Cyan came home for lunch and was in the kitchen looking for something to eat. He had some dirt on his face and even on his hands. He washed his hands, at least, and then started to make a sandwich.

she got out of bed and walked to the kitchen and was in a daze. she just grabbed a drink of water then rubbed her head.

He leaned against the counter and ate his sandwich. He left her alone and minded his own business because as soon as he was done eating, he'd be leaving and he didn't want any uneccessary stress.

she finished her drink and let out a sigh. she rubbed her eyes a bit then put her glass away and headed for the bathroom to take a shower.

Cyan just watched her leave and shrugged. He was happy that nothing got started and he kept eating his sandwich. When he was done, he looked in the fridge for something to drink and got himself a glass of milk.

she got her shower in and dried herself off. she changed into a t-shirt and jeans and went into the kitchen. she was feeling hungry now and looked in the fridge.

After he drank his milk, he had made another sandwich. He was sitting down and eating it in the kitchen, minding his own business.

she got herself something and then sat at the table. she started eating and kept stopping every ow and then, closing her eyes and zoneing out.

He was wondering what was wrong with her, but didn't say anything because it seemed that anytime he said something, all she did was yell. Instead, he just looked down at the table and continued to eat his sandwich.

Cyan's eyes widened and he put what was left of his sandwich on the table and got up slowly from the table. He didn't want her to snap at him and he walked upstairs to get Garreth.

she continued to lay there and didn't get up. she was too zoned out and was breathing hard.

Cyan went into Garreth's room and shook him to wake him up. "Garreth... Garreth, wake up. Something's wrong with Raine." Garreth woke up and looked up at him. He then got up and went downstairs with Cyan following. Cyan stayed in the doorway and Garreth walked over to her and placed his hand on her shoulder. "Raine... Are you okay?"

she jumped at his touch and then started looking back and forth. "huh! what? oh. hey. what's up?"

Cyan motioned towards the door with his hand and didn't speak up that loud. "I uh, have to get back to Master Piers. Later." He then left out the door and Garreth looked down at her. "Are you okay? You don't look so good."
