Description: Chōumei as a performer and a devote practitioner of the Shinto faith has developed her fighting style to act as not only a way to defend herself but as a show to appease her gods. The more powerful and passionate her attacks the greater her resolve is shown to appease the local Kami. Using her style of dance and the concept of Karabo Chōumei has developed her own personal form of "Physical Karabo", but more over its self initiated karabo that's drawn out through her impassioned movements from taijutsu/bukijutsu techniques churning and fusing the chakra of her techniques to create a more potent resulting attack. Working across styles as they maybe fused in movements to invoke the mix of chakra about herself or her weapon when using complex or spiritual taijutsu/bukijutsu Chōumei increases the rank of a technique +1 full rank and causes it's effective description to be altered in range, effects, observant flare (such as it's appearance or intensity), and combined results are near impossible to be copied seeming as muddle they break the source of rhythm the initial techniques had to begin with making them an unpredictable resource when facing the range of combinations Chōumei can conceive in a fit of bliss devotion to her disciplines and Kami.

    • When performing an "Odorikuruu" Chōumei is mixing specifically the spiritual side of the techniques; meaning she pays the chakra cost of both complex or spiritual jutsu but only the stamina cost of the most taxing of the two jutsu if it's applicable. [i.e: Complex slash A cost 10Stm+10Chak, Complex slash B cost 20Stm+20Chak= Odorikuruu'ed slash C costs only 20Stm+30Chak.]
    • The rank of the jutsu is relatively increased by +1 rank of the most powerful technique in the combination.
    • Chōumei can only ever combined up to two or three techniques, though this doesn't increase the rank increase it does layer on the effects that result from the chakra (concussive shock, slashing, burns, etc) of the jutsu since jutsu performed through Odorikuruu are considered a single activation and the subsequent supporting jutsu in the mix is supplementary.
    * Retraining of Her Jutsu is required to further familiarize her body and chakra molding methods through movement to allo her to have certain Tai/Buki jutsu labeled [Odorikuruu]

Description: By the beat of her heart and the rhythm of her steps Chōumei calls out to her Kamisama to aid in her genjutsu's; Thus it permeates from her every motion throughout a battle field allowing her to beguile and "touch" enemies from an unseen distance...

Well, in actuality Chōumei the fanatic shrine disciple and performer has developed a unique Genjutsu chakra-trap that works under the "chain" school of Genjutsu. Using this nature of genjutsu chakra echos and permeates vibrations of chakra through her feet into the ground and out into the air or any medium that sound or chakra may travel over to correspond with a set medium creating a bounded domed field in her environment; by design she uses the bells in "Suzu Senbon no Genkaku" [ Illusion Bell Needles ] (but it can work with other mediums). The lucid physical and meta-physical aura of ying & yang Maruton chakra allows her genjutsu when cast through performing (dancing) or playing music to be felt and heard due to the resonance of the vibrations she creates in an invisible dome, so as long as one is with in the area of effect she designates and builds with the bells needing no more than 4 to create a 10 yard diameter her genjutsu can reach you as if she'd "touched" you directly, the Sense most directly effected and enhanced to the experience of genjutsu being both tactile and visual.

The effects of genjutsu's used in this space remain relatively the same and cost the same, but the kai [release] cost to ones self raises by half, and the resonating chakra raises the influence of genjutsu's making them seem more "real"; Real as in the transition of ones current perception of reality under the focused sensory perception being assailed to transition into the illusion much smoother. As if your life was flawlessly video edited into a horror story. I.E. A person using a cloning Genjutsu will seem to physical splice the clone out of them selves and they may seem to retain actual mass and effect the environment to the sense but their effective inability to harm you is physically put into question from the sensation it can create now capable of overwhelming the sense to a greater degree. Genjutsu are harder to recover from and can cause a mildly reduction to ones reaction ability after kai [release] for two [2] posts.
    • This jutsu consumes an activation, but is not considered an active Genjutsu, but rather a primer for others. Where in "Suzu Senbon no Genkaku" with in the scope of this Jutsu also becomes simply a primer and set up when four senbon bells (or other mediums) are arranged to four corners of a perimeter.
    • This jutsu once arranged is triggered with an initial shock-wave of chakra of vibration given off by Chōumei's instrument or dance move to trigger the trap once someone has entered the set area with her inside or at a distance from her as long as her musical notes reaches on of the bells at the edge traps perimeter.
    • Though activation cost a B-rank [40 chakra] of points due the intensity shock needs to have to begin resonating, from there on the sound continues to echo with in the trap field and requires only a D-ranks [10 chakra] of points to persist the effective intensifying elongating effect on her genjutsu, becomes supplementary in following post at lower cost. if there is no stop to her dancing or playing music.

