::By now Yuri would be fully into the process of turning. Now flashes of memories would flood his mind. The lives of the dozens of vampires in the family that Tyrsais had come from would play out in small bits before him. The thrill of the hunt, to the fear of being hunted, every emotion would become one with Yuri's for a while he might become lost in the memories. Although after about 45 minutes his body would begin to gain a supernatural boost. Now he would start to come near a waking state. Maybe the thirst had not hit yet nor a noticable change in personality but the dark sinister urges would clearly be with him. Tyr would take time to note that his new friend was becoming a bit clamy from all the stress and would come over resting a cool wet towel on his forehead::
Yuri... relax young one. Do not worry about a thing, like a father caring for his child I shall ensure your safety. Rest as much as you need.
::Unannounced to Yuri however the labratory below had begun a series of processes preparing the serums and nanotechnology that Tyrsais had deemed nessicary to put within the young one. For now however he would remain at the fledglings side to ensure his awakening went smoothly.::

Mugiri cleared his mind, and yelled, his extra powerful lungs giving him more volume than he anticipated. He yelled his masters name as loud as he could, shaking the building. He stumbled afterwards, and almost fell over. Apparently some of his powers were still unknown to him. "m-master, please..." he whispered afterwards. His throat felt raw, but the power surging through him felt mugiri feel strong once again, in control.

Yuri stood mutely in the dark room of his memories, watching as the memories of all previous vampires to himself played out before him, eyes wide as he tried to comprehend all of what he was seeing. It was difficult to comprehend at first, but as he slowly began to get used to it he felt a cold sensation wash over his forehead. He heard the man's words.... no, Trysais, that was his name..... he heard his words and nodded slowly. He remained silent as he fell back into the cycle of memories, trying desperately to understand.....

*The children still freely strutted about their home, unaware of the new addition or two which the citadel had picked up. Eecheb was somewhere in the south still, perhaps wandering about a few venues that were there, though more likely he was pushing a dumpster along for fun. Trilla and Micha had eventually found their way to the library. Micha was sitting down with another book on some thing of interest to him. Trilla was on the opposite side of him, and had found a book on plants. She wasn't really reading it, rather just looking at the pictures. There weren't all that many plants in the citadel, none that the children had seen anyhow. Ironic that a large section in the west, the Peace was a huge garden with trees, grass, flowers... Though unkempt it probably didn't look like much right now. Nana would continue to rest for the moment, with her head resting lightly on Mastema's thigh as her pillow. Her sleep wouldn't last forever, so she could get back to getting her strength up and reclaiming her life. It was likely that Nana would wake in a couple of hours*

Mastema sighed lightly to himself. He was in the middle of analyzing this sound, if it could be called that, when Mugiri had to go and 'announce' himself. He was still sorting the analysis screens with his mind; his hand seemed to be absent mindedly stroking Nana's back, though Mastema was never really absent minded. "Surely you can make yourself more presentable than that after a week of recovery. What do you want?" Mastema's voice came telepathically to Mugiri. Zio had to adjust its sensors in order to account for the sound's unique nature, but it was originating somewhere from the distant ocean. It was certainly odd that the sound had so much effect when it was coming from such a distance.
Slayer sighed half-heartedly to himself. "So there's another fledgling in our ranks? Good grief, Tyrsais. Get your old friend back before you go bringing in new ones."
At this moment, Proto was observing the movement in the citadel by the drones, making sure everything ran smoothly. However, that was no the center of his attention at the moment; he seemed to be in some sort of half-trance, if that was possible. All that would be heard were occasional spurts of static from the bots head. The static would take different tones, but what purpose it served was unknown.
Thanatos sat in the Peace, alone as he preferred to be. He was well aware of how pointless his depression was, but the recent news had come crashing down on him. "Kuso...... I've seen and heard worse things.... why the hell can't I just get over it like the last time." He could remember all of the other sorrowful times which he'd experienced in his short life: not knowing his parents and seeking them out, finding out who his father, collapsing in Kaiori's forest for the first time, his forced reacquaintance with Mastema, all of the pain which Apollo had caused, the horrific condition of the clan's community, and of course the evils committed by Dom and Galette. Despite it all, he had somehow overcome it...... or was it that he'd hidden from it all? "Every last time," Thanatos thought to himself, "I felt hurt and tried to do the courageous thing because I thought it was right........ but it never worked..... and I don't believe that anymore." Looking back on all the things he had failed at, he saw how similar his current depression was to it all: it was the same thing that would keep him from succeeding again. As he delved more and more into it, his sorrow was slowing being replaced by something else one might think to be anger, but there was something else Than couldn't identify just yet. He had let his emotions cloud his ability - not to mention his judgment - on several occasions, but now was his chance to change that. "......Zio," he started, sure the 'omnipotent' computer would hear him, "I need you to bring up my last personal project in my room. I need to work on that." Out here, Zio couldn't project screens, so Than had to assume he had been heard. Before he began his way back, Than looked up at the barrier over his head for a moment, remembering. ".......At least they were able to have a better birthday. What have I got to lose?" With that, Thanatos took off toward the tower, a plan brewing in his mind amidst all the new feelings which were coming to him.

