I got a question would sharigan be able to follow seki-reigan
I mean they can see them, probably or something like that but can they react in time??

Yeah, that's one of the few ways around the Sharingan. Move faster than the wielder can physically cope with.

Add Seki Reigan with the physical strain you can put on your body with Shikotsumyaku and sannin ranked speed matched with 6 arms = death on a stick. Covered in peanut butter.

I'm not using a Kekkei Genkai for my newest RPC. The last one I had was the Shishon no Tenshi, a custom one.
And Moki, what happens if you ever trip going at those speeds? Epic Trip covering miles probably...

Basically what happened to me when I got hit with the atom bomb that hit Kohona. You go flying for miles screaming curse words. Or the thing that triped you would just shatter into dust.