Description: A jutsu born out of a need for convenience in how she carried her rather massive weapons Chōumei played with the physical transformation nature of her bloodlines unique use of yoton (physical yang release) chakra. Taking premise in knowing how to use the multi-size technique as a prerequisite Chōumei focuses her bloodlines chakra into her hands and focuses it to encapsulate an inanimate object for a single [1] post of dedicated meditative state to draw this bodily prone chakra from herself into an object. Once completed the chakra drawn from her or spent for this technique is embodied into the inanimate object allowing it to willfully shift its relative size in Chōumei's use to shrink at Chōumei's willing of it to do so in an instant or rather a fraction of a second to be no more larger than a pebble at its smallest. According to the size of the object the necessity of chakra required to compress the inanimate object is relative to its size compared to Chōumei in cost.
The hiccups with this jutsu since its a rather advanced feet to effect another object with the Akamichi's Yoton (though it seems impressive it is not with out it's flaws) is that it cannot work on organic matter or non-physical matter such as jutsu. Rather it's an imperfect mutation of the multi-size jutsu since is doesn't shift the density and weight of an object, but only shifts its mass, making a compact size but not removing any of the burden to move the object. Yet this deceptive shift can be what makes it a powerful tool. Though the objects remain a strain in weight and should not be thrown about without concern for how much they slow, strain, and encumber purely in weight the holder...well if they can hold the object.
    • Initial use of the jutsu places a reserve of A-Rank chakra into an object that's used to extensively reduce its size but not its density or weight.
    • To release the objects mass or size back to normal or an adjustment in between is an infusion of excess chakra from Chōumei. The release size and cost is relative to to Chōumei's body costing more according to her current size.
    If the objects size is half that of her own mass it's cost is D-rank,
    - Her own height C-Rank,
    - x5 times her height B-rank,
    - x10 times her height is A-rank
    - S-rank would be equal to a mountain. Though this would require Chōumei to be strong enough to pick it up. [requires Kounin-Sannin rank]
    • Once full released the cost to reduce the object is no longer required to be A-rank due to the object having been familiarized to the body as an extension of its self. There for shifting the object back down would be costly relative in the inverse of the growth scale.

Description: During the time of crisis, it can be hard to be able to find everyone and set up a telepathic link, each second counts. Instead, Sayuri had found a way to avoid that. Using flowers at home, she discovered edible flowers even after they are dried out still can be edible for weeks and months to come. All she has to do is make handsigns, use the chakra that is normally used for telepathy [ E ] and place it on the petal. She has to make posts of how many she makes and who she gives it out to. There will be a link on her profile of whom she handed it to with the link directing to the post she had given it to. No matter how far her allies are, just eat it and it connects to Sayuir's telepathy link and can give her information or location if they are in danger.

Description: Nozomi and her bugs have grown very dependant on their genjutsu to the point where they can assist one another to strengthen the genjutsu power. If Nozomi would cast a B rank genjutsu her bugs could enforce it further by up to any chakra she wishes to spend, but she has to spend the same amount of chakra, cannot increase or decrease the amount per submitted post to keep it up. If she does not have enough or cannot keep it up, the enemy would be automatically kai'ed out. This can be strengthened by her bugs performing the genjutsu and Nozomi strengthening it as well.

Description: Polar bears are able to smell seal 13 miles away and three feet deep of snow and ice. Grizzlies are able to tell if there's a dead elk under the water. Hozuki herself, had pick up the scent of smell. She is able to smell within 10 miles radius and through two feet of solid surfaces. Lucky for her, she can turn it on and off.

