If I were to have another character, who is of water/wind (like Hiro), should it be the sibling Hiro suspects he haves AND a genjutsu genius?

Id play something not a sibling of your character. :3 Try something new and out of the box as there are a TON of clans that are awesome. Especially the ones in the multitude of Villages in Hidden Fed.

I might be a child of Kakuzu or a Stone clan or something. xd Honestly... if its your character, and your original RP... who cares if the clan is overused? It will still be unique because the character is yours with your own ideas.

I hate mainstream, but I love Shikamaru.... I just hate how 80% of people from Konoha are Nara or Uchiha. >_< No Yamanaka or any other clans there. Uzumaki clan!!! It doesn't feel original if everyone has to follow the first person who made a Nara.... :c I don't really want to be from Konoha, but I kind of do. But I kind of don't. Too many people, but badass medical jutsu. I guess I can make one from the Hidden Katana just so he/she can make my little Hiro a hero katana. Though that seems kind of cruel...making a character for the benefit of another character....God I'm cruel.

No rule against it. It would count as the Katana character's katana though.... And I would do it so I could have a katana clan quality katana.

Another rpc can have a sword made by a member of the Daimyo clan. That's how it has been though that might get changed at some point when Drago comes back and it gets talked over again. It just makes it so that Daimyo has one less katana that they can use along with the rpc getting one not being able to make another one on their own.
LaMi | Only maybe ten or so of the rpc in Konoha are active. We need to do a clean up again after an influx of users coming in, making an rpc from a cannon clan, and then disappearing on us. There are a lot of Uchiha, a few Nara, a Yamanaka, and a few Inuzuka's that are there too. There are a few others but I don't remember off of the top of my head. So if you want a rpc there then don't worry too much over if it seems mainstream cause a lot of them aren't around anymore. Especially ones that don't have the name of who owned them near them. But feel free to try a clan like the Death Eaters clan or a clan in Hidden Void that uses darkness and shadows if you want a Nara but don't want to be in Hidden Leaf. It's not the same clan but they do about the same thing with dark based techniques. Back to the Daimyo thing. When you make that katana for someone else, it has to be another rpc. So another rpc needs to make the weapon for your little guy. Otherwise that would be a little like cheating.

Actually it acts just like any other special Item. You can take it off their corpse. Though they get to make another to replace it if they want. You can also contract someone to make your katana for you. Shinobu would do it. And she's got some neat Katana Customs.

As a note, it only takes a Katana Slot if the Daimyo crafts the Emitter as well
