I wish my work had a gym, I need to exercise.

I was really surprised of that too because it's not really a large office place. There's about 1000 people working in there, but I guess they really want to make sure their workers are healthy. You can have discount in your local gyms if you don't want to use the one in the office.
In recent years all the medium and large businesses in Finland have started to invest more on the well being of their employees with different hobby and sports benefits. I think it's a good idea because healthy workers work more efficiently so it's "cheaper" to provide to them with different sport activities than paying off their sick leave salaries.

Only a few US companies provide such benefits. It's considered a luxury.

It's a shame because it really helps the company if the workers are healthy and fit.
I might if I just can fit it into my day some how. My days are going to be pretty long because it takes about an hour into one direction to get to my work place, but I might start using that gym in the office after the day or before I go to work. The sauna in the evenings is quite tempting so I think I'll try to start using it after the work day every now and then. 3nodding

Lily-chan I'm afraid Ken has it right... all most American companies care about is forcing their employees to work till they are so completely dissatisfied they actually start to believe they can't do better. Then we started to expect the crappy work environment and now its standard operating procedure. And yet we, the workers still let it go on. Don't even get me started on how they treat breastfeeding mothers in most places. scream
In other news I finally got a new cable box. The guy who installed our original one apparently didn't see a big orange sticker on the back of it that said "Bad PC - Do No Use" xd

I discovered the source of lung nuggets. They do not grow in the lungs at all.
My left ear has been hurting, like there was pressure in it, and I had swollen glands on that side and a lot of irritation. Well, I look in the mirror and go ah. And there it is, lung nugget sitting in the opening of the tube from my left ear into my throat – distended and inflamed the tube to the size of a pencil eraser. So I decided to take a sculpting spoonette and dig it out. I got a part of it which then fell down my throat and a few coughs later, lung nugget expulsion. The things form in the tubes up to your ears, then fall down into the throat.
