*It would likely be a minute or so before the heat really sunk in, after which it would finally register with Eecheb. Spotting the fire, Eecheb hop to a standing position again and quickly find himself only a short distance from the fire, still slightly huddled to keep warm. His wings were half extended, catching what heat they could and keeping it around the boy to warm him up more quickly. It reminded the boy that his mother still had a lighter that had been given to him by Orias. That demon would love this weather, well, considering he was an ice demon. Eecheb would crouch instead of sitting, that would be fine for now. Once he got his fill of the fire though, he'd still have to face the cold in order to get back to the tower*

Yuri would smile slightly as the boy went about warming himself with the fire, leaving Yuri to contemplate what it was he should do next. He still had to get the boy back to the tower, but by the way he was warming himself it would be some time before he would get the chance to head off. Sighing softly, he reached into his jacket's pocket and pulled out a small metal lighter, flicking it on and and off repetetively as he waiting, letting his eyes boredly focus on the tiny flame as it appeared and vanished, appeared and vanished....

*Eecheb would be exstatic once Nana finally moved on to teaching them elemental spells. In weather like this, being able to cast his own fire spell would be much appriciated. Water droplettes would form and sizzle as they gainned mass and dropped down into the fire. It wouldn't bug Eecheb much since his wings were covering his head. The water would just roll down the boy's feathers and reach the ground. It was warm enough that it wouldn't freeze, so Eecheb wouldn't have to worry about being stuck in place. The boy would try to ignore Yuri for the moment, playing with his lighter. It only reminded him more of his own-- the one he couldn't have until he was responsible enough. Only a few more minutes.... then Eecheb would be ok again*

After a while Yuri would eventually get bored of the lighter, shutting it off and pocketing it agan, sighing out of boredom. Refusing to let himself give into his boredom he started listing through all of the different spell words for his various spells, visualizing the energy flow and the various seals he had learned. As he recited them mentally, he also allowed himself rub the back of his neck absentmindedly, trying to kep his body from falling asleep on him while he sat on the cold pile....

"An angelic dog whistle eh?" Tegral chuckled as the snow beneith his feet melted to a pool of water, evaporating into a plume of steam. Orange and blue flames, dancing and twirling in the palm of his hand with more vibrance than any normal fire could produce, it's light an errie glow where fire might be considered an illuminating radiance. "I've had limited experimentation with angels; they're rather touchy about letting me, you know, cut them open. But I think I could work something together. I actually had a redesign for the sonic cannon similar to that. Passive mode, you understand. High pitched screeching to disable a foe, I suppose I could heighten the sound wave's frequency, dirrect it, and use some of your telepathic waves as a basing point to find Mastema and his spawn."
The plasma cannon in Tegral's right arm had been redisgned, along with every other part of him. Instead of the need to refigure his body to allow combat capability he had refigured his power output design to allow his passive body to be fueled by the plasma generator, particularly his right arm. The pores of his palm opened, as irises, allowing the free flowing form of plasma energy, constricted and ionized to a lethal point of destruction. Radiation poured forth, like the waves of the ocean crashing against anything in the immediate area. Tegral was mechanically born, his flesh - though biological - was immune to things like mutation from radiation or disease, so he had no fear of the twisted effects the radiation would have on his body, nor did he care of it's effect on KB or that annoying bot who was the actual target of his cannon.
The data Kah had just fed him was of no use, strange at that. The dojo was rebuilt, albeit differently than before. It now had, instead of one three story building, several smaller structures encompased by a sizeable wall ment to keep out pathedic human forces with no tact for sizeable weapondry. Pah, no matters. Kah and her counter parts were in position, that was good coupled with the latest news from the Nahil's superb training run. What else? Rookin was enroute, an annoyance seeing as how he was suppose to be here before Kah was even activated! No, but it wasn't his fault, he was sure. Akvians do not like Federal fleets flying through their space, likely a skirmish broke out to delay Rookin's arrival. No matters, everything was near going to plan. As soon as Rookin arrives, injects the prototype Angel Forge into Kah's arsenal everything will be ready.
~Tegral are you sure it's wise to give such an unstable being a weapon of that magnitude?~ SARAH chimed into Tegral's thought pattern. With the disolution of hardware mechanics as Tegral's primary base of existance, a bioengineered suit of organic matter now serveing, SARAH had been less and less available to serve. So this little pip of inquiry was quite startling for Tegral. "I'm sure it's fine," Tegral responded without words, seeing as how SARAH could literally read the brain signals before they arrived at their destination, "The weapon will only work hooked to her kind, therefore she's the only logical one to wield it. Besides, if worse comes to worse I've designed a shut off switch. No worries."
~But Tegral?~ "No buts, everything's fine." End of conversation as SARAH returned to her tasks of prototype designs, fun.