Alright, I finally remembered to make those edits to its range clear. Decided to up it from 1/2 an explosive tag to just an explosive tag, but am willing to return back it if its a problem.

Technique Name: Ryūsei Ame [Meteor Rain]
Rank: B
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Bakuton and Katon
Description: The user accumulates a large lump of clay, filling both mending mouths to the brim, before beginning the process of chewing and infusing it with Bakuton chakra for [2] posts. Once the process of molding it is complete the user expels the clay from their mouths into their hands for use. The user will proceed to throw the lump of clay high into the air using all their might, as it reaches its peak the clay lump splits into a mass of [150] smaller balls. The small lumps of clay proceed to rain down around the area, the users Katon chakra engulfing them in fire. The sky will look like a meteor shower for [2] posts as flaming clay rains from the sky spreading around an area of 200 yards if dropped from the sky but only a range of 75 yards if thrown from the ground. The clay will begin creating explosions of [1] tag upon contacting everything and anything in their path. The jutsu can also be dropped from the sky, assuming the user has the means (C2 for example would allow for such a feat), removing the need to leave themselves open while they throw it. This jutsu is usually used as a siege attack, sending a village into panic and leaving it open to attack. What it lacks in power it makes up for in sheer chaos factor. Can only be used in one thread at a time.

• Rasenshogun || [Denied]
All of it is fine until you get to Rasenshogun divided. The problem I have is that once you’ve thrown it you’ve lost connection to it. As such, manipulating it once you’ve let go would require a constant connection, which from what I’ve read this doesn’t give. As such, manipulating it once it’s been thrown would require a ten [10] chakra cost to cause the eruption to occur.
• Fōkasu seido || [Denied]
The issue I have with this technique is this. Your technique focuses on increasing technique statistics by utilizing focus points. As such, a random +1 overall bonus makes absolutely no sense. With your focus points, at the highest rank you would receive a Supreme and Mild increase to all of the stats for each technique you utilize with it. If even shortly, that’s a bit, and alone I would find fair. But increasing that to a Supreme increase basis, with a Slight increase for each focus point, is asking alot a lotatter the technique. So, my alternative is this. Remove that base of Supreme increase, and make the Duration of the technique a base of two [2] posts, with an additional post of duration for each focus point you put in. That way, at the least your technique would give you a three [3] post length, with the most being ten [10].
• Blade Vortex || [Denied]
There are several inherant flaws in how this technique is being sold. Firstly, this technique serves best as a continual blade barrier for a set length of time. While you have already written how to extend it, let me explain. Launching fire, lightning, or hell, almost any ninjutsu at it would have no means of stopping your attack, as the wind and blades would just continue on. However, this is where I have another issue. As my second point, no matter the chakra wheel, lightning hitting this kind of shield would electrify the metal within the blades, turning you into basically a turbine. It would magnetize whatever was within the area within the “eye of the storm”, as it were. Now, if you’re not wearing anything that can be magnetized, then no problem, but if you were it would cause you to take on that magnetic property. As such, if someone were to hit you with a second lightning jutsu, it would cause a polarizing effect, meaning whatever metal item it hit would immediately arc to the one on its opposite side and hit everthing in between. In this case, you. That would be due to the magnetic field you would have from the first attack. Now if fire hit it, the wind would just absorb the fire and create a flaming tornado of flames that would, if its close enough, cook you like a turkey. Don’t be that turkey! Water wouldn’t hurt you, but the force of this wind would cause a suiton technique to turn your shield into a waterspout which wouldn’t hurt you but would obscure your vision. Earth has the best effect against this shield, as the blades would definitely slice through lower ranked techniques but higher ranked would likely ignore the blades and just hit you. It entire depends, and that’s honesty where I’d say your rule of “1 rank higher to get through it” would fit. However, despite all of these considerations, this is an amazing technique for, say, Bukijutsu and Taijutsu, because anyone like that would need to get through those blades to harm you. You could also turn it on and just walk through a town and kill everything, including the buildings. The reason I am denying this is because this technique may not be what you’re actually wanting, though I suggest keeping it anyway for it’s Taijutsu/Bukijutsu defensive use.
• Wolf Hearing || [Approved]
I need to clarify a few things, in case you don’t understand or don’t know. First off, your hearing is limited based upon availability. You wouldn’t be able to hear, say, what someone talking inside a building is saying unless you had a window open. Secondly, this is not an omnidirectional effect. The shape of wolf ears is designed in a cupping shape, meaning it picks up noises in the directions one’s ears are pointing. This gives them directional hearing far superior to a human’s. As such, since you aren’t suddenly growing wolf ears where your’s normally would be (I’m guessing), your hearing is not as good as a pure wolf’s unless you are focusing on one direction and cupping an ear. However, your hearing is still much better than a mere human’s by far. This comes with the side effect that sound based techniques have a greater effect upon you. You cannot turn off your stronger sense. As such, sharp loud noises are going to hurt and effect you more than the average person.
• Heightened Sense of Smell || [Approved]
Approved. Let’s get a few things straight. The sense of smell of a hound is most exceptional when tracking a scent they already have. This is why hounds can track for miles when they have a trail for them to follow, and why they’re useless once that scent has become too old, or obscured. This is also not an omnidirectional ability. You cannot catch the scent of something that couldn’t possibly come to you, such as something sealed inside a non-porous material, or something upwind from you. Heightened though it may be, your senses are still limited to the same restrictions your animal has. This also means that smells are going to effect you worse than anyone normally would. Sickly scent is going to make you gag way more than someone else, because you do not “get used” to the smell. Your stronger senses simply don’t allow it. Scent based techniques are also going to be more difficult to avoid. As hearing, you cannot tune this out or turn it off.
• Natural Weaponry || [Approved]
This one is obvious, guys. Gloves and Gauntlets cannot be worn unless they are made with room for your claws, or you cut holes in the tips. There are reasons humans don’t have them, after all. Closing your fist for a punch, as an example, might hurt unless you have pads as your claws will cut into your skin.

