Alright then, if that is the case, if I were to choose Lightning as an element, then I would be able to learn Raikari from Kakashi and Chidori from Sasuke since those two techniques are not at all clan techniques?

Bone:: Those should be strictly clan techniques or they used to be. I'll have to look into why someone took these techniques off that list if they were. So please standby on that for further guidance.

Edit: They were not taken off, I'm just going by knowledge I have accumulated as well as logic here.
Well, here is how I see it Damian:
Kakashi learned the Raikiri because he had the lightning element and massive training. I believe he said it took him months to learn the ability if it was not for the help of the implanted Sharingan helping him speed things along. Sasuke, who just was lucky to have both lightning and fire, was able to learn it from Kakashi AND upgrade it through copying it first with sharingan and then adding his own special twist (which was just amping up the power a bit at that level). If I am wrong about that, then my bad, must have misread or interpreted wrong again. And if you are still saying that it should be clan specific then all I would need is a sharingan implant and I can easily learn Raikiri just like Kakashi.

If you choose to attempt getting eye implants it must be approved by all Mods. For the time being, I am denying all requests for combining clans. There are too many already. Sorry about that. lol

Heh. *points to joker* has the Sharingan through the Double Helix by player consent. So that leads to a few questions, if one has the sharingan, could they then start learning the uchiha clan techniques? Or just the Doujutsu? Does that go the same with the Hyuuga clan as well?

Its the same for all clans who have bloodline limit techniques. Such as eyes. If you take their eyes, you can learn their Sharingan, but you cannot learn their clan techniques. One, the clan fundamentally wouldn't teach you these techniques, so it goes against storyline.
Lastly, anyone who is in violation of the new rules will be changing their tech lists. So don't point fingers just yet. Okie dokie?

Bone | Not going to say anything about the comment about the President. Politics are a touchy subject so I'll just... So, late saying this but... Shizuo Heiwajima and Izaya Orihara in the same body? I can only imagine the mental torture Shizuo/Bone has to deal with since he shares a body with a guy that he'd gladly kill and tell a joke about it not long afterwards. You've watched the show they're from right? By the way you use Shizuo and Izaya, I would think you've watched it if not read the Manga. Shizuo is the character that I always look forward to seeing. And Izaya is so fun and makes me adore Shizuo more when he teases him. Squee! IIIIIIzaaaaaaaayaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! Wish they'd come out with a second season. it's not as fun reading the Manga as it is watching the show. Besides, the ending sort of struck a nerve. Pretty much bullied me into reading the Manga. And if you haven't watched the Anime or read the Manga... then disregard this message. xP

Hmm, Element section is updated, better go check it out. (Gotta keep in mind Teufel's alignment shift, if that will mesh with this.)
Bone- Yup, traded one for a Rinnegan eye, fun times ahead.
Grim- I agree, I wish I'd started watching it much earlier than I did. (A bit sad that my first exposure to the series in any form were the parodies of the Trust Me pic, including a Katanagatari one...)

I am glad that people are enjoying the concept of two hated enemies controlling the same body. lmao DRRR is awesome, wish I had the episodes.