"Poor poor tin can."
Basaran disappears from next to KB and reappears next to Tegral. He slows down to stalk around behind the other mech, moving with his arms and hopping his legs to check up with them.
"Poor poor being of limited intelligence. Always assuming that your power makes you superior. Your pathetic cognitive ability doesn't seem to realize that in the time you get one shot off on me, I'll have volley'd over a hundred from dozens of different angles. Not to mention that your one shot will miss, horribly."
Its head rotates to include KB in its optic strip again.
"I truly don't know why the skinbag keeps such a worthless outdated rustbucket around anymore. I'm sure your... weaponry... makes you quite adept at... something. What ARE you good for? I mean, besides the little fact that you've been awake long enough to establish some fancy toys that are really nothing but a pitiful attempt at compensating for your utter uselessness."

Otaku ends up near the mountains of the citadel with his cart and Scarlet's wings perk slightly. "There is something big going on I think..." Otaku nods "hmm... let's find out." His ears twitch slightly and he kind of listens to the wind and he gathers some information. "well I don't know what exactly is going on... but as long as we avoid the two people fighting I'm sure I could blend in." Scarlet laughs slightly "Those strange clothes will probably surprise them." Otaku nods "I hope I don't get into a fight... I don't want anymore needless bloodshed." suddenly a jarring jolt knocks otaku into the snow ahead and scarlet kind of tumbles into the back. Otaku notices what he hit and he sighs. "oh man..." He goes to move the mstreious object and he notices that it's an trunk probably carelessly discarded from a pilgrimage or something. "well I think I found some clothes" Otaku goes over to the trunk and tries to lfit it but he ends up falling back into the snow. Frustrated he kicks it slightly and he hears ice cracking. "oh... so that's the problem." Otaku chips away the ice carefully and he throws the trunk into the back of the cart and moves on his way. he climbs back into the cart and he looks at scarlet. "Are you okay?" Scarlet nods and otaku smiles "that's good..." After a while they goback down the other side of te mountain and end up in a forest. "forest.... what's up with this world and forests?" They kind of bump up and down and the finally reach the clearing and otaku stops the cart and stares. "wow this place is just like celestia!!! such a beautiful place." Scarlet laughs her crimson hair kind of falls back as she places her head back and she looks at otaku with her crimson eyes. "it's your first time here so it isn't any surprise..." Otaku starts moving the modified cart again and he is guided to the enterance to the citadel and he stops the cart and he steps out and scarlet follows after him. Otaku suddenly opens the doors and peeks inside "hello anybody here?" Otaku and scarlet enter the citadel and the door is quietly shut out of respect. Otaku and scarlet walk along the halls and reach a huge room and otaku takes a seat waiting for someone to notice he was in here with scarlet. "well scarlet you know this world better then I would... I don't even know why I'm here really." Scarlet hums happily and fools around with various objects playfully. otaku looks at her "hey don't do that... yu will make noise in here." She accidently drops some cups and it makes some clattering noises.

(( Otaku, leaving the forests edge should take you to a large I think golden, dome. This dome pretty much blocks all forms of entry. KB and his pals are trying to crack said dome so they can enter the Citadel city, likely to kill everyone in there, or maybe simply play around. Who knows? We're all yet to see what will happen when they do. So really Otaku and Scarlet would be stuck outside of the Citadel in the snow, lest they incur the wrath of being shot~ ))
KB would blink a couple of times, turning his attention away from the squabbling and towards some distant pair of figures. He smiled widely then, his sight easily falling over each and every detail as if he were right next to them. Hardly an achievement, but KB was still slightly giddy at the notion of adjustable sight. His smile stuck as he watched the two wander over towards the Citadel.
"Tegral, Basaran, hold your fire. We have something to inspect. Now don't go killing our new toys, with any luck these two creatures might have uses for all of us." His instructions set, KB really just ignored Basaran picking on Tegral. It was likely the droid wouldn't last much longer, as Tegral had a notoriously short temper and a matter of designing methods to remove even the most annoyingly evasive of foe.
For now, KB simply waited for Otaku and Scarlet to notice him and the others and walk over, the large crablike droid he stood on observing casually the events and chirping once and awhile.

