He smiled as he placed Ade on the ground and looked at Shia, placing a hand on her head and ruffling her hair just slightly.
"Hey there Shia. Uncle Tut eh...interesting sound."

*Her ears twitched from the ruffling of the hair, and she giggled slighty*

He smiled as he heard her giggle and nodded to himself. He looked back to the goodies that he had gotten and shook his head in slight disbelieve that he had carried that all the way here.

*Soon you could hear the sounds of foot steps getting louder, the Shia arrived in the room with a box of old, but still good plushies*
Found these in my closet the other day. sweatdrop
*She then dumps them into the plushie pile, and places the box to the side*

*awakened ((is that a word?)) by the sound of voiced downstairs, Nari opened bher eyes and streched. With a sigh she sat up in her bed and looked around. Laughter and a thump was heard from donwstairs, and it awoke Naris curiosity. On light feet she sneaked down the stairs to see who it was talking*

*Angel appeared in the kitchen, humming slightly. She opened the door to the fridge and looked inside.* hmm...
*She pulled her head out of the fridge as a soft meowing came to her ears. She looked down at her feet to see Adelais staring back up at her tail. Angel smiled at the kitten and picked him up while walking towards her chair in the other room. She sat down with a plop and absent-mindedly scratched him behind the ears.*

*Nari came down the stairs just in time to see Angel sit down in her usual chair with a little grey kitten in her lap. ari hadn't seen the kitten before, and briefly wondered if it was a newly adopted pet of Angels. She silently walked down the stair to greet Angel an to get a better look at the kitten*
"Hello, Angel!"

*Angel turned around in her seat and smiled.* Hi Nari! This is Adelais. *She pointed towards the kitten who was now watching the ceiling fan with intrest.* He followed me home last night after I was helping out a couple of kids whose parents had left them with no babysitter. *she smiled at the kitten who turned around to face Nari and mew happily.*

*Michan sat back in her bean bag chair, reading The Bellmaker by Brian Jaques. Her yellow tabby ears twitched as she read.
She felt a little sad...she had been away for so long before coming back, it felt like everything had changed. She didn't know a lot of the newcomers, and felt too shy to go up to them herself. So she stayed in her corner, reading or sleeping. But she still felt lonely.*

Adelais, was it? Cute name. Cute name for a cute cat!" *she yelped as Adelais started nibble on her fingers, and quickly pulled her hand away* "Ow! Sharp teeth!"

Thanks! I like it. Tut says it means "noble", but I just like it because it sounds cool. *she nodded.*
Oh! Sorry! *she said as Adelais bit Nari's fingers. She tapped his head lightly.* Don't bite, Adelais. That's mean. *She said to him. Adelais replied with a mew and curled up in Angel's lap.*
