*Sundel had noted Mastema's change. However, she did not seem amused. Instead of following Kyiana to inspect it, she decided to go check up on Xol. Perhaps she had witnessed it, or something similar before. Levitating roughly a foot off of the ground, she began to spin rapidly until she disappeared; re-appearing next to Xol.*
What's new, Solaris? Not destroying everything in sight as I thought you would be.

(( ninja Actually you're both wrong? Mastema isn't inside a building, he's outside of the tower in the middle of the street, and Xol is far enough away that no one can directly hear his laughter. 3nodding ))
*What was one supposed to make of this? Mastema was.... breaking? Nana couldn't do anymore than hold both hands to her face, and look on without knowing just what was going on. She looked slightly pale, but considering her husband was cracking and falling apart, it was more than understandable. Now one could only wonder how the children were taking it. The light was beautiful to one, and seemed to disturb the other... and to the third, Micha whom had finally arrived back, well visually he seemed uninspired? It was certainly a sight he'd never seen before so if anything the boy was probably curious. The feeling that Mastema gave off now, wasn't lost on those who could sense his aura*

A voice to his side made him turn his head with a cocky flair that only he could get away with. It was one of the three he entered the Citadel with. Oh... what was her name... S something... Sundel. "Sundel was it? Yes... you'll notice that I've changed quite a lot since my evolution. However, who can say no to a little senseless destruction every now and again?"Xol chuckled as his eyes moved around the immediate area in which his pressure wave had devastated. He had taken note of Mastema's on going change, but simply waited boredly for something to happen.

Likely, no one would pick up on Kyian relocating herself, giving Mastema's fluxuation was much more noticable. She would be hidden from view, between two of the nearby buildings.
Unfortunately, Xol seemed to have missed that Mastema severed his telepathic connection, which left Mas unable to hear Xol and having Xol's words fall on empty air. Either Mastema didn't believe what had been said..... or he just didn't care.
Hopefully Micha was out of the street, lest he possibly be in a path of destruction for the next match. The red light that had come from Mastema breaking down became more erractic for several seconds, and a few moments later the intense light started to fade. In its place would be a slightly fluorescent red silhouette. This silhouetted form would remain almost half a minute longer before the red faded and the person hidden by it came into view.
"Well, that was an interesting sensation..." said a voice which sounded a lot more like Thanatos than it sounded like Mas, but it hadn't come from Than's direction. When the red was finally gone, a man who was just as tall as Mastema was seen, but the rest of the person seemed entirely different.
This man's attire showed off arguably more than Mastema's old attire. Mastema's old top had covered his chest and shoulder blades, but this man's entire front and back torso were quite well exposed, showing of a body somewhat more toned than Mastema's. The man did, however, have leathery black sleeves that went from his wrists, to his shoulder, and then the sleeves connected around his neck and formed a collar that went half way up the man's neck. His hands were completely covered by red paneled gloves, with pitch black separatng the panels and giving them an almost skeletal look. His pants were the same sort of black as his sleeves and extended all the way down his legs, but were covered from 3/4 up his lower legs-down by dark red, slightly heeled boots; the boots themselves looked a little soldierly. Around the space where his outer thighs became the back of his thighs, two extremely light, almost silky pieces of fabric adorned his pants. The triangle pieces of fabric connected in line with his spine, almost looking like the bottom of a cape. The only additions to this relatively simple gear were two pieces of metal attached to the outer thighs of the pants.
The man's hair was a glossy black, but only went about as far as his neck. There was a blade of hair that went slightly further on the right side of his face. There seemed to be nothing to tie this man to the person everyone knew as Mastema, but there was one undeniable bit of proof that it was him: the silver mask that covered the man's eyes but showed a slightly cocky grin.
"Mmmng.... a little to stiff to fight.... One moment," the man spoke again, before he started to stretch out and loosen up. Those who were listening carefully would be able to here bones snapping lightly while the man twisted and stretched his limbs, spine, and neck. That would be a strange sound for anyone who know Mastema didn't have bones.
Thanatos just looked on in complete wonder. This person talked so much more freely and less 'commandingly' than his father did, and they seemed entirely different. "Ah...... sumimasen......" Thanatos hesitantly started to speak.
"Sorry, but I don't understand what you're saying." The man never stopped stretching while talking, and leaned down to stretch out his legs.
"Um..right.........You're..... not my father, are you?"
"Mmmmm....... yes but not really." It wasn't exactly a definitive answer, but there was a yes said.
"Ah....." Thanatos wasn't exactly convinced: "Could you possibly explain that better? I'm a little lost."
"Let's see here....." The man spoke while getting up, he seemed rather satisfied after loosening his body. "I'm most definitely your father.... I'm just in a different form that's from before anyone else knew me and before you were born. Of course, that's kind of a simple version, since the form you know and this one aren't entirely separate...."
Than blinked. It definitely seemed that this man was his father, but apparently in a past form, though Mastema implied it was more complicated than that. "Sou....desu ne...... maybe it would be easier if you just told me who you are....."
"If that'll help," the supposed Mastema responded. "My name is Mastema..... Number 2213, extended angel, category F." With that, Mastema put his right hand on his hip and relaxed as he let Thanatos digest that.
Even though Mastema's transformation was complete, there was an entirely different feel to him, as well as in personality. More so than in his normal form, he was giving off a feeling of 'displacement.' He may have seemed ordinary physically and in his aura, but it felt like his presence extended intangibly beyond his body. Perhaps there was a difference in his telepathic ability in this form.