If it were worded like Kaz’s, it would be approved, but it isn’t. The second part after “25 khz” will need to be removed. You cannot pinpoint anything with hearing, and you will not be able to catch the sounds of arrows in flight. Hearing simply isn’t that accurate. You’ll get a good, generalized location of where it might be coming from, such as location and distance effected by any number of factors, but pinpoint accuracy? Never. So take that out

As long as the idea is that no one can detect how much chakra is in one another’s pools, you’re fine. Just reduce it to B - rank.

I had to get a second opinion on this, so I apologize for the wait. So, eight [8] what would essentially be “free techniques” is too much. A Personal Attribute, of which you only get two, give ten [10] at most, and as such we can only allow you up to five [5] techniques to choose. Three of them must be Fireball techniques, and the other two can be any of those that you listed. So you’ll need to pick and choose. I am sorry.

You are the first to ever attempt to make customs genjutsu under the new rules, and as such I’ll need to look them over carefully. I will get with you on Skype to work it out as I go along. Please, understand that I must be careful with it, as it will set the foundation for the new techniques to be approved by. The new standards, if you will.

The reason I put both is this: I would suggest a few changes. As it is, only one change is necessary for it to be accepted, but I would suggest making the technique X – ranked in cost, keeping the E – rank in learning requirements, and make it where every rank of chakra you invest in its creation sets the duration the technique is active for. Now, there needs to be a limit as to how long it works, given the nature of this technique. My suggestion is to set a limit of two [2] posts per rank of chakra invested in their creation.

