The door was answered by a heavily armed and armored man. He looked out through a small crack. "Front door hours are over mame, if you need to book an audience with the Oracle, which won't happen anyway, you'll need to come back tomorrow." He wasn't being rude about it, just doing his job.
Alle raised an eyebrow. "What? When have I ever had to start a fire? It's not like I'm a woodsman or something."

three pairs of eyes tried to peek byond the large man.
"Hey who's there?"
"Do they want to play?"

Arthur snapped his fingers and had a looks of diapointment on his face, he really did not want Isle to leave really, she was growing on him and he found her to be really atractive. "Darn that sucks really, I wish you could stay but oh well when the mother land call one must heed to it." He said with a small nod as he continued to eat, he savoured every bite he took which was followed but some wine. "Well I say your mother is a great cook, when you see her again tell her I say "Thanks for teaching your daughter your wonderful cooking skills." So I'll just log it in my mind yto use wine more often when I cook now." A light chuckle was heard from him and he went back to finsihing his food, once he was done he pushed the plate aside and leaned back in his chair. "That was great..." He muttered and sighed happily, though when Isle had asked him something he stared at her for a moment before asking. "Yeah I am, not the best but I am a swordsman why?" Now why would she want to know about that?

"My mother will be pleased to hear that." Another little melodic laugh on her part before she too pushed her plate away, setting her silverware on top of it as she did so, wiping her hands off even if they didn't need to be ont he napkin on the table. And thus her eyes turned up to Galesen once more. "Well, us that use swords usually do find common ground and competition in our swordsmanship, do we not?" A small shrug at that though before she continued. "Though by the hilt of your own sword, I couldn't quite tell what kind, nor by the length...I don't think I've seen one like it before."

Delaney sighed inside. She should of known, these things always happened to her. It was as if her life was set on slow motion which meant she was always late or missed events. She ignored the voices comming from behind the large man and went straight to the point.
"I'm terribly sorry for disturbing you. I am from out of town and did not know that visiting hours were over. I have came for one purpose only. I am looking for someone and I heard that he was last seen here."
She stopped for a short breath. "I know not of his name but only his appearance. He's a feline like me, except he looks much poorer and he has fur of a rust color."
Delaney knew of the appearance of the one she was looking for only from a description someone else gave her.

"Everyone should know how to start an dhandle a fire. it is a primal force, one that can give warmth and life, or angongizing pain, suffocation and death. and you haven't started a fire here in a fireplace? oh we have to fix this. that's just sad."
though he finished renforcing her shinguard, and was already working on teh other one, which he had rumaged to get while talking.
"Basic tracking should be a skill to learn as well. better to at least kow the tracks and spore of a dangerous animal than not."

The large man looked at the eyes. "Hey you pups, I can't just let anyone in here you know." He pushed them back inside so that they weren't peakinga roudn the door. "Behave."
He looked back, dipping his ehad in appology. "Well mame, there a few of the feline type around here, but a rusty type did just leave a few hours ago, I believe they headed for the clinic, but I can't be all too certain."
She crossed her arms. "It's not sad, it's just never come up." Felt a bit stung by that.
"Tracking?" She couldn't see herself in a situation where it would be needed. "I'm a messanger slash free lance sometimes protector. Not a hunter."

Zell hopped up and dangled from a shoulder. "Dude...ette, Boss met i'm, talked 'm he did he did."
From begind a large pay came into view and dragged zell down. a lou dbang was hed followed by: "Ow wddya do thgat for?"
"What are you talking like that? Usuratonkachi."
Someone peeked from between the man's legs. "I believe his name is "Rusty", does that help at all mam?"

Arthur smiled lightly when he heard Isle's melodic laugh, it was just so pleasing on his ears and it would always stay with him and he would never forget it even if he never had the memory of an elf. But the one thing he wanted to do right now was relax and maybe slip off into reverie for a little while, that food was just great! But when Isle explained to him the meaning of her question he focused his attention on the elf with a slight nod. "Well sorry bout that no one rally has ever asked me about my weapon so it's different to hear someone actually wanting to know what it is." So he reached down at his katana which he still had it hooked to his side and took it off bringing it up and laying it on the table for Isle to see. "It's a katana that belong to my human family, when I was old enough they gave it to me so I could never forget them and to sort of carry on the family name and ways. The blade I have on now is made of mythril at Malik's request, the one made by my adoptive family has been placed in a case and is tucked away in my bedroom back at my hose, on the blade there is a wolf carved running across a field at night with a full moon. At the bottom like one the blade I have now and the scabbard is the symbol of my family, a snowflake." It was all Arthur really need and was happy to have it, plus he could charge his own magic to the blade which would make it a better weapon too; though he had a feeling Isle's maybe better but he didn’t mind.

Delaney almost felt like dropping to the floor. Yet again she has justed missed the guy.
"Rusty type? That must be the one I am searching for. Just left uh? I see."
She took a few seconds to ponder and then bowed her head as she watched the shenanigans preformed by whomever were behind the the large one. "Rusty is his name? ... Lame name." Realizing what she had just said she beated herself internally for saying something of the likes infront of someone as well mannered as the man behind the door.
"This clinic, does it have a name?"As she awaited for an answer she straighten out her hat that was about to fall off.

Onyx finished in quick fashion her other shinguard, and looked over at her.
"You never had to light a fire here? nto even in your room for warmth? or to cook? and tracking always good for a messenger. if the party you are going to leave where you were sent, then you can track them down. if there is dangerous wildlife in the area, you can know about it so to avoid it. there's more uses to these skills than hunting alone."
A feline grin.
"Much like your staff, yes? it's a potent weapon, but has far more uses than simply beating someone with."

Atreyu merely cocked an eyebrow at Malik's comment. "I am no ones mouth piece sir, I have giving you no reason to disrespect me, though we are under your employment through no will of our own, I do implore you to extend the same respect which we give you upon us. As far as this grievous errors of which you speak. Like you Sir I have just arrived and nothing of them. Atreyu words were quick and to the point, blunt in at times.

"though that is of course if they notice it. the real way to drive the Purians down is through thier chieftan, or his son. but I think his son may be a bit even beyond your powers. he his, for all appearance, the avatar to the Earth Father."

The man shurgged. "It's 'Kat' something. I'm unsure to it's proper name. I'ts almost directly in the middle fo the city though, hard to miss." He pointed down the street." the man turned to the kids pocking around his person. "hey hey hey, I said behave! I am informing this lady here where to go, mind your manners."
He turned back. "Pardon. Down the street, turn right at Brick Street, left and Diamond Street, You should be able to see it from there."
"No. The hired help alwyas does that stuff. Meilikki hires them to do that, and they kinda get mad at me if I try to do it on my own." A sheepish smile.
Allea looked over at her staff. "I suppose so."

Mik, Zell and Zachadia peeked at the stranger.
"We could take you there."
"Perhaps we could play a game on the way?" Zell recieved another slap on the head by mik.
"fool we have already been seen. You must follow the rules." Mik looked to the girl. "His brain is not fully functioanl." Mik got a glare from Zell. "So please disregard him. We have not seen the vah and the rusty one for soem time. we could escort you there."
he smiled proudly and turned to his mates. "Man that was good. This gentleman thing Roarke mentioned is cool."
