Yuri blinked as the wolf began to gnaw at the stick, wondering what he was doing for a moment. Did he want him to take the stick away from him? Extending his cloak towards the wolf once more, the end of the fabric took the shape of an outstretched hand, as though asking for the stick back. Of course, the wolf might decide he wanted to hang onto the stick, in which case his actions were pointless....

*Finally Eecheb fell into view, and the wolf wasn't to far ahead. The sight of the wolf infront of him rather than behind was a bit of a shock, but it was lying down, so it was a slight godsend. The guy from before that made the fire was also there, with some weird moving cloak. The thing reminded the boy of Slayer's cape, but now wasn't the time to think about that! Eecheb finally started to slow once he was about fifteen feet from the doors. A few hops up the stairs and a slight mad rush to get inside, and Eecheb was home free. The boy peered out from behind the tinted glass doors. At least now the wolf couldn't see the boy, and wasn't going to be getting into the tower again... well that and it was too big to get anywhere in the tower anymore. Eechab was finally avle to catch his breath again*

((would play more fetch but I am falling asleep and have to be at work in 5 hours.....))

*The wolf didn't hand the stick over readily, having alittle more fun gnawing at it. Later, the wolf would probably want to play, but for now he was content to sit and see how long he could go without actually breaking the stick.*

((K))

Yuri sighed softly as the wolf refused to hand over the stick at the moment, busy gnawing away at it. Yuri paused for a moment before taking a seat on the ground as he watched the wolf, cloak still all around him as he sat there. He wondered how long the wolf would take before he was done playing with the stick, having nothing better to do at the moment than wait...

High above the Citadel, a storm rolls in.

Below the storm, Basaran flicked back and forth through the sky, soaking up lightning strikes and playing merry havoc with the air currents the clouds were riding on. His secure line chimes, and Bas falls into a straight pattern for a moment to ingest the new order.

A clap of thunder echoes below without the accompanying lightning strike.

Rain pelted Tegral's form as he started into the forest, annoyance floating at the forefront of his recently awakened emotions. A message was relayed to KB, a short and to the point. "I'm returning to the Cradle." With water dripping from the hairs dangling into his face he made a B-line for the shuttle he had touched down nearby, a device coated in a blanket of snow. His package arrived, and Rookin had other duties than sitting up in the Cradle ontop of a box with no idea of what he was carrying.

SARAH lept ahead of him, faster than thought, to the hidden space craft. Generators activated, computer navigation and defensive systems comeing online. Life support filling the sleek craft full of thick smelling ozone while engines screetched to life. By the time Tegral, rain soddened at the moment, arrived at the now active shuttle everything was prepped to launch. Of course this puny little device lacked the needed power to pull away from the planet's gravity pull, hence the Grave was his first destination. But first...A message.

All was in order, and the overlord smirked to himself.

Let the games begin.

A blue streak could suddenly be seen in the sky, glowing brighter and brighter by the moment before suddenly streaking out across the sky in a brilliant arc. The small white vessel had become encompassed by blue flames as it made its approach to the citadel, scanners sensing a barrier around the complex which was currently impenetrable by the small craft. But that was all right, as the sensors had also picked up on a life sign outside of the citadel, standing calmly by himself and observing his surroundings. In a burst of engine power the vessel would come to an almost immediate halt near KB's positon, the blue flames now trailing off in wisps as the hull rapidly dissipated the surrounding heat. A comm link was opened up towards the figure and broadcast on a multitude of frequencies, all sending the same message. "Are you KB?" The vessel would hover there momentarily as it awaited a response...

"Who's asking?" KB answered via one of the frequencies, casually casting his gaze up to the craft. The question was purely a figure of speech, as KB had no fear of disclosing his identity. He was well aware of the craft having passed through his space and its entry into the planet's atmosphere, much less the communications between his station and the vessel now at hand.

He was of course KB, as could clearly be indicated by the little file that had non-chalantly slid its way across via transmission. It was a simple attachment, a high-res picture of KB close-up winking, with a thumbs up clearly before him. All and all he seemed rather happy to show off the picture of him and his grin.

Of course there were slight differences, such as KB's current lack of eyewear and the fact that he was in military gear befitting his forces. The single crimson teardrop on the right shoulder with crossed swords behind it were a sign of that. It seemed KB's usual dress didn't suit the occasion, and so for once he'd taken to clothing himself fully.

The figure inside of the vessel would sigh as the attachment blipped to life on his screen, staring at it for a moment before looking back down at KB once more. Having gotten his response, the figure smacked several keys on the panel, indicating the craft to land, which it did. Slowly descending, almost lazily, it came to settle a few feet away from KB, still smoking lightly from the built up heat. As the figure inside waited for the temperature to drop to tolerable levels, he responded via the same frequency, "This is Ridith mk. 2. Commander of the fleet which now orbits one of your systems' worlds. I figured as long as I am facing of against one of your installations, I might as well introduce myself." The response was calm and composed, as the figure noted it would only be a minute longer before it would be within safe parameters to exit the craft...

Orias glared at KB through the barrier as he was shown the images of the person telepathically. He didn't quite get what KB was getting at.

"What the hell do you want with him? It'd be no easy task, I assure you."
