My this is very annoying, my side has been twitching for over an hour now, how long can a muscle spasm?

The other option is too much physical activity, but most teenagers don't suffer from that, so I'd say just less caffine and more rest?

If it's from activity then it would be from work, though it could be from rest, but I can swear that it's not from too much caffine.
