*Alex tried hard not to grimace. Crap. He did something with this guy's sister, apparently. Not that he had any clue what exactly IT was that he did or WHO exactly the dude's sister WAS, but still... He nodded*
No, no, no. No harm done at all, I assure you. In fact, I should probably apologize for any impropriety that may or may not have been suggested. I do have a bit of a... reputation, but I assure you that its quite exaggerated. I even have a girlfriend, you know. I'm certain that the whole misunderstanding was nothing more than a mix up. It happens to all of us, you know?

Sorry... Uh, yeah. I guess she told you the truth then. Look, she isn't going to try to KILL Cora again, is she? Or me? Because while I have to say its nice to have attention, that kind of attention I can do without.

I met Kara, we slept together. Not like a relationship or anything, and it wasn't because *I* didn't want it, so don't start. I met Cora later, and we liked eachother, so we started going out. Serious type relationship, you know? The kind that can develop into something later on. I cut it off with Kara, obviously. She shows up while Cora and I were here together and tries to kill us, or Cora... or me. Something like that. Cora's a cop or somesuch, and Kara doesn't like that. From what I gathered. That... make any sense?

Well... No offense meant, but... I can believe it. And clearly I'm missing something about why Cora would be such a huge issue.. but thinking about it, I'm not entirely certain that I WANT to know.
