Got it, no touching Sharingan until level 15.
Although, I don't know any jutsu other than the basic.
Uhm, could I possibly...create a custom jutsu now of katon element, then upgrade that?
Confused now.
Since I'm level 3, the jutsu I can do are...low.

Yes, you can. You can create both a level 5 and level 10 jutsu of any element you choose. Though if you have an affinity with Fire then that would be the best choice.
And lol, yes you are level 3 so of course the jutsus available for your customs will be low as well. Frankly you are just barely above an Academy Student as such are tragically weak. I'm level 53 in return and I run around in the mid 100s for my jutsus (if I focused into my intelligence stat more I would be in the 200s)

Ah, hell. I don't want any customs then.
I want to focus on genjutsu and bloodline jutsu.
So, in that regards, I suppose I'll just keep amping my intelligence with every level.

Hehehe, well your level 5 and 10 will still be there even if you dont use it but hell it's good that you don't. One day you will appreciate their value a hell of a lot more then you do now and will want them more then ever.
Heh, be careful with that~ If you ignore your Will Power you will find yourself in a lot of bad binds.

Oh no, I wouldn't ignore my willpower. Genjutsu was going to my advanced specialty. Don't want to get caught in one just as much as I want to catch others in one.
xD
But eh, maybe I'll want them more than ever in the future. Other than that, the jutsu I want to upgrade are too high of a level for me. So I'll stick to leveling my bloodline when I get the right intelligence.

In other news, System is owning the recruitment event, and I love him for it. Keep up the good work System, just got two new join request with your name on it. ( I will make a note of this in the recruitment thread shortly. If I dont throw a shoe at me and I will remember to do so.)
In the mean time I go back to working on my new profile which is sure to fill me with nostalgia.
