Moonstone whipped a bit of seaweed off his cheek with a finger. "Hmmm."
"Sorry? For what?" He lifted a brow, studying the girls face. Then he shrugged and went back to the book. "You look like someone I know, and I'll figure it out. When I do, I'll find you and let you know."
Then back to his book. "Missing something? That's a tough one. Are you missing soemthing physically, or internally? Dreams are so difficult sometimes."

Rusty had dunked and evaded the seaweed coffee mixture so he was clean. He raised his head and looked up at Moonstone. "Well.. it's mostly internally but a bit physically too. Dreams aren't only difficult... they're confusing."
He scratched the bit of extra fur he called hair. "I guess... I always felt like there was an unfilled hole in my life... since I never knew my parents." He paused. "But lately it's been stronger. Ever since I heard about the mage, ever since I came to this place."

"Moonstone!!" They called together.

"GAH!" Delaney winced and covered her ears her hat falling off in the process. They just had to not listen and bark. Well I guess that was what kids did all the time. Even though she was raised away from society she knew quite alot about things one would learn through life experiences.
Rusty's ears twitched as the barking began but soon the fell falt to the side of his head and he started wincing. In a quick movement he wrapped his hands around his ears to muffle the sounds.

Fin rose slowly from his cot, and rubbed across where his injury had been. "Corellon be praised." He said in a sincere voice that not many local Labyrinthean elves could do. "Ok, Let us see if the next Chromatic will take us there."
The pair of elves got ready, and left the small 'inn'. Waiting for them in the grand entrance hall was a single Chromatic, the green one. He was holding two sets of armour with fin-helms. "You must wear these. They will protect you from the hazards of deep sea diving. The helmets will let you breath under water, the mail will let you move as freely under water as you do in the air."
Fin smiled, he was hoping he could borrow some armour anyways. He looked at Leaf and nodded. IN a moment, he was decked out in his 'fishy' armour. It was covered with many water motiffs, moslty fin-like patterns in the joints with small and very decorative protrusions. It made him look like waht he pictured an Aquatic-Elf to be (as he only knew of them in stories of old). The Green one snorted, "I want the armour back after you get what you need to get." He stretched out his arms, and grew about a thousand times his human size, his neck elongating and a tail creeping out behind him. His wings looked like they were very acustom to travel under water, and he had a frill that acted like a dorsal fin along his spine. He gripped the two adventurers and took flight.

Surprised by the fit of very loud barking, Kora choked on her coffee. She started coughing, trying to clear her throat... and in the process, her hat shifted, exposing her pointy ears.
Once she recovered, her ears perked and twiched at the barking. Forgetting her insecurities, Kora swiftly jumped up onto her feet and turned her head to the sound.
"Sounds like Mischeif!" She grinned

Moonstone smiled and set his fake glasses down on the table. "Well, I think you may have answered your own question, Rusty. Perhaps you just needed soemoen to bounce ideas off of." Then barking noises happened and everyone seemed to get very tense.
Her perked an ear. "Mischiefe indeed. It would seem I have more company, too bad I am ill suited for it." Her pardoned himself and went to his door, where he saw the familiar pups and....dear lord it was a female.
Moonstone blinked, his fury face blushing. Like Piper had always said, a blush on a fury faced animal was strange, but cute. He spoke to the pup, but couldn't help staring at the woman. "Hello, Pups. Who is your friend?" asked for a second time that day.
Leaf donned the armor and sighed softly. She had been hoping she would be able to swim in her leathers and get a good bath. She wasn't sure if she liked all the little protrusions, and hoped they would not catch.
Soon, the green Chromatic had brought them to the water temple, and just like before he rufused to enter, and Leaf and Fin were left to go it alone. Leaf had left most of her weapons back at the Chromatic's temple and carried now only a few daggers and stars, things that would not rust in the water or fall apart or become damaged from the element.
This time, there was no building set ontop of the ground. Instead, they had been set infront of an eleborately devorated well. Leaning inside, she could see the black shimmering surface of water. Reaching into her pocket, she pulled out two glass vails on chains. The vials were full of glowing mosses to give them light.
"You are of an adventurous spirit, Fin. Do you like the water, dark unknown?" Said without ewven a hint of humor.

"I care not for the dangers that lay between myself and my goal. I will not faulter nor shall I diverge my path." He smiled and accepted one of the vials of moss. "Let us hope that our journey be swift and less perilous than we anticipate."
He dove into the water, and was truly amzaed at how well the armour worked. He could move around the water with the ease of a fish. He really felt like his name at that moment. A few moments of playful getting used to the armour and the loss of physics preceeded his finding of an opening, much like a door to a sacred shrine. The temple looked similar to the other one, but this time it appeared to have many reliefs and frezes that created the image of a great sea battle between the merfolk and the strange fish like creatures. Fin could not tell who won the battle. After a moment, he entered the building. He drew his sword to make sure it was ok, and that it was. He replaced it on his belt and knew that his 'father' woudl be upset with him.
The entrance of the cave opened into a large court yard like area. The central pilliar seemed to be attached to the cieling and not to the ground. THe colinade around the centre was seperated into different floors. Fin could see that there were four levels, and each one seemed to have a different floor plan. He waited to see what Leaf thought before continuing onwards.

