He's supposed to be very out of place in an age of high technology.
He likes things simple.
And yes, he's supposed to be somewhat funny.
Though Hobbit wasnt quite what I was shooting for.

What is a barved vrelt anyway?
a barve is a multi legged domesticated animal, used for many things, such as eating and draft work.
Barve however in galactic slang means b*****d.
So what you're saying comes out like b*****d Rat.

Try Vrelt Barve.
More than once Ive heard people being called Rat basterds, but never b*****d rats.