::Tyrsais was still hard at work preparing the facilties for his new friend. It had no yet escaped him that his old friend had to be recovered even now but it was more important to have someone else around reasons all of his own. He would ready a few injections of nanobots for the new vampire, and also begin to fabricate a new nano-hive for implantation. Tyrsais had spent many years attempting to defeat the weaknesses of his speices but with each he could only lessen them. Sunlight would slowly kill upon drinking the elders blood, nano bots could make garlic into a slow poison and a stake would only leave a permanent wound unless treated. This made them tough but not invincible. He was also thinking of a lessen to enlighten Yuri as to his new powers::
So much to make sure I take care of... what would Albert think most important?

Yuri merely lay there silently as Tyrsais pondered, still trapped in this strange passage of memories. He felt strange, as though slowly some measure of control and power was beginning to flow into him, as though he was growing stronger mentally as he watched this. He was learning. And though he didn't even know his own past, he now knew the pasts of the vampires before him, and that gave his life some meaning....

::Yuri would now be turned. Not long from now he could pull himself out of the sleeplike trance of if he wished. His body would be stronger now then ever before hardened by the twisted embrace of vampirism. If he were to wake up and look out into the room Tyrsais would be sitting calmly in a chair across the room from him staring directly at him. He was seemingly waiting for him to wake up now for one reason or another.::

Yuri, after several more minutes of restless sleep, suddenly began to stir. His eyes opened slowly to look up at the ceiling, and he blinked several times as he became acquainted with his new body. Finally, after several moments of lying there getting used to being truly awake, he sat up slowly. Using one hand to support himself he sat up in his bed, still blinking slowly as he tried to clear his head. He felt strange. He looked at his other hand and clenched it and unclenched it, as though making sure it was really there. He sat perplexed there for a moment, oblivious to Trysais for the moment as he practiced with his new form....

Zelyhon Erudemasa shrugged and giggled "If you really want to miss this, then I'll send you back to the present, Xol, but it doesn't take up any time. None of us will perish of Old Age, and I can send us back right when we left. You really might learn something new. And then you'll know. And KNowing is half the battle!" After making a referrence that no one would get for a few more thousand years, Erudemasa rapped the pointer against the table in front of him. "Although, just for future referrence, Xol, time's my balliwick. I can mess with it. None of you can. I mention this, because I see several thousand timelines where you try something stupid to change the past and cause the Bad Stuff I'll explain in my lecture." Knowing is..half the... what the HELL are you on, kid? Just get on with it -_-; I'm starting to grow impatient aswell. *She crossed her legs, still sitting on the handle of her levitating scythe, and rapped her fingers on it*

He righted himself. and took a deep breath, anger rising in his mind

*In the week since the conference, the shadow creature had yet to make an appearance again. Just where it was currently, who could say. Trilla and Micha were still in the library in the north, and Eecheb was headed back to the main tower. Pushing dumpsters was hungry work afterall, for a young and growing boy. Nana meanwhile was beginning to stir, her eyes opening slightly. She could feel something brushing against her back, Mastema's hand. Not being fully awake and aware yet, Nana could only question the sensation she felt*

Mastema's hand continued stroking Nana's back as she started to way up. The sensation should become more familiar to her soon. Mastema himself was amazed that Mugiri would bother him with such a trivial issue; perhaps Tyrsais had not been the most cooperative new addition to the citadel, but at least he had some independence. "Mugiri, I have not confined you anywhere. If you want to train then I'm sure you can control yourself without me having to send someone to hold your hand. Simply stay out of the west section of the citadel and you can go about your business as everyone else does." Mastema didn't want to tell Mugiri what he could do if he proved himself incapable of handling himself, nor did he even think Mugiri couldn't tell for himself that the door was unlocked in the infirmary room. Mastema just hoped the warrior hadn't waited an entire week just to ask to be let out of his hospital room.

*It would take a full minute and a little more, before Nana was fully aware of her surroundings again. For a second time, Nana was hugging Mastema's leg probably thinking it was his arm. More or less all night, it had been her pillow anyhow. Finally pulling herself together, Nana would address Mastema. She'd likey inquire into what he was doing after a reply was returned to her. Also, the box on the piano was still there, if noticed, Nan would probably inquire as it had been there for a while now*

The attacking force was nearly prepared, the last couple of units being fitted. Now they simply waited boredly for their chance to strike the meak Citadel. God only knew how much longer their blasted barrier would hold.