Okay, so, I’d like to give you a fair warning. If you accept it, your technique is approved. If not, we can work on it. With the new rules for Genjutsu coming out, your technique, as written, would mean that no upkeep costs can be paid to maintain the technique after it’s base duration has passed. Well…each technique has a base duration, that is true, but quite a few will be receiving a reduction in their lengths, instead getting an “upkeep” cost that can be paid to maintain the technique. As such, it might not be too beneficial in the long run. By this, I mean a technique lasting originally ten [10] posts might now last only four [4] posts as a base. Food for thought, let me know what you want to do.
• Bear’s Nose || [Denied]
Let me address the most important part first, before I get to the rest. Firstly, you cannot turn on or off this attribute. This is a physical change to your own sense of smell, and as such is a permanent feature. If you want to be able to turn it off and on, it must be a Jutsu of some sort that has an upkeep cost. Secondly, there need to be clarification on a few things. As I informed Kaz above with senses of smell, this only works when you have a trail to follow, or basically for tracking. Secondly, “two feet of material” is a no. Firstly, it would entirely depend on the material, how porous it is, how long it’s been around, etc. Steel, for example, is non-porous and thus you would never be able to smell through it. Stone would likely be able to be smelled through if you were a few feet away. Glass, too, would be nearly impossible to smell through if sealed properly. Now, in the case of your examples, in all cases it is utilizing moisture as a means of finding it. In all cases, I guarentee they are using a scent trail. If an animal dies in the water, never having been on land, and sinks to the bottom, you would never be able to just smell that it is there. This does give a really cool benefit in that water doesn’t have nearly as strong a means of stopping you as it does with other animals, but flowing water can still obstruct to some degree. Wood is an extremely porous material, but really good hardwood, or wood sealed by some other, external means would prevent you from smell as well in the same way stone or steel would, depending on the method of treatment. As it stands, this technique should read along the lines of “Got the sense of smell of a bear, and can even smell through some solid materials, depending on material and proximity to the source of the scent.”

Description: A jutsu designed to help taylor remember things in perfect clarity; this jutsu brings up images of the past that she stores in an infinite space for memories. At will she can call any of these to her mind in perfect clarity. The memories last indeffinetly while in the seal and are stored again after Taylor is done observing them. She can choose to either walk around inside these memories with the impact that she cannot move her body and is unaware of what is happening in reality, or observe from her bodies perspective at the time of the memory and view it in a movie type quality. Each memory can be viewed at will for a maximum of ten posts per application of C rank chakra into the catalyst.

Requires a catalyst on the user and is a permanent fuinjutsu once placed. If the catalyst is destroyed the memories are saved, however if the seal is also destroyed the memories in that seal are lost. Description: Chōumei as a performer and a devote practitioner of the Shinto faith has developed her fighting style to act as not only a way to defend herself but as a show to appease her gods. The more powerful and passionate her attacks the greater her resolve is shown to appease the local Kami. Using her style of dance and the concept of Karabo Chōumei has developed her own personal form of "Physical Karabo", but more over its self initiated karabo that's drawn out through her impassioned movements from taijutsu/bukijutsu techniques churning and fusing the chakra of her techniques to create a more potent resulting attack. Working across styles as they maybe fused in movements to invoke the mix of chakra about herself or her weapon when using complex or spiritual taijutsu/bukijutsu Chōumei increases the rank of a technique +1 full rank and causes it's effective description to be altered in range, effects, observant flare (such as it's appearance or intensity), and combined results are near impossible to be copied seeming as muddle they break the source of rhythm the initial techniques had to begin with making them an unpredictable resource when facing the range of combinations Chōumei can conceive in a fit of bliss devotion to her disciplines and Kami.

    • When performing an "Odorikuruu" Chōumei is mixing specifically the spiritual side of the techniques; meaning she pays the chakra cost of both complex or spiritual jutsu but only the stamina cost of the most taxing of the two jutsu if it's applicable. [i.e: Complex slash A cost 10Stm+10Chak, Complex slash B cost 20Stm+20Chak= Odorikuruu'ed slash C costs only 20Stm+30Chak.]
    • The rank of the jutsu is relatively increased by +1 rank of the most powerful technique in the combination.
    • Chōumei can only ever combined up to two or three techniques, though this doesn't increase the rank increase it does layer on the effects that result from the chakra (concussive shock, slashing, burns, etc) of the jutsu since jutsu performed through Odorikuruu are considered a single activation and the subsequent supporting jutsu in the mix is supplementary.
    * Retraining of Her Jutsu is required to further familiarize her body and chakra molding methods through movement to allo her to have certain Tai/Buki jutsu labeled [Odorikuruu]