SPLASH! Zahara shook her head and wiped her face with the fabric of her glove. "Zykariel..." she shook her head at his impish smile. Silly boy that he was, he wasn't likely to go back down for reverie until his father was back in the house unless she wore the boy down. Thus, after convincing the boy to help her make cookies, which had taken a lot for some reason, she had surveyed his messy tunic and ordered him into the bath. Sevilin had intended to give him one anyway and she assumed it hadn't happened since she'd been scooped up no less than ten minutes later and..well that wasn't something that needed to be thought about right now. "Make sure you wash every part of yourself. If you don't, I'll have to come in and do it for you."

Onyx grinned lightly.
"I know a lot of useful things, if someone wants to learn. tracking, hunting, weapon making...skinning, trapping, even a little outdoor cooking. Is there anythig you might want to learn?"
Sitting down by the fire, that had gotten rather large and set shadows to the walls of stone and earth.

Warathion only smiled and spend what seemed like twenty of thirty minutes reading the paper, though in reality, he was merely making it look that way. Using a slight bit of magic, Warathion signed his name, by burning it unto the paper. Cahan raised an eyebrow at this, knowing that something so showy could possibly come back and hurt there cause. "There you ice fool, I have signed, this is a stupid way to conquer, it is the way of cowards, the way of elve lovers." he hissed in Cahan's mind. While to Malik he spoke again as the elf. "Though I would want nothing more then to speak of our alliance long into the night, Malik, I fear, that at this late an hour, I must retire for my weary bones need rest." he said, and with a single movement he made his way out into the world. The whole affair was extremely anti-climatic.
Cahan could not hide the growl that was on his lips as the Kuro spoke. "I swear to you, Kuro, I shall freeze the blood in your veins, if you continue down this path.

"Indeed." Leaf dove in after Fin had swam a safe distance from the surface. She did not take much time getting used to the armour, and did no fun play as Fin had done. She could breathe, and that was rather nice. She could swim, and that was rather freeing. It was much like she expected it would be to fly. She drew her sailors dirk from her thigh and held it tight as she swam like a merperson.
She stayed close to Fin because they only had a sufficiant amount of light, had circumstances been different she might have taken the time to investigate. She looked down on the four floor architecture and could not really unsderstand why it would be made such. She merely shrugged as she swam down to get a closer look.
All she could really see as threatening was the current. It pulled at her more and more the closer she got to the floor.
Meilikki, Tara-kun on her hip (although he was almost too big for such a thing, soon she would not be able to hold him like this), stirred something some vile smelling potion in one of her many culdrons. She did this often when the child was not feeling his best, made him a drink that would help settle his nerves (mostly from the heat and the sugar) and tasted much like hot chocolate would, though it smelled like hot codliver oil. She didn't beleive it was the drink that calmed him. but more the concious time she put in to making Tara feel better. She set him down, and gave him a mug of the drink.
She smiled and ran a hand through his hair. "Feeling a bit better, Tara?" Gentle and soft as she would ever be.
Aella rinkled her nose. "Hunting, trapping, skinning? I don't think so." It all seemed rather gorey and unncesesary to her. She sat down as well and enjoyed the nice feeling of the heat. "I'm not really interested in tht kind of stuff. And...I don't tihnk I could skin an animal." She shrugged. "But...I guess tracking would be kind of nice."

Sevilin merely watched the whole affair with little to no enthusiasm. After all, he had his own things to say to Malik when the two left and he did intend to get his words across. Vital things and what not. So then, as the two left he turned his gaze to Malik. A smirk. "Elves needing such rest yet having the energy to blip out, what next?" Yes he liked to make his snide comments from time to time...made his day pass and hey he was in a bad mood already. Sometimes it wasn't fun being Malik's varitable right hand.
Piper merely shook her head as Arthur left, making her way back to her room to continue on in that pulling out of various articles and items and so on and so forth. Damn Malik...had trained her into planning things.

Malik let the papers, rest on his desk, before a little runing and made a copy. numb fingers.
"Have one copy delivered to the chieftan of the penninsula...and then we'll see how it goes. But for now I think we can all use some rest."
though his look to Sevilin said 'we're talking when they leave'. Which when they did..Malik turned in his chair fully to Sevilin.
"Go ahead. enlighten me to what you've noticed."
Onyx grinned lightly.
"Tracking is fun...let me get my things."
and he got up and picked out a buch of things, mostly a bag of feet. and took out a deer hoof, a wolf foot, a snakskin, spider legs, and a few varieties of lizard feet.
"first, we'll show you the footprints and movement prints of the various life."
using the wolf first, then making a print on the dirt ground for her to see each one in turn, and a slither motion for the snakeskin.
"these are the general markings of these animals in the underdark. can you name any by these prints?"

Cahan had made his way out of the fortress silently, without bothering to speak to Malik or Sevilin much. Cahan knew that Sevilin was eager to speak with the other, and was more then happy to obligue. His mind thought ran towards the fire lord. "We need to talk, young one. he mindspoke.
Kuro's answer was rigid and formal. "Yes, we do, come find if you wish.
Cahan disappeared into the night, out to find the other.