((Okay the are out in the snow... not inside the citadel.))
Otaku hears something and his ears perk "hey scarlet... there's a person..." scarlet looks to otaku "Yeah it's probably an droid... we have those here you know?" Otaku sighs "oh man...you mean to tell me that there is a useless hunk of junk in the area?" scarlet sighs "yeah... they don't seem very friendly." Otaku sighs "man.... first stuck out here in the snow and now them?" Otaku digs in his back pack and he pulls out some strange vial. He drinks some of it and hands some to scarlet. "I don't know what effect this will have on you but it's something to increase your power if necessary..." Scarlet nods and drinks the subtance and she clutches her head slightly. Otaku looks at her and he sighs "Figures... I knew that formula would do that... it should go away soon." Otaku notices some parts from a wrecked mech and he nods. "intresting... these people still use these things?" He pulls off a weapon from the hand of the broken mech and he lifts it with both hands like it's a bag of dog food. "good sized gun... I wonder if it works..." He tosses it a few feet away and takes apart some panels. "wow... how did they operate this thing without an alchemic drive?" He manages t take apart the radio and he tinkers with it and suddenly he gets some static. "These...Two...creatures..." the rest fizzes out. "huh? are they planning on attacking?" he kind of punches the radio and the thing comes in clear and he hears alot of talking and he speaks into it. "I am of no threat... I'm just simply looking for medical assitance. Yo may haveheard the strange sonic boom two days ago followed by a strange light and a few minutes later an huge explosion. I'm lucky to have used the nanomachines to this extent but I need assitance for the girl is injured from an recent attack."

Radio, lost to the churning of a million voices, save only for the fact that the unit was dead. Normally KB wouldn't have noticed being a god and all that, but stuck in a droid shell the little blip sprang to life in his HUD.
"What the hell, H-47K9 why are you transmitting? Aren't you dead? Oh... Right. I see you now." KB chuckled as he glanced over at the pair tinkering with the dead bot. It amused him that they needed medical assistance, better yet that they were alive. "Medical assistance, I can give you that, if you'd like to wander over and let me patch you up." KB told him via the com, as he hopped off the drone he'd been standing on. Landing in the snow he chuckled and took the first steps away from his groupies and towards the injured pair.

((you can learn more about him and the girl in the universal thread room)) Otaku stares at the man his fox ears perk up. "hmm... I suppose this thousand year old relic is yours huh?" He looks over to scarlet "hey are you ok kid?" she nods slightly and her crimson red eyes nervously look at him as she hides behind otaku. Otaku looks at scarlet "hey don't worry... your only 8 years old..." He looks to the man "yeah this kid... she was nearly killed by robbers in the forest over the moutain range. Her parents were brutally murdered. I supposed I saved her when I crashed.... She's patched up pretty good but she needs a few stitches. I have a few burns from the explosion... and a messed up arm... I have been taking some stuff from my medkit... but the nanomachines are wearing off." Otaku's left arm is bandaged up pretty good he then looks at the man again. "I'm alright for a little bit I used to be in the military... but the girl needs some attention... it looks like someone tried to patch her up. But she is basically like an adopted kid now...what the hell are you people trying to accomplish? it looks like quite a mess around here... but when I approached it wasn't bad..." He sighs "I could help but I am basically an alien here..."

KB quirked a brow at the little girl, before his features pulled into a slight grin. Fanged, despite the lack of his vampirism in a mechanical form. Little girls were exactly what KB liked, in more than one disturbing way. "Well then, I'll see what I can do. As far as medical technology goes I'm afraid I don't hace much interest in saving people." He told him simply, before scratching the back of his head.
Tegral would have to deal with this one.

Otaku looks at scarlet and then he notices the man "scarlet step away from this man..." He stands in front of her "I'm not trying to be mean but you made me nervous the way you stared at her.... if you have someone you know that could help then I would appreciate it." Otaku keeps his hand on his hilt just in case and his right arm pulses slightly. He looks to scarlet slightly "just stay behind me okay?" Scarlet nods and otaku looks to the man "my instincts are telling me to kill you out of protection of the girl... but that's only because I'm injured as well.. I'm glad I have control of them but I would gladly appreciate an medical expert. But I apologize if I seem cautious suddenly but my instincts are quite high. I'm just glad I'm a halfbreed or you would have been like that mech over there...no offense to you. It would have been an accident really..."

"Sorry Teggie, no hard feelings yes?"
With that Basaran was gone. Only the slight glare of his thrusters left enough of an after-image to direct your attention skywards after him. Moments later he opens a comlink channel to KB.
"I'm in position above the landscape, they have no reinforcements and the Citadel remains silent. This does not seem to be a trap, but I will maintain observation and keep you abreast of the situation."
He pauses.
"And I could have sworn you just finished telling me you weren't a pathetic skinsack? Could you keep your God forsaken pants on at the very least entil we're not in an active combat zone? If you want, I'll let you use my processors to search for whatever filth you want when we return to the base."

Eecheb: Well.... bye, and thanks! (Or as Twilight put it ' kthxbai ' xd ) *It seemed a little sudden, but Eecheb had his fill of the fire. He wasn't cold anymore, so he should be able to run around for a little while more before he got back to the main tower again. At least he was polite when he thanked Yuri for making the fire, before he bolted out of the building, as he had done earlier from the gym. The boy had collected pleanty of warmth in his feathers, and kept them tight to his back so the heat wouldn't be lost. Yuri could follow him if he liked, or could head back to check on Tyrsais after all this time, his place of residence was still in the east*