In actuality Chōumei the fanatic shrine disciple and performer has developed a unique Chain Genjutsu trap. Using this nature of genjutsu chakra she induces a amplifying effect Via the sound of her music and movements being heard by the subject. The chakra permeates in vibrations throughout a set area set into a bounded dome she creates so her actions can also be "felt", by design she uses the bells in "Suzu Senbon no Genkaku" [ Illusion Bell Needles ] (but it can work with other mediums). As long as one is with in this area of effect she designates a vibration or musical medium needing no more or less than 4 to complete, she crates a 10 yard diameter this chain genjutsu trap can be sustained in.

The effects of genjutsu's used in this space remain relatively the same and cost the same, but the kai [release] cost to ones self raises by half [x1.5], and the resonating chakra raises the influence of genjutsu's making them seem more "real"; Real as in the transition of ones current perception of reality under the focused sensory perception being assailed to transition into the illusion much smoother. As if your life was flawlessly video edited into a horror story. I.E. A person using a cloning Genjutsu will seem to physical splice the clone out of them selves and they may seem to retain actual mass and effect the environment to the senses but their effective inability to harm you is physically put into question from the sensation it can create now capable of temporarily overwhelming your senses to a greater degree. Genjutsu are harder to recover from and can cause a mildly reduction to ones reaction ability after kai [release] for one [1] posts.

Description: A jutsu born out of a need for convenience in how she carried her rather massive weapons Chōumei played with the physical transformation nature of her bloodlines unique use of yoton (physical yang release) chakra. Taking premise in knowing how to use the multi-size technique as a prerequisite Chōumei focuses her bloodlines chakra into her hands and focuses it to encapsulate an inanimate object for a single [1] post of dedicated meditative state to draw this bodily prone chakra from herself into an object. Once completed the chakra drawn from her or spent for this technique is embodied into the inanimate object allowing it to willfully shift its relative size in Chōumei's use to shrink at Chōumei's willing of it to do so in an instant or rather a fraction of a second to be no more larger than a pebble at its smallest. According to the size of the object the necessity of chakra required to compress the inanimate object is relative to its size compared to Chōumei in cost.
The hiccups with this jutsu since its a rather advanced feet to effect another object with the Akamichi's Yoton (though it seems impressive it is not with out it's flaws) is that it cannot work on organic matter or non-physical matter such as jutsu. Rather it's an imperfect mutation of the multi-size jutsu since is doesn't shift the density and weight of an object, but only shifts its mass, making a compact size but not removing any of the burden to move the object. Yet this deceptive shift can be what makes it a powerful tool. Though the objects remain a strain in weight and should not be thrown about without concern for how much they slow, strain, and encumber purely in weight the holder...well if they can hold the object.
    • Initial use of the jutsu places a reserve of A-Rank chakra into an object that's used to extensively reduce its size but not its density or weight.
    • To release the objects mass or size back to normal or an adjustment in between is an infusion of excess chakra from Chōumei. The release size and cost is relative to to Chōumei's body costing more according to her current size.
    If the objects size is half that of her own mass it's cost is D-rank,
    - Her own height C-Rank,
    - x5 times her height B-rank,
    - x10 times her height is A-rank
    - S-rank would be equal to a mountain. Though this would require Chōumei to be strong enough to pick it up. [requires Kounin-Sannin rank]
    • Once full released the cost to reduce the object is no longer required to be A-rank due to the object having been familiarized to the body as an extension of its self. There for shifting the object back down would be costly relative in the inverse of the growth scale.

Taking premise in knowing how to use the multi-size technique Chōumei focuses her bloodlines chakra into her hands so it encapsulate an inanimate object for a one [1] post of dedicated meditative concentration to saturate it with her chakra. Once this is completed the chakra drawn from her is imprinted into the object allowing it to shift volume, Yet due to the difficulty it takes to shift the size of an object alone without effecting their own body is for an Akamichi this jutsu in some parts is flawed. Chōumei's jutsu changes volume but doesn't effect mass/weight of the object. Meaning that something can be made smaller but all she's doing is compressing its density, so the object remains a burden in weight if not more dangerously strenuous in how the weight focuses surface tension.

