And I think you can't carol between 12am - 12pm (or vice versa, I don't remember).
I have 2 presents so far, I'm going town by town.

I missed it, when it started, mainly because my stupid brothers were in the PC, and I couldn't get online.
I lost one amazing oportunity. I only have one present. gonk

You can only carol from noon 'till evening, and to do it, there's a button in the right hand side of the sceen in the stores that says "Sing a Carol", or something like that, and you click it. After caroling to 5 different NPCs you get a present. Each NPC gives you a different present, so what you have to do to get all the presents is make sure that you 5th NPC you carol to is the one you want to sing to. Only problem is that it takes 10 minutes to be able to sing between NPCs.
