followed her making her laugh, Senente saw it and smiled wrestling almost with Yuki as she made it difficult to put the layers of cloth of her onesie dress with extra large sleeve puffs to add cuteness to it until it was time to crawl about.

In a way in her mind it was like you could take the japan out of the ninja but you cant take the same knucklehead ways out of him, let aline the same thing with the rivalry the two had back home to constantly pick on eachother to spike the other, which was alright and was a familier thing to have that would never change. She almost thought about breaking up the uproaring string of insults but then again they would easily let their steam out and just not look at eachother for awhile till they have to work together again. That was the one thing Senente had got used to all this time and the fact of the wedding coming up was making her more excited than concerned on who was doing what....that is if they get on her nerves and make things to the point of stressing out, but then again those around are not ones to mess with her let alone make her angry. Once the chairs were finally set after a few failed attempts that was enough for the night as the sun was setting and the boys would be back home not too long from the path as raiku would take everyday, however there was the thing that bother Senente the most was they would be coming caked in dirt and the scent of the fields which was going to be a major cleanup since both of them were two alike and acted the same when it came to bathing.....which was rarely done.

Even with them not married just yet both Raiku and Senente had their little peeves that annoyed the other and the one thing that she got spiked the most was his bad hygine behavior, almost not wanting to bathe for weeks and if you knew Senente and had to live with someone like that......yeah, I dont think it would last too long till one gets mad in insanity from having to deal with it. This however was just escalating even more because like a father would see happen, Nasagah was doing the same thing even if it ment the negative behaviors like bathing and not wanting to change clothes like most boys would do to make girls cringe at the thought of it, luckly this time both boys knew it would make her upset and decided to make it best for the sake of everyone else there just to liosten and do as she wanted then have her be upset, so he too got himself clean for her and a smile was on her face and the arms were back to the sides....a good sign in their book. Night had fallen for the day and everyone was starting to wind down as Senente had set up the guest rooms for Naruto and Saskue kuckly in their own rooms to prevent any more confrontation especially with a baby in the house, Yuki was rolling around on the groud as she was watched by her older siblings while the adults were at the table playing a card game,however he was only one watching her as Everest had snuck out without anyone noticing she snuck out the window.

Something wasnt right in the aor and in her little body the feeling was telling her that she had to go and see what was causing the strange feeling chill, careful on the beaten path Everest could smell blood and knew that it was trouble but a streak of fear hit her back as she was able to catch a glimpse of silver white slouched on a trunk and came to see it was Haruka, cut and mauled with blood trinkling everywhere. Everest tried to have her speak slightly on how it happened but instead of words she looked up to the little girl in sheer fright as it wasnt just the shine of gold in her sight but with a slight point with her hand, Haruka mouthed the words mountain lion but it was too late as Everest turned around to see a pair of catlike eyes looking to her as if she was something to eat as its fangs were showing from it growling snarls.

Everest tried to back away but instead of fleeing as she was told it all happened in a flash from seeing a flash of white then a sheer pain on her belly where there were tears in her dress, she let out a faint cry as the mountain lion tried to bite her flame hit it on the the head scaring it away, Hiroshi had sense something wrong and knew fire was an animal's worse nightmare using it to fend off the lion till it ran off. He carefully help Everest up still a little stung from the claw injuries but was able to stand on her own while Haruka wasnt as lucky getting hurt to the brink of being unconcious and immobile. Hiroshi realized what had to be done but the fact it was his own mother that was in the prediciment made things personal.

The mountain lion was trying to spook her as well since she was in it's territory and the first attempt was a bust, however it didnt realize she was armed and took caution going around in a circle to scare Senente to the core till a good strike was near. She was in sheer panic screaming for help as the lion tried to take chances only to have her miss by inches. Raiku could heared the echoes and knew from a hunch in his mind that it had to have been the mountain lion that was stalking around the ranch trying to get at a weak or sick herd animal, but decided to move down the hill towards the village where people woud be around, he wasnt going to wait any longer as he sprint out the door armed himself pinpointing the sound till Senente's screams were not too far from his face and the tannish fur patched were in veiw.

"I've seen you by the ranch...stay away from her right now!!!!!!! go away and dont come back."

He tries to yell even growling back hoping to interrigate it making it work. The mpuntain lion lunged on him but he was much more quick as they wrestled on the ground claws meeting blades as Senente watched in terror not sure who would come out with the victory.