The control of this ability is only possible in the hands of a trained Akamichi. Once her chakra is embodied into the object it uses the chakra to hold it's new size and can be gradually shrink down to the minimum size of a pebble (1cmx1cm). The size shift occurs in the fraction of a second once the object posses the chakra and can from then on have Yoton chakra applied to it to shrink it at will without meditation. the object can return to its former size by an Akamichi releasing the energy encapsulating the object. Releasing the chakra in the weapon is a supplementary feature of this jutsu that comes to no added cost of chakra.

Requirements: Seal connection, Shikoku Fuuin, and Kugutsu no jutsu conversion, C-rank training in Kaifu & Kuchiyose.
Description: Through her studies of the Fuuinjutsu branches of Kaifu and Kuchiyose and her own mastery of kutgutsu Miko has established a hybrid seal to connect Kugutsu into the binding contract of fuuinjutsu. The scripted seal can be activated and engraved when Kugutsu no jutsu (strings) connect to a subject by either physical touch or the use of Kugutsu "wiresnap" and several handsigns are made to apply this jutsu through it. A seal is branded on to the subject at a small size (small enough to fit on a grain of rice) and through the seal(s) connection the subject is linked to the caster with a corresponding seal on their finger(s). The finger develops the corresponding seal(s) text around it which at a distance appears as a thin lightening shaped black tattoo. Now between the two a kugutsu string is bound at the behest of the user to sever or keep, but they no longer have the freedom to use that string towards any other function than manipulating that one subject it is bound to through the seal.
The basic nature of the seal by its design is its dynamic ability to work similarly to seal connection by behaving as tertiary added feature or "sub contract" able to "sew" the kugutsu string through fuuin-jutsu to connect to the contained subject on the other side, by passing string(s) through the varying dimension, planes, or sub-dimensions directly to the Puppeteers finger(s). This provides a constant control of their "puppet" at varying distance of obscured origin; by having the connection pass through the dimension of the kuchiyose the strings are sub-routing the distance they need to extend and only visually appear to exist at the point of the two seals. The seals do visibly illuminate in the color of the users chakra materialization as a sign of its active use and it has a passive nature when at rest.

Passively being able to sustain the seal at an upkeep expense of one [1] chakra point per post is an option at rest corresponding with how much chakra one string cost if not manipulating an entire puppet/person. When not actively manipulating the connection the string(s) sustains its self because the seal doesn't require enough power to always control a subject but simply remain connected and create a "pin hole" of kugutsu /fuuin chakra through the seal to the subject branded. With such a low power grade the seal remains un-illuminated until active use which is marked at a E-rank cost.

More advanced application involves this jutsu corresponding with learned fuuin, kaifu, kuchiyose, and kugutsu jutsu's. Sensory jutsu can feel this seal. Manipulation through kugtsu no jutsu conversion allows the puppeteer to strengthen the strings gradually, and therefore increase their density and strengthen their bonds enough to summon the object rather than simply manipulate it at a distance just by widening the through line it creates in the fuuin. Reflexive [Equal body rank reflex] quick summoning of a branded subject is possible by intensifying the string(s) chakra cost to that of basic kuchiyose cost of C-rank, but do to the physical nature of reflexive summoning the jutsu is treated as"complex" in cost . Bringing the branded subject immediately at the ready at the edge of the sealed finger for its desired function.

    • The limit on how many seals can be made are as many strings a Kugutsu user can create at their body rank. Mannipulating people and entire puppets will draw the use of more strings in through the seal, but only one string is needed to lock in a connection. The sever wire kugutsu jutsu can nullify this seal though the writing that appears does not disappear on the subject.

    • In terms of activation this jutsu functions as a normal activation on the turn of its initial use, but becomes supplementary in follow posts in or out of battle the seals connection persist through a state of rest creating a deficit in chakra regeneration reducing it by -1 chakra point per one [1] seal.