*Micha had indeed shuffled back over to his other siblings by this time. It appeared the Har had been left alone for now. What was left by Mastema's display was... well... surprising. He was Mastema... but not the one everyone else seemed to be familiar with, at least not Nana, Thanatos and the children. Whether or not Slayer, and Sho were familar with this Mastema only they could say, and as for Zenogais and Omega's take on knowing him... also hard to say. Why did this Mastema sound more like Thanatos for one thing? ...and what was an extended angel, category F type ... 2213 at that? There were obvious differences, to those who knew him very well, but things like the snapping of his bones might not register with Nana or the children as being out of place. As far as they knew, he had bones. Nana and the others could only listen to this Mastema's explination of thing as they looked on in wonder, distrust, confusion, and apathy*

As if born of some indomidable will, the AD-508 stirred to life. Lurching to the side, it moved up from it's knee quickly, having regained suitable power. The evasive actions were designed to shift it behind a larger building, possibly a residential building. There it would gain it's control, back to the building as the last of the heat residue poured off onto the streets. Weapons check went along smoothly, clearing the available firearms as wel as the auxiliary weapon systems.
Thusly, the pilot of the MS simply waited for it's chance to advance on the target. It seemed a number of high energy readings flared across the scanners closer to the center of the city. Furthermore, a mobile vehicle could be spotted vaguely on sensors rushing through the city. Bracing itself to the building, the humanoid head of the mobile suit tilted upwards. A defiant sheen glazed the cermonial brow as the thing regarded the sky above, a flare shooting up with a trail of smoke from it's left shoulder.
Though revealing location, the flare would rise to release it's scanner pod, revealing the interior of the citadel for a long while. This would at least offer the advantage of having a basic map formed in the computer, let alone enemy positions.

*The angel of death sighed and summoned her scythe once again to lean on*
I know exactly what you mean. I'm so bored just waiting here with nothing interesting happening. ~_~ I just want to kill or blow something up.....Eh... you wouldn't happen to have anything that could..say... store an extremely powerful soul that we can later on dispose of, would you?
*She knew Mastema had such an object, but she didn't believe he would actually give it up so easily. Plus, if Xol had one, it would require much less work, as he owed them a favor anyway.*

"As a matter of fact I do have such artifacts. The ones I have in my possession are limited in the levels of power they can hold. However, how powerful are we talking here?"
Xol's curiosity was quirked. They did, after all, get him into the Citadel in considerably less time than it would have taken if he had gone at it himself. The one thing that nagged at him though was why would beings who could manipulate time and space not be able to obtain such an artifact themselves?

Cole opens his mouth.
Then closes it.
Then opens it again.
And closes it.
>_>
"Um... now I may not have been around the block as many times as most people, but is that normal?"
He was of course referring to Mastema's transformation, which was simply blowing his mind at the moment. Literally. His brain simply couldn't fit itself around what was happening, and it was making his eyes hurt. Pupils dialated almost to the point of the irises vanishing, comprehension had to come eventually, even if it was a simple acceptance of fact.

"Draeken's ancestor. He poses an...inconvenience to those who created us. Therefore, we intend to remove him from the equation, in our own way. However, as only Sunny here can actually handle his raw Soulstuff, we need something to hold it in so Kyky and I can poke him with sticks and all that fun stuff." Erudemasa chimed in, standing behind Sundel. Whether or not he had been there the whole time was up for debate, but he was there now. More confusing than that, however, was the fact that he was also standing out in the area where they had first arrived in the Citadel. Or rather, a past version of himself did. Said past version smiled, sensing himself further ahead. Things were moving as they should. Sundel and Xol were talking, Xol and Mas were butting heads (which was inevitable, though speeded through Eru's intervention), Kyiana was working her way around the Citadel, Xol owed Eru a favor for getting him in the Citadel, and Mastema would owe him one once they got Xol to leave, as he inevitably would. Eru then turned back to his mental image of Mastema and replied "Oh, don't worry about that. Xol tearing around this place does no one any good, not him, not you, and certainly not me. As we speak, I'm trying to get him to leave. We will try and talk him out of the Citadel peacefully, which would not be successful if you tried. Trust me on that, I've seen it." Then, hearing absolutely nothing from Mastema, not even the normal background of psychic communication, continued, "...You're not even there, are you, Mastema?" *Silence* "So I'm just standing here talking to no one." *Silence* "Alright, that's cool. That's cool."
Eru then turned to the empty courtyard and walked back the way they had come, opening a portal for himself. "Trip, Pleasant, where and when would you two like to get lunch? Stopping Xol can wait until after we eat. Or before it, depending on how you look at it."

