The last technique of the clan is actually this. Does this one do something different than what the one from the clan does? Don't want you to waste a custom if you don't have to.

It was my understanding that the heart jutsu only applies the weird body/heart creations. I was looking for something more along the lines creating a jutsu that does the same/similar things for myself specifically. Like if I wanted to be a sphinx with six arms.


Theoretically speaking, this is possible with that technique, you'd just use the technique upon yourself to restructure the threads. If it's mainly for aesthetics, I would just learn that technique, so it doesn't take up slots for you.

Then what is the line between aesthetics and functionality? Like if I used the already bloodline jutsu to create longer arms isn't that more than aesthetics?

I would like to be able to use any excess appendages that I create. Like for casting jutsu, running my chakra through via my trait, and any normal function they would provided naturally. Such as hooked claws for climbing, tails for balance, etc.

Going above fifty grants him a higher state of inebriation and affects his output. Drinking sake increases his meter by 5%. Recreational drugs increase the bar by 10% and increase sake's influence by 5% if used during the consumption of drugs.
At 70% complex taijustu/bukijutsu techniques used against Chet become simple.

At 80% Chet's chakra signature becomes unstable and hard to follow for those of his rank and a nuisance for those one rank above him.

At 90% Chet can manipulate his own blood.

At 100% Bloodline techniques all decrease one rank in cost excluding S rank techs.

While they aren't meant to do physical damage they will cause burning in the eyes and the impact will throw the enemy off balance. A barrage of twelve will definitely knock the opponent to the ground.

Taijutsu techniques apply direct contact stacks and so will afflict the enemy with 2 stacks. Using a technique that applies contact several times applies a stack for each of the times he connects a punch, kick, bite, etc.
Ninjutsu techniques become diluted and apply one stack per jutsu.
At 5 stacks the enemy will begin to feel the effects of the alcohol in their system, but will not be impaired. At 10 stacks the enemy will begin to feel disorientation and nausea. At 15 the enemy will have no control over themselves anymore. At 20 the enemy will suffer the full on effects of alcohol poisoning.

Sorry to Keep you waiting. Your technique is under review. To move the process along at minimum we will need to know how far you are wanting the reach of your insight rain to reach. Quote me when you have it set please.

Don't have much of an issue with null star seeking orbs

Party : first I need clarification on this. Your chakra is altered so i think this would require at the very least hits using complex techniques.

Secondly, all the listed effects need 5 addition posts on their trigger time. This isn't me being unreasonable; alcohol has a section in our poison hazard lis tings starting to effect a person at 10 posts of continious contact.

Contact high: unfortunately this will need a lays Exertion per post to remain active. Give me a minimum chakra/stamina output for it to take effect and a range on this aura. I need to check my Suiken but this may also already exist

Edit so that it shows complex taijutsu as the introduction method.

The EFFECTS would need five more posts of contact before they began. Though I may need a second opinion about full on poisoning.

Contact high: the way I read it was that it manifested when you're using chakra and stamina, ie sweating from exertion. I need a threshold pet turn for it to be active. It won't cost extra, but will have a qualifier. Range is fine

Thought I'd reword Doraihyouton since the previous wording was gross and really really damn vague.

The jutsu works on a chakra pool, turning any hyouton techinque used while the pool is active in to Dry ice in stead of Water ice. How big this pool is depends on how much chakra the user puts in to the technique; ei, if someone were to put a B-rank's worth of chakra in to the technique it would create a Doraihyouton pool of 40 chakra, and this applies to every rank amount. Pools cannot stack, and once the current pool has run out, the user must wait [2] posts to create another. The main differences between Dry Ice and Water Ice come in pros and cons: the pros are that carbon dioxide sublimates at −109.3 °F making dry ice much colder than water ice, dry ice sublimes in to carbon dioxide instead of water leaving various effects, and it is more readily available to make than Water Ice.
