Noooooo! My first disc of Outlaw Star has a scratch on it! It's not as bad on my 360 as my laptop but there was still a tiny hitch!

Well that'd make for an interesting story. Everyone ends up dieing, the Earth gets enslaved but they come back to face them!

Green don't worry, The only ones dying are in Central City, But you denied my little idea I had, Cause I was gonna have a little set up planned for the next bit of it.
Cause you said, Wing it if needed be, I was going to do that, I really was, But for a price, but for now, central City should fall, They should be dead by now in my eyes, The Explosion Waves should be strong enough to kill everyone, guess they follow like me, dodging it all.

Good, Then listen here people, You all better die your sorry rea ends in Central City for me now, Stage 2 of my Sl is going in to effect.
When you all die, You will I repeat, You will not post in the Other World, You will wait for my post in a certain location, You will learn to like that post, cause it will benefit you all good like. Cause your gonna have to obey it. So hurry and Die already so I can go into stage 2 of this SL then.

So pretty much stage one was 'Namekians come and wreck some s**t' and our characters had no chance from the start from actually succeeding. Because as you stated 'the first attack' should have killed them all.

Trust me on this, YES, the first attack was more like a grouping it all. The rest was to weaken and knock you all out. But that did not work. So you all, either need to die, or get knocked out. Cause this is going to make it harder on here out for the others you got to fight. Trust me, I am making this easy on my part since I want to piss off one dude.