*Sundel cocked a brow at the question*
Extremely. You do know of the ancestor of Draeken's that is living in his head, do you not? ......We need to...do some adjusting to him. Think this object of yours can handle it?

Xol turned his attention to Eru, who had inexplicitly shown up out of seemingly thin air. With a half sigh, half grunt, he closed his eyes and began to slowly rub his temples. More distractions. After letting them both speak he stopped rubbing his temples and cocked his head slightly to the right.
"Extremely? Keh. Sure. I can find said artifact. I'll need time though... no more than a few days. Something in the forest has caught my attention so after I finish here and deal with that I'll have some traveling to do and then you'll possess what you need. Now, if you don't mind, which I'm sure Sundel won't, I have chaos to produce."
He turned his head back straight forward and gave Sundel a quick wink before nonchalantly walking forward. Two blades, each roughly three feet long and eight inches in height were now clutched in his gauntleted hands. White hot chains were attached to both and snaked around his forearms in a supernatural flair.

Xol - A problem to be dealt with in due time.
As it stood, the definition left little to the imagination, not that much more needed to be said. The man was trouble through and through, if not the type that was fun to associate with in small doses. One might imagine Mastema thought otherwise, but even mastema had seen fit to make use of Xol's talents on occasion. The fact that MAstema couldn't do everything himself seemed assured, as he wasn't much the type for useless amusement, which is what Xol would be given an arguement that Mas was actually all powerful.
That rant cut itself short for the sake of saving time and space, a notion that arose a mechanical chuckle from the AD-508's cockpit. A chuckle not quelled, but rather augmented to reach that tone that sat just right with KB. That tone which was, how to say it, like a little beaten and boiled a**-raped whore of a child trying to crawl from their own fetid filth to turn you on, and drink you dry as they drug you back into it.
Another fitting definition that needed no more explanation, and yet the issue at hand had yet to be addressed. The AD-508 in all it's glory stood poised, reading and watching, wiating boredly for action, for oppurtunity. Patience hadn't come built into the units within the thing, or else the driver simply couldn't put up with them. It checked t's ammo, all seemed clear and good to go, all it needed was a reason to start plowing towards it's destination.
Mastema.
"C'mon you b*****d, make your move... It's time to settle the score." He muttered to himself, his little message meant for the one who was sadly out of earshot. He might've made a mental connection to talk to Mastema had he the urge to, but as it stood he much rather preferred to talk to himself.

*Eecheb would look back at Cole as he asked his question. 'Normal'? Even he wasn't sure. The children having lived but a limited time, had never seen this type of thing before either. It was a mystery to them, and apparently to Nana aswell who looked taken a back and confused. Had anyone present seen... well, 'this' type of thing before? The form, a younger Mastema, Sho could probably recall, and possibly Slayer. As for the rest, it was 'never befores' or 'not until nows'. Trilla and Micha kept their eyes fixed to what was going on*

Xol flicked out his right arm and the blade shot out into the sky with a sizzle of super heated air. It coiled and the chain connecting it to Xol snapped taught before the blade swung back towards him in a huge arc. Destruction. Finally. Albeit pointless, it didn't detract from the fun factor.
The blade smashed a building and slid out the other side, whipping back to Xol's hand. With the sound of unknown materials cracking and catching fire from the intense heat, the upper half of the building would slide off in a diagonal motion. The resounding crash would bring a smirk to Xol's face. He wondered how much destruction Mastema would deem acceptable before sending some toys for Xol to play with, or even more delightful... show himself?
"Maybe this one then..."
He jumped and ran up the side of an adjacent building to its roof top. Not too far away was an immense building and next to it was a slightly smaller one. Upon a more lenghty look around the Citadel's perimeter, Xol would ascertain that the slightly smaller building had three counterparts. Possibly of some importance then to have more than one. Could be a gaurd tower of sorts... and its fallout would obliterate most the buildings in its immediate area, heavily damage more further out, but most importantly, it would damage that extremely large building. Oh, the gaurd tower was so next.
