I hated that tv show. Stuff like that chair just seemed to rub in the statement "We're not trying to be realistic with this show." In the comics, he had a low-level Telekineses, that he would use to lift himself up stairs.

Stupid Sentinels... The program was cancelled fairly soon after it started. Having them around all of the time was another thing I didn't like.
